    Penanaman Nilai Peduli Lingkungan dalam Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam

    This study aims to describe the cultivation of environmental caring values in science learning in high school students of N Bhayangkara Elementary School year 2016/2017 and describes the supporting factors and their inhibitors. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Validity checks data using source triangulation, technique, and time. The results showed that teachers in planning science learning include habituation, exemplary and learning while doing. The steps taken by the teacher include: using learning media and environment as a place of learning. Teachers in conducting assessments focus more on affective judgments. Supporting factors: the performance of teachers, principals and gardeners in guiding students and the existence of learning media that allows students to understand the value of environmental care. Inhibiting factors: lack of learning time of science and family role in instilling environmental caring value

                   The rapid development of the Internet raises questions about how the Internet contributes to the formation of civic engagement, including issues related to public interest. Internet presence raises concerns increasingly fertile individualist values, especially among young people.                This study intended to investigate form of public participation, especially among young people in the city of Padang and how the role of online media (social media) on the participation of young people in issues of public interest.                This research is uses qualitative and quantitative methods with interviews, observations, questionnaires as data collection techniques. Social issues, education and health is a major concern young people in the city of Padang, meanwhile political issues are not preference.     Terbukanya peluang dan adanya tuntutan peran bagi perempuan salah satunya adalah bekerja menyebabkan munculnya ketegangan dan penderitaan psikologis seperti kecemasan dan ketakutan, salah satunya ketakutan akan kesuksesan atau fear of success. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fear of success pada perempuan yang bekerja ditinjau dari konflik peran ganda dan hardiness. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perempuan yang bekerja di Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Fear of Success, Skala Konflik Peran Ganda dan Skala Hardiness. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan Regresi Ganda diperoleh koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar = 0,412, nilai F=53,225 dengan nilai p = 0,000 p ≤ 0,01. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Artinya terdapat hubungan antara Konflik Peran Ganda dan Hardiness dengan Fear of Success pada Perempuan yang bekerja

    Tanah pasir poorly graded merupakan tanah yang mudah termampatkan terutama dalam kondisi jenuh air. Sebagai dasar pondasi, ada kalanya jenis tanah ini tidak cukup kuat untuk menahan beban konstruksi yang terlalu besar diatasnya. Salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan daya dukung tanah yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan penggunaan anyaman bambu. Anyaman bambu berinteraksi dengan tanah melalui gaya gesek untuk menahan gaya tarik, sehingga daya dukung tanah dapat meningkat. Hasil dari penggunaan anyaman bambu dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model tanah mengalami peningkatan daya dukung. Peningkatan daya dukung paling maksimum terjadi saat jumlah lapis 3 dan jarak antar lapis 3,6 cm. Berdasarkan pengujian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin banyak jumlah lapis anyaman bambu maka daya dukung semakin besar selama penambahan jumlah perkuatan masih dalam batas bidang runtuh tanah dibawah pondasi yaitu 1,5B. Penambahan jarak antar lapis perkuatan juga akan meningkatkan daya dukung tanah selama masih dalam batas bidang runtuh tanah dibawah pondasi dan penambahan jarak tersebut masih menjadikan perkuatan anyaman bambu dan tanah sebagai satu kesatuan elemen.     This research was to identify the level of outpatient satisfaction and what indicators needs to be prioritized to improving the services quality in Dr. M. Ashari Pemalang Hospitals. The author used a quantitative descriptive research type with a total sample of 100 patients who used outpatient services in Dr. M. Ashari Pemalang Hospital. This study used satisfaction measurement through 6 service dimensions such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and communication by comparing the performance of (X) and expectations (Y) which caused the satisfied or dissatisfied feeling. The results of this research indicated, there were two dimensions which were considered in determining of the patients satisfaction who had high expectation but in a low working performance level, so these could be said that less satisfied to unsatisfied. These two dimensions were: 1. Tangible, in which there are 4 sub dimensions, they are completeness of facilities and infrastructure, hospital cleanliness, comfort of the hospital, and the neatness of appearance employee; 2. Reliability, in which there are 4 sub dimensions, they are speed of services, appropriateness of care schedule,and the simplicity of services procedure. While of the sixth dimension that had a lowest level of satisfaction that were reliability dimension which got rated of performance level of 2,33 (unsatisfaction)
