THE EFFECT OF INFORMATION SHARING, DECISION SYNCHRONIZATION, AND INCENTIVE ALLIGNMENT ON INTER-ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST

This research aims to analyze the effect of information sharing, decision synchronization, and incentive alignment on inter-organizational trust. Data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square. Respondents in this research are general managers, owners, board of directors, and administrative staffs of the companies, especially those related to supplier-retailer or retailer-supplier relationships in Ambon City, with a total of 51 people. The results show that information sharing has an effect on inter-organizational trust. Decision synchronization has no effect on inter-organizational trust. Incentive alignment also has an effect on inter-organizational trust

PENGARUH DIMENSI DARI SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA OPERASIONAL TOKO KOMPUTER DI KOTA AMBON

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of information sharing, long-term relationships, collaboration, process integration, and relationship quality on operational performance in Ambon restaurants. The population in this study is a restaurant in the city of Ambon. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 25 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire as the main instrument, and the questionnaire used a Likert scale to measure respondents' answers. Partial Least Square is used to identify the effect of supply chain management dimensions on operational performance. The results showed that information sharing affected operational performance (3,167> 2,045), long-term relationships affected operational performance (2,181> 2,045), collaboration affected operational performance (6,720> 2,045), process integration on supply operational performance was not accepted (3,167 > 2,045), while the quality of the relationship does not affect operational performance (0.654 <2.045)

PENGARUH FOKUS PADA PELANGGAN, KETERLIBATAN TOTAL, PERBAIKAN BERKESINAMBUNGAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN HASJRAT ABADI AMBON

This study aims to understand leadership style, supervisory actions and incentives for performance. This study uses the banking internal auditor object. This research uses multiple regression models. The response of this research is the internal auditor in Ambon city. The number of questionnaires distributed as many as 42, but only 39 returned were then sent as a sample of this study. The results showed that of the 3 hypotheses submitted, only 2 were accepted and 1 hypothesis was rejected. Hypothesis 1 shows a significant leadership style on the performance of internal auditors. Hypothesis 2 shows that supervision measures are not significant on internal auditor performance. Hypothesis 3 shows significant significance on the performance of internal auditors

OPTIMALISASI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN SADAR WISATA YANG BERBASIS POTENSI DAERAH DI KAMPUNG BARU BANDA NEIRA

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menjadi bagian dari Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. Adapun Desa Kampung Baru Banda Neira memiliki beberapa tempat wisata yang sangat menarik untuk dikelolah, tapi masyarakat sekitar belum dapat mengelolanya untuk  dikenal orang lain. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pengelolaannya sehingga memperoleh keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dapat mempengaruhi kehidupannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi masyarakat di Desa Kampung Baru Banda Neira Kabupaten Maluku Tengah tentang pentignya optimalisasi sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan sadar wisata yang berbasis potensi daerah. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan atau ceramah bagi 25 masyarakat/pelaku usaha yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran bagi masyarakat/para pelaku usaha. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bagi pelaku usaha serta dapat dipahami optimalisasi sumber daya manusia dalam upaya meningkatkan sadar wisata yang berbasis potensi daerah.&nbsp

Edukasi Masyarakat Negeri Sawai; Optimalisasi Potensi Usaha di Desa Wisata Berbasis Ekonomi Biru

Potensi wisata Negeri Sawai sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan propinsi Maluku yang telah dikenal hingga ke manca negara berdampak pada urgensi ketersediaan sumberdaya manusia yang dapat mengelola potensi wisata bahari.  Aktivitas bisnis yang sebagian besar mengelola potensi lokal berkontribusi bagi pendapatan masyarakat namun di sisi yang lain pengelolaan usaha masih bersifat konvensional membutuhkan manajemen yang baik. Sumberdaya manusia merupakan faktor penting pengelolaan usaha yang profesional. Kapasitas SDM yang mumpuni di butuhkan dalam membantu menyelesaikan problema wirausaha termasuk menghasilkan produk yang bermutu namun juga memperhatikan kelestarian lingkungan berbasis Ekonomi biru.
