Extract leaf Tephrosia vogelii and Azadirachta indica causing intensity damage that lower more as well as increase component yield than with extract leaf and flower Lantana camara. The are difference resistance varieties Kipas Merah and Anjasmoro to damage pod sucking bugs that showed by difference intensity damage, number of trichomes, and yield. Directive Utterances In Holy Köran: A Pragmatics Perspective
This research is aiming on 1) describing the sentence types of directive utterances used in English translation of Holy Köran Chapter An-Nisaa’ and 2) describing the intentions of the illocution contained in directive utterances in English translation of Holy Köran Chapter An-Nisaa’.
In this research, the researcher uses a descriptive qualitative as the type of the research. The object of the study is directive utterances contained in Holy Köran Chapter An-Nisaa’. The data of the study is English translation of Holy Köran Chapter An-Nisaa’. The researcher uses documentation to collect the data then coding the directive utterances contained in Holy Köran Chapter An-Nisaa’. The techniques of analyzing the data are describing the sentence types contained the directive utterances in Holy Köran Scripture on Chapter An-Nisaa’ by refering to the theory of Yule (1996) based on the theory of classification of sentences by type of Frank (1972) and describing the illocution meaning of directive utterances in Holy Köran Scripture on Chapter An-Nisaa’ verses 1-176 by referring to the theory of Levinson (1983) and describing the intention contained in the illocution meaning of directive utterances by referring to the theory of Kreidler (1996) which is based on the speech context by refering to the theory of Hymes (1972).
The result of this study shows that 1) there are two sentence types of directive utterances used in Holy Koran Chapter An-Nisaa’ namely: declarative sentence and imperative sentence. There are actually three sentence types of directive utterances based on theory Yule’s theory. However the writer does not find interrogative sentences. The sentence type of declarative has 6 data (11, 32%) and imperative has 47 data (88, 67%). 2). There are three categories of intention of directive utterance used in Holy Koran Chapter An-Nisaa’ namely: commanding, prohibiting, and ordering. There are actually five intentions of directive utterances based on the Kreidler’s theory (1996). The intention of commanding has 27 data (50, 94%), prohibiting has 21 (39, 62%), and ordering has 5 data (9, 43%)

peningkatan dan pemerataan kesejahteraan rakyat. Mengingat pentingnya fungsi rumah tersebut, maka hampir
setiap keluarga baru akan mendambakan rumah sendiri. Kota Semarang sebagai kota besar belum dapat benarbenar
mengakomodir kebutuhan papan masyarakatnya. Pola pembangunan perumahan yang dilakukan oleh
pihak pemerintah dan pengembang swasta adalah skema pengadaan perumahan yang ditawarkan melalui
mekanisme pasar formal dengan fasilitas kredit. Tapi ternyata pada realisasinya, hal tersebut tidak dapat

Genetic Analysis Using Partial Sequencing of Melanocortin 4 Receptor (MC4R) Gene in Bligon Goat
Melanocortin 4 Receptor gene is involved in sympathetic nerve activity, adrenal and thyroid functions, and media for leptin in regulating energy balance and homeostasis. The aim of this research was to perform genetic analysis of MC4R gene sequences from Bligon goats. Fourty blood samples of Bligon does were used for DNA extraction. The primers were designed after alignment of 12 DNA sequences of MC4R gene from goat, sheep, and cattle. The primers were constructed on the Capra hircus MC4R gene sequence from GenBank (accession No. NM_001285591). Two DNA polymorphisms of MC4R were revealed in exon region (g.998 A/G and g.1079 C/T). The SNP g.998 A/G was a non-synonymous polymorphism i.e., changing of amino acid from methionine (Met) to isoleucine (Ile). The SNP g.1079 C/T was a synonymous polymorphism. Restriction enzyme mapping on Bligon goat MC4R gene revealed three restriction enzymes (RsaI (GT’AC), Acc651 (G’GTAC_C), and KpnI (G_GTAC’C), which can recognize the SNP at g.1079 C/T. The restriction enzymes may be used for genotyping of the gene target using PCR-RFLP method in the future research
Parallel Algorithms for Spatial Rainfall Distribution
This paper proposes parallel algorithms for precipitation of flood modelling, especially applied in spatial rainfall distribution. As an important input in flood modelling, spatial distribution of rainfall is always needed as a pre-conditioned model. In this paper two interpolation methods, Inverse distance weighting (IDW) and Ordinary kriging (OK) are discussed. Both are developed in parallel algorithms in order to reduce the computational time. To measure the computation efficiency, the performance of the parallel algorithms are compared to the serial algorithms for both methods. Findings indicate that: (1) the computation time of OK algorithm is up to 23% longer than IDW; (2) the computation time of OK and IDW algorithms is linearly increasing with the number of cells/ points; (3) the computation time of the parallel algorithms for both methods is exponentially decaying with the number of processors. The parallel algorithm of IDW gives a decay factor of 0.52, while OK gives 0.53; (4) The parallel algorithms perform near ideal speed-up
