EFEKTIVITAS PEMBUATAN PERATURAN DAERAH KHUSUS DI PROVINSI PAPUA: STUDI MAJELIS RAKYAT PAPUA

Abstract: The presence of the special autonomy law in Papua has had an impact on institutions. This can be seen with the formation of the Papua People's Assembly (MRP). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of making specific regional regulations in the province of Papua. This study uses a "triangulation" method that combines qualitative and quantitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that the Papuan People's Assembly (MRP) in making special regional regulations (Perdasus) was already quite effective, which can be seen from the involvement of the MRP which scored 1,35 (moderate), MRP commitment 2,05 (high), the role of MRP 2,0 (high), and the implementation of the MRP mechanism 2,1 (high)

The Model of Collaborative Governance in Addressing Poverty in Indonesia

The aim of this study is to review and evaluate the implementation of the Model Collaborative Governance in addressing poverty in Indonesia. The study involves secondary data analysis and relevant written sources to assess the effectiveness of this model in addressing poverty. The results of the research indicate that the Model Collaborative Governance can help ensure that poverty alleviation solutions are inclusive and meet the needs of the community. However, for optimal results, there needs to be effective communication and coordination between the government, the private sector, civil society, and community organizations. This study provides an overview of the potential of the Model Collaborative Governance in addressing poverty in Indonesia and provides recommendations for improvement and increased implementation of this model in the future

PENERAPAN AKUNTABILITAS, EFEKTIVITAS, DAN TRANSPARANSI DALAM MEWUJUDKAN GOOD GOVERNANCE: STUDI PEMERINTAH DESA BANABUNGI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip tata kelola pemerintahan di Desa Banabungi, Kecamatan Pasarwajo, Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Pemerintah desa adalah tingkat pemerintahan terendah di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa indikator-indikator  ini telah diimplementasikan meliputi akuntabilitas, efektivitas dan transparansi. Pemerintahan Desa Banabungi, di Kecamatan Pasarwajo telah mengadopsi sistem pemerintahan sesuai peraturan Undang-Undangan No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Berbagai indikator sudah mulai diterapkan meski belum secara keseluruhan, dan bahkan belum sepenuhnya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip good governance. Beberapa indikator masih perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut agar administrasi pemerintah meningkat yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi dari masyarakat desa

Perlindungan Pemerintah Daerah Terhadap Kelompok Minoritas “Towani Tolotang” di Sulawesi Selatan

This article describes the efforts of the regional government to protect the Towani Tolotang people as a minority group in fighting for their identity, the argumentation of justice and group rights in the midst of a pluralistic culture. This article is analyzed with; historical agreements, equal rights, and cultural diversity. Using qualitative research methods, this study found that until now the minority group "Towani Tolotang" still exists in cultural practices as well as in social interactions with the wider community. Relations between communities are supported by local government policy by providing forums that embrace interfaith community leaders, security forces and government elements in fostering community. Artikel ini menggambarkan upaya pemerintah daerah untuk melindungi masyarakat Towani Tolotang sebagai kelompok minoritas dalam memperjuangkan identitas mereka, argumentasi keadilan dan hak-hak kelompok di tengah-tengah budaya pluralistik. Artikel ini dianalisis dengan; perjanjian sejarah, persamaan hak, dan keanekaragaman budaya. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sampai sekarang kelompok minoritas "Towani Tolotang" masih ada dalam praktik budaya serta dalam interaksi sosial dengan masyarakat luas. Hubungan antar masyarakat didukung oleh kebijakan pemerintah daerah dengan menyediakan forum yang merangkul tokoh masyarakat lintas agama, pasukan keamanan dan elemen pemerintah dalam membina masyarakat

