Implementasi Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) Pada Keamanan Jaringan Dengan Notifikasi Berbasis Telegram di Jurusan Teknik Komputer
Pada keamanan jaringan memiliki beberapa metode yang digunakan untuk mengamankan jaringan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Intrusion Prevention System yang merupakan sebuah metode keamanan yang memanfaatkan teknologi firewall pada MikroTik. Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) adalah perangkat lunak yang berkerja untuk mendeteksi aktifitas yang mencurigakan dan melakukan pencegahan terhadap intrusi pada jaringan. Pada router MikroTik yang menyediakan beberapa fasilitas untuk mendukung keamanan dan akses jaringan dapat diterapkan sebuah sistem untuk mendeteksi jika terjadi penyerangan pada jaringan komputer. Serangan atau penyusupan dapat dicegah dengan menerapkan Intrusion Prevention System dan serangan dapat terdeteksi tergantung pada pola serangan yang ada di dalam rule IPS. Manajemen Dan Autentikasi Hotspot Menggunakan Remote Access Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) Server Pada Jurusan Teknik Komputer
Tujuan pembuatan laporan akhir ini yaitu untuk memanjemen dan mengautentikasi hotspot menggunakan remote access dial-in user service (RADIUS) server dengan RADIUS server dan dibantu dengan autentikasi berbasis token para pengguna harus memasukkan username serta token yang didapatkan melaui email pengguna sebelum menggunakan fasilitas hotspot, dengan begitu dapat menyulitkan user yang tidak terdaftar pada RADIUS server untuk masuk ke dalam jaringan. Rancang Bangun Alat Pendeteksi Kebakaran Menggunakan Flame Sensor dan Sensor Asap Berbasis Arduino
Pada saat ini, kebakaran merupakan bencana yang umumnya lebih banyak disebabkan oleh kelalaian manusia (Human Error) dengan dampak kerugian harta benda, stagnasi atau terhentinya usaha, terhambatnya perekonomian dan pemerintahan bahkan berkemungkinan timbulnya korban jiwa. Banyak data menunjukkan kejadian kebakaran yang menimpa bangunan pemukiman penduduk pada umumnya terbakar habis karena menggunakan bahan yang mudah terbakar. Untuk itu dirancanglah alat ini yang berfungsi sebagai alat pendeteksi kebakaran dengan cara mengecek titik nyala api menggunakan flame sensor dan asap/gas menggunakan sensor MQ135 secara otomatis dan berkala dengan notifikasi SMS menggunakan SMS Gateway yang akan dikirimkan ke handphone user secara langsung. Sehingga kebakaran dapat terdeteksi lebih awal, tidak berkembang menjadi lebih besar dan dapat meminimalisir kerugian sejak awal
ANALISIS KUALITAS KINERJA PENAPISAN PADA CITRA DIGITAL
Citra digital dapat digunakan sebagai media penyampaian informasi. Citra kaya dengan informasi. Seringkali citra mengalami penurunan kualitas disebabkan adanya derau (noise). Dalam pengolahan citra digital derau (noise) merupakan gangguan yang disebabkan oleh menyimpangnya data digital yang diterima oleh alat penerima data gambar. Saat ini terdapat banyak metode untuk mengurangi derau pada citra digital yaitu dengan melakukan penapisan (filtering), diantaranya teknik filter batas (min-max), filter pererataan, dan filter median. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan sejauh mana kualitas citra yang dihasilkan dari ketiga teknik penapisan citra tersebut. Citra yang akan difilter terlebih dahulu diberi noise aditif sebanyak 5%, 10% dan 15%, setelah itu dilakukan proses penapisan. Pengukuran hasil penapisan citra digital dilakukan dengan menggunakan MSE dan PSNR. Dari hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan terlihat bahwa semakin besar nilai MSE, maka kualitas citra menjadi semakin buruk. Di sisi lain semakin besar nilai PSNR semakin baik pula kualitas citra tersebut. Dari hasil pengukuran diperlihatkan bahwa teknik filter median merupakan teknik penapisan yang paling baik, disusul dengan teknik pererataan dan filter batas

The objective of this research was to identify mould in university’s library using cross sectional design. The existence of mould and physical and chemical quality of air in library have been investigated and observed in three faculties; they were in FA, FB, and FC. To identify the mould, it used petri dish in Potato Dextrose Agar medium. There were 6-9 samples from each library. The temperature in three libraries were higher than standard, the intensity of light were very low in location FB and FC, and the dust concentration in FA was very high. It was found the pathogenic mould; they were Aspergillus fumigatus in FA, Scopulariopsis candida in FB, and Fusarium verticilloides in FC. In general, the physical, chemical and microbial quality of air in libraries exceeded the legal standard

to determine the effectiveness of providing educational videos on how to use several types of
inhalers (MDI, MDI with spacers, Diskus®, and Bodyaler® given to pharmacist students. This
research is a pre-post design (experimental) study. Sampling was conducted using the method
non random sampling using purposive technique, normality test using Shapiro-Wilk and
continued.From the results of the data obtained, each assessment verbally (as explained by the
subject) and motoric assessment (as demonstrated by the subject) is seen from the pre- and

PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD DI KELAS VIII.5 SMP NEGERI 3 PRABUMULIH
The purpose of this action research was to know the increase in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the STAD type cooperative learning model, this study uses action research as many as three rounds. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflexive, and refining. The method used in this study is the STAD type cooperative learning model. The target of this study is class VIII.5 Prabumulih 3 Public Middle School. The data obtained in the form of the final cycle test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis it was found that student learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (56.00%), cycle II (80.00%), cycle III (92.00%). The conclusion of this study is that the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII.5 of SMP Negeri 3 Prabumulih, and this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning civic educatio
Dyadic Coping Pada Penderita Lupus Dan Pasangannya Di Komunitas Persatuan Lupus Sumatera Selatan (PLSS)
This research aims to understand Dyadic Coping in Lupus sufferers and their partners in the Lupus community of South Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive design. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that both couples consisting of four subjects can interpret Dyadic Coping as an effort to help each other in dealing with stressful situations along with maintaining cooperative relationships in the household. This harmony is expressed by the couples through helping neglected work, as well as finding solutions to the source of stress that is got and helping in terms of emotional and spiritual things

Inhibition Effect of Mahkota Dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa) on Benzo(a)pyrene Induced Cytotoxicity in CCRF-CEM Cell Lines
Mahkota Dewa as a traditional plant has been commonly used as traditional cancer medication. However, the mechanism of usage is not yet clear. The objective of this study is to know the mechanism of the protection effect of Mahkota Dewa on Benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) induced cytotoxicity in CCRF-CEM cell line. The result show BaP induced cell death with in CCRF-CEM cell line is dose-dependent but not based on time-course. Exposure of this cell for 24 h with variation of dose between 5-20 μM increased the percentage of apoptosis to about 15%. On the other hand, Mahkota Dewa itself has dose-dependently induced cytotoxicity and has no effect in the inhibition of BaP exposure. Phosphorylation of p38 MAPK in both BaP and Mahkota Dewa induced cytotoxicity has been seen but the involvement of oxidative stress is unclear. However, in other cancer cell line SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells, the inhibition efffect of Mahkota Dewa in BaP exposure has been seen and no cytotoxicity effect appeared in this cell line. In conclusion, Mahkota Dewa has induced apoptosis in CCRF-CEM cancer cell line but not in SH-SY5Y cell line, so it has a potential anticancer effect; Mahkota Dewa, however, requires more researches on DNA level using other type of cancer to observe the mechanism
