    Henry IV of Castile (1454-1474) kept a great part of the treasure of his royal chamber in the castle of Segovia. Between 1475 and 1480, by order of his succcesor Isabel I, many of the objets were moved to other places or were given to some officials of the royal household: a lot of pieces from the chapel, jewels, coins and gold and silver objets, arms and riding equipment, as well as tapestry and books that had been part of the domestic equipment of Henry IV.Henry IV of Castile (1454-1474) kept a great part of the treasure of his royal chamber in the castle of Segovia.