Sosialisasi Desa Sehat pada Karang Taruna

Abstrak: Sampah dan kebersihan adalah sesuatu yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Desa bersih dan sehat merupakan langkah yang harus dilakukan untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi setiap orang yang tinggal didalamnya. Kondisi sehat tidak serta merta terjadi, tetapi harus senantiasa diupayakan dari yang tidak sehat menjadi hidup yang sehat serta menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat. Upaya ini harus dimulai dari menanamkan pola pikir sehat kepada masyarakat melalui Karang Taruna. Upaya ini adalah untuk mewujudkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat seting-gitingginya sebagai satu investasi bagi pembangunan sumber daya manusia yang produktif. Pendekatan yang dilakukan melalui kampanye bersama dan aksi pungut sampah sebagai sarana edukasi bersama. Program kegiatan ini betujuan untuk mensosialisasikan kebersihan kepada masyarakat, harapannya kesadaran masyarakat akan kesehatan dan pola hidup bersih dan sehat meningkat. Untuk itu pemberian sosialisasi terkait desa sehat diharapkan dapat menjadi upaya menyadarkan masyarakat akan pentingnya melakukan upaya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sekaligus memberikan pengetahuan bagaimana cara merealisasikannya sehingga bisa terwujud masyarakat yang peduli sehat.Kata kunci: Desa Sehat, Masyarakat Peduli Sehat, Kampanye Kebersiha

SOSIALISASI PENTINGNYA VAKSIN COVID-19 DAN PEMBAGIAN MASKER DALAM RANGKA ADAPTASI DI ERA NEW NORMAL

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a deadly virus whose transmission is getting used to the COVID-19 vaccine and wearing a mask. The COVID-19 vaccine and wearing masks not only protect people who are infected with COVID-19 but also the community to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 in general. Vaccines, apart from being used as a barrier to prevent the transmission of COVID-19, have also been shown to reduce the number of positive cases of COVID-19. The implementation of this service took place in Kambula-Bulana Village, Pasarwajo District, Buton Regency. Dissemination of the need for attention to road users who lack knowledge about vaccination, especially in the prevention of COVID-19. Our partners are divided into two parts, Lack of knowledge about the covid-19 vaccine and Develop a caring attitude by using masks when doing activities outside the home and in crowds to help limit the spread of COVID-19. This effort began by going directly to the public and road users to provide information about the causes, symptoms, and prevention of COVID-19, as well as providing education about COVID-19 vaccination. The next action was the distribution of masks, followed by a discussion about the need to comply with health procedures. In addition to washing hands and maintaining a safe distance, the use of appropriate and appropriate masks is another form of prevention

PELATIHAN SITASI DAN MANAJEMEN DAFTAR PUSTAKA MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE MENDELEY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS KARYA TULIS ILMIAH

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu mahasiswa memanfaatkan program Mendeley untuk secara otomatis menghasilkan kutipan dan daftar pustaka saat menulis karya ilmiah. Sebab, salah satu tanda karya tulis berkualitas tinggi adalah tidak adanya plagiarisme, yang sering muncul karena kurangnya informasi seseorang tentang strategi mengutip atau bagaimana melakukan kutipan. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa khususnya harus dipersiapkan dengan informasi mengenai sitasi yang tepat agar dapat menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang berkualitas untuk dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional/internasional. Beberapa aplikasi yang dapat diakses, seperti Mendeley, Endnote, dan Zootero, dapat digunakan untuk mengelola referensi yang berasal dari buku atau jurnal. Ketersediaan alat penulisan kutipan seperti Mendeley memungkinkan penulis untuk menangani bahan referensi mereka. Berdasarkan temuan pelaksanaan kegiatan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta tentang Aplikasi Mendeley sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Namun, beberapa peserta belum bisa menangani instalasi aplikasi di laptop dan MS Word, serta memanfaatkan alat Mendeley untuk menyusun daftar pustaka, sehingga mereka harus terus didukung dan diarahkan bahkan setelah pelatihan selesai. Kata kunci: Pelatihan Sitasi; Software Mendeley; Daftar Pustak; Karya Tulis Ilmiah. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this service is to help students take advantage of the Mendeley program to automatically generate citations and bibliography when writing scientific papers. Because, one sign of high-quality writing is the absence of plagiarism, which often arises due to a person's lack of information about citing strategies or how to quote. Therefore, students, in particular, must be prepared with information on appropriate citations in order to produce quality scientific works to be published in national/international journals. Several accessible applications, such as Mendeley, Endnote, and Zotero, can be used to manage references from books or journals. The availability of citation writing tools such as Mendeley allows authors to handle their reference material. Based on the findings of the activity implementation, there was an increase in participants' knowledge and abilities about the Mendeley Application before and after the training. However, some of the participants were not able to handle the installation of applications on laptops and MS Word and used Mendeley's tools to compile a bibliography, so they had to continue to be supported and directed even after the training was over.  Keywords: Citation Training; Mendeley Software; Bibliography; Scientific papers

