Assessment of penetration of Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate into biological membranes by molecular dynamics

The present work, involves the simulation of the transport of a vitamin C derivative, Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate (ATI), through human skin by molecular dynamics. Percutaneous absorption of the ATI molecule through the infundibulum, an important route of absorption into the hair follicle of the human skin, has been modeled and compared with the stratum corneum membrane. The comparative study was done, using molecular dynamics with Martini force field. In infundibulum, a single ATI molecule require more time to penetrate, and the data obtained suggested that a high concentration of ATI molecule accelerated the process of penetration. In conclusion, the ATI molecule was found to have more affinity towards the stratum corneum as compared towards the infundibulum and it followed a straight pathway to penetrate (until 600 ns of simulation). In infundibulum, it showed less affinity, more mobility and followed a lateral pathway. Assortment policy in fashion retail - can a setup-specific assortment policy be observed on the German market? An empirical study of vertical managed store, outlet and online formats

Today many vertical retailers are operating different sales channels at the same time and are respon-sible for the range of products in all sales channels. The purpose of this paper is to examine whether for vertical fashion retailers a format-specific assortment policy can be observed on the German mar-ket. To investigate this topic in addition to secondary data of a literature research, quantitative prima-ry data was collected through a structured observation by conducting store checks. The combination provides insights into the research topic, allows to build hypotheses and to get a current and specific answer on the research topic. The study revealed all vertical retailers exploit the advantage of unlim-ited capacity of the online shop by offering in this channel mainly the broadest and deepest assort-ment. Within the retail store the vertical retailers focus on offering full-price goods for the current season in full size sets. Compared to the online shop here are less styles sophisticated presented and adjusted on the sales floor. For the outlet channel all brands showed a higher density of products and at least a price reduction of 30 per cent. The present paper is limited by time, depth and language of secondary data collection. As the study only conducted quantitative data within limited observations additional visual data over a longer period is necessary

Futuro de la integración en la nueva civilización

Analiso as mudanças que assistimos no mundo atual, as quais implicam alterações de civilização. As novas tecnologias de comunicação permitem uma aproximação que supera as distâncias e favorece o conhecimento, influindo também nas relações econômicas passando de “sociedades de produção” a “sociedades de conhecimento”. A compreensão dessas mudanças nos permitirá subsistir como Região.O desenvolvimento da comunicação não apenas influi no sistema político, mas também modifica as relações comerciais. Os processos de regionalização não constituem, assim, uma criação arbitrária nem um processo ideológico, mas uma resposta às novas necessidades que podem surgir, buscando, então, levar soluções aos problemas que surgiram não apenas nos países de terceiro mundo.Analizo los cambios a los cuales asistimos en el mundo actual, que implican un cambio de civilización. Las nuevas tecnologías de las comunicaciones permiten un acercamiento que supera las distancias así como un mejor conocimiento, influyendo también en las relaciones económicas pasando de “sociedades de producción” a “sociedades del conocimiento”. Comprenderlos nos permitirá subsistir como Región.El desarrollo de la comunicación no sólo influye en el sistema político, sino que modifica también las relaciones comerciales.Los procesos de regionalización no constituyen entonces una creación arbitraria ni un proceso ideológico, sino una respuesta a las nuevas necesidades que pueden advertirse, intentando entonces acercar soluciones a los problemas que han surgido no sólo en los países del tercer mundo

Si bien este trabajo hará referencia a la relación entre el Derecho de la Integración y el Derecho Constitucional, no puedo dejar de considerar la realidad en la cual esa relación se desenvuelve. Como afirma Heller solo se comprende cabalmente la ordenación normativa si se considera y da por supuesto que el ser y el deber ser no se encuentran aislados y en una antidialéctica ausencia de relación, sino por el contrario, en una correlación coordinada por el acto de voluntad que da positividad al derecho (la decisión política del operador del sistema). Todo poder permanente, desde el punto de vista tanto técnico como moral, se manifiesta necesariamente mediante el derecho

La integración latinoamericana, impulsada por algunos, combatida por otros, tiene desde hace años presencia permanente y necesaria en las relaciones internacionales, no solo entre los países que integran la región, sino respecto a los otros. Tanto es así, que las Cancillerías europeas o su correlativa norteamericana, no tienen un Departamento de Argentina o de Paraguay, etc., sino uno de Latinoamérica
