Reception of externalized knowledge : a constructivist model on the basis of Popper’s Three Worlds and Searle’s Collective Intentionality [translation of the title]. We present a model for knowledge reception from externalized information sources. The model is based on a cognitive understanding of information processing and refers to ideas of an exchange of information in communication processes. Popper's three-world theory with its orientation on falsifiable scientific knowledge is extended by Searle's concept of collective intentionality. This allows a consistent description of the process of externalization and reception of knowledge including everyday knowledge

Одесса, Украина)2Одесский национальный медицинский университет (Украина)1SE«The Institute of Stomatology of the National acfdemie of medical science of Ukraine» (Odessa, Ukraine) 2Odessa National Medical University (Ukraine) SummaryAim: To determine the biochemical mechanisms of the anticariotic action of hexafluorosilicates and select the most active of them.Methods: In this work there were used 5 "onium" hexafluorosilicates (containing NH3, chlorhexidine, polyhexamethyleneguanidine, cetylpyridinium, pyridoxine) and sodium fluoride. Those were used in the form of gels and applied on teeth and gums in the dose containing 1.36 mg / kg of fluoride per day. The caries prophylaxiseffectiveness was evaluated by the number of dental caries in rats treated with the Stefan‘s cariogenic diet for 35 days. Alkaline (AlP) and acid (AcP) phosphatases‘ activities among with lysozyme activity were determined in the dental pulp. The index of mineralized pulp was calculated as the ratio AlP / AcP.Results: All tested hexafluorosilicates were more effective than sodium fluoride. The most efficient was cetylpyridinium hexafluorosilicate in the dose 15 mg / kg. The biochemical mechanism of the caries prophylaxis action of hexafluorosilicates is the activation of alkaline phosphatase AlP and pulp‘s lysozyme.Keywords: hexafluorosilicates, dental caries, pulp, phosphatase, lysozyme, oral gels. Резюме«Ониевые» гексафторсиликаты (ГФС) обладают более высокой кариеспрофилактической эффективностью по сравнению с фторидом натрия. Наиболее активным оказался цетилпиридиниевый гексафторсиликат в дозе 15 мг/кг при использовании в виде оральных аппликаций геля. Semantische Umfeldsuche im Information Retrieval in Online-Katalogen

Sachliche Suchen in bibliothekarischen Online-Katalogen enden häufig mit unbefriedigenden Ergebnissen. Als eine Ursache dafür kann angesehen werden, daß die Gestaltung des Suchprozesses das semantische Umfeld einer Suchanfrage nicht mit einbezieht, daß in Übertragung der Verhältnisse in konventionellen Katalogen am Paradigma des Wort-Matching zwischen Suchwort und Indexat festgehalten wird. Es wird statt dessen das Konzept einer semantischen Umfeldsuche entwickelt und gezeigt, welche Rolle die Verwendung strukturierten Vokabulars dafür spielen kann. Insbesondere wird dargestellt, welche Möglichkeiten Verfahren der wörterbuchgestützten maschinellen Indexierung in diesem Zusammenhang spielen können. Post-traumatic stress disorder - a new medical and social problem in Ukraine

To evaluate the incidence of PTSD in combat veterans. Materials and methods. During 2014, in the municipal institution "Cherkassy Regional Center of Medical and Social Expertise Ch.OR" conducted a study of 47 people by direct questioning, who sought of state medical, social care and rehabilitation and help connection with the injuries and illnesses that they received in the area ATO. The survey was conducted using Mississippi scale, Combat version [Keane T. M. et al., 1987, 1988]. Results. In 3 of the 47 veterans directed for state medical, social care and rehabilitation as a concomitant medical diagnosis was PTSD. At the same time, none of those who were sent to medical institutions for the survey to identify PTSD does not use a scale that allow statistically determine the main symptoms of the disorder [Mississippi scale, Combat version Keane T. M. et al., 1987, 1988; Experience of Stress Scale, Horowitz M. J. et al, 1979]. The diagnosis of PTSD exhibited on the basis of clinical manifestations. Two veterans have been diagnosed PTSD during questioning by the method of Mississippi scale, Combat version. Findings. Clinical use of the questionnaire Mississippi scale, Combat version [Keane TM et al., 1987, 1988] allows to reveal veterans with early signs of PTSD, which is important for the early start of rehabilitation. Infrequent use of such methods in the primary care level indicates the need coverage of this topic in higher medical educational Institution and in the medical literature. A small number of veterans surveyed do not allow more serious conclusions. Research into this problem requires special attention from doctors of Ukraine, especially in the conditions of continuing military operations in the country