Trend Analysis of Public Enthusiasm for COVID-19 Vaccines on Social Media

Social media users benefit from advances in information and communication technology. Each user can access and obtain information by using a mobile phone or other communication device connected to the internet. The implementation of the COVID-19 Vaccination is one of the hottest topics discussed on the Twitter social media platform. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of public interest in the COVID-19 vaccine on Twitter. This study utilizes Twitter data crawled by the Drone Emprit Academic application using the term "Pfizer Vaccine Enthusiasm and Moderna Vaccines". This study examines 170,641 Twitter mentions related to COVID-19 vaccine messages. Based on the findings of this study, the public's response to COVID-19 immunization was 42,963 mentions from August 23, 2021, to April 23, 2022. Based on the findings of this study, Asia, Europe, and the United States factored for the vast bulk of tweets about the COVID-19 vaccination. There were 25,288 (59 percent) mentions of positive emotions, followed by 16,484 (38 percent) comments and 1,191 (3 percent) topics of neutral emotions. This study's findings enable the government to understand the complexities of the widely discussed topic of COVID-19 immunization, which it can utilize to promote policies and enhance service quality

UPAYA MENEGUHKAN PAHAM MODERASI DI KALANGAN PEMUDA

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pemahaman kepada para pemuda mengenai moderasi beragama. Kalangan pemuda sebagai aset dan penerus bangsa perlu dibekali paham-paham yang berorientasi pada keterbukaan seperti kesiapan menerima kelompok lain yang berbeda agama. Kegiatan pengabdian yang mengambil tema meneguhkan moderasi beragama adalah satu dari banyak cara untuk menghadirkan pemuda yang memiliki tidak saja wawasan keagamaan yang komprehensif, tetapi juga toleran dan moderat seperti yang telah dilakukan di kalangan pemuda kampung Klidon Mantren. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan dengan metode ceramah dan tanyajawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pemuda mengenai moderasi beragama sangat baik. Hal ini merupakan modal penting untuk pembentukan karakter pemuda yang lebih intensif di masa-masa mendatang. Oleh karena itu, keberlanjutan program perlu dilakukan untuk memperluas jangkauan peneguhan paham moderasi beragama ini. Kegiatan ini hanya menyasar kalangan pemuda sehingga dampaknya masih terbatas. Ke depan, perlu dilakukan upaya massif dengan melibatkan elemen masyarakat yang lebih luas.Abstract: Strengthening moderate understanding in all circles is important as a joint movement to create a society with a more balanced level of religious understanding. Young people as assets and successors of the nation need to be equipped with ideas oriented towards openness. The service activity with the theme of affirming religious moderation is one of many ways to present youths who have not only comprehensive religious insight, but are also tolerant and moderate as has been done among the youth of Klidon Mantren village. The results of the activity show that youth's understanding of religious moderation is very good. This is an important capital for the formation of a more intensive youth character in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to continue the program to expand the reach of this affirmation of religious moderation. This activity only targets youth, so its impact is still limited. In the future, massive efforts need to be made by involving elements of the wider community