Цитометричне дослідження динамики загоєння гнійних ран при застосуванні нанокапсул фосфатидилхоліну в комплексному лікуванні одонтогенний флегмон дна порожнини рота

Особливий інтерес в комплексному лікуванні хворих з одонтогенними флегмонами, представляє розробка і впровадження в клінічну практику високоефективних препаратів комбінованої дії з мінімальними побічними ефектами, діючих на різні ланки патогенезузапалення, що дозволяють скоротити традиційні терміни лікування. До цих препаратів відноситься препарат, що містить в собі нанокапсули фосфатидилхоліну “Ліпін”. Автори поставили за мету оцінкудинаміки цитологічних змін в гнійний рані при застосуванні препарату “Ліпін” в комплексному лікування одонтогенних флегмон дна порожнинирота. Цитометричне дослідження проводили за методом стандартних площин, визначали – середню кількість незмінених еритроцитів, змінених еритроцитів, незмінених нейтрофільних гранулоцитів, змінених нейтрофільних гранулоцитів, моноцитів, лімфоцитів, фібробластів і епітеліоцитів в 10 полях зору. Кількість поліморфноядерних лейкоцитів, клітин-фагоцитів, лімфоцитів,наявність і характер неклітинних елементів, за умов вивчення в комплексі і динаміці, досить специфічні для різних фаз загоєння рани.Динаміка змін кількості нейтрофільних гранулоцитів свідчить про більш ранній перехід запальної стадії ранового процесу в регенераторну в цитограмах пацієнтів, що отримували лікування за запропонованою нами методикою. Кількість моноцитів була більшою в групі пацієнтів, які отримували лікування за традиційною методикою на ранніх термінах спостереження (1 доба) і визначалась в цитограмах навіть на 7 добу. В групі пацієнтів, які лікувались за запропонованою нами методикою, середня кількість макрофагів вже на 3 добу різко підвищилась, але до 7 доби в цитограмах пацієнтів цієї групи моноцити і лімфоцити не виявлялись, що, в комплексі з досить великою кількістю в цитограмах диференційованих клітинних елементів – фібробластів та епітеліоцитів – свідчить про реалізацію ранового процесу на 2 доби раніше; Особенный интерес в комплексном лечении больных с одонтогенными флегмонами, представляет разработка и внедрение в клиническую практику высокоэффективных препаратов комбинированного действия с минимальными побочными эффектами, действующих на разные звенья патогенеза воспаления, которые позволяют сократить традиционные сроки лечения. К этим препаратам относится препарат, который включает в себя нанокапсулы фосфатидилхолина "Липин". Авторы поставили цель: оценку динамики цитологических изменений в гнойный ране при применении препарата "Липин" в комплексном лечении одонтогенных флегмон дна полости рта. Цитометрическое исследование проводили по методу стандартных плоскостей, определяли - среднее количество неизмененных эритроцитов, измененных эритроцитов, неизмененных нейтрофильных гранулоцитов, измененных нейтрофильных гранулоцитов, моноцитов, лимфоцитов, фибробластов и эпителиоцитов в 10 полях зрения. Количество полиморфноядерных лейкоцитов, клеток-фагоцитов, лимфоцитов, наличие и характер неклеточных элементов, при условиях изучения в комплексе и динамике, достаточно специфично для разных фаз заживления раны. Динамика изменений количества нейтрофильных гранулоцитов свидетельствует о более раннем переходе воспалительной стадии раневого процесса в регенераторную в цитограммах пациентов, которые получали лечение по авторской методике. Количество моноцитов было больше в группе пациентов, которые получали лечение по традиционной методике на ранних сроках наблюдения (1 сутки) и определялось в цитограммах даже на 7 сутки. В группе пациентов, которые проходили лечение по предложенной нами методике, среднее количество макрофагов уже на 3 сутки резко повысилась, но до 7 суток в цитограммах пациентов этой группы моноциты и лимфоциты не определялись, что, в комплексе с достаточно большим количеством в цитограммах дифференцированных клеточных элементов - фибробластов и эпителиоцитов - свидетельствует о реализации раневого процесса на 2 сутки раньше
