Лінгво-інформаційний підхід як базисна форма дослідження складних номінацій на cтруктурному рівні

У статті розглянуто використання лінгво-інформаційного підходу для дослідження складних слів на структурному рівні. Розроблено основні положення теорії гармонійної побудови складних номінацій на засадах концепції «золотої» пропорції; запропоновано методологію дослідження гармонійної побудови складних слів у концепції «золотої» пропорції, що спирається на лінгво-інформаційний підхід та сучасні інформаційні технології. Decrease Of Repeated Contamination Of Packed Deli-cious Meat Products

The study considers a problem of repeated contamination of delicious products, ready for consumption. The aim of the work is to study the repeated thermal processing of a ready vacuum-packed whole-muscular meat product for inhibiting a surface microbiota.Today it is urgent for the meat industry, because it influences safety and quality, and also limits a storage term of a product.After bringing a meat product to culinary readiness by thermal processing, it has an unessential amount of microbiota. Microorganisms, including pathogenic and conventionally pathogenic ones, fall on a product after its cooking at cutting, preparation to package and at the package stage itself. Microbiological contamination of a ready meat product results in fast spoilage and is a serious problem for producers, because the microbiota growth shortens its storage life. In its turn, it results in a refuse of a consumer to buy this product and great economic losses for producers.The study is directed on a possibility of solving a problem of contamination of a whole-muscular delicious meat product. The solution is in package of a ready product under vacuum and short-term heating at a high temperature.The work is devoted to the complex study of an influence of repeated pasteurization on safety and quality of a product. There was studied an influence of the repeated thermal processing (post-pasteurization) on microbiological, physical-chemical and also organoleptic parameters of a delicious meat product.The special attention is paid to an influence of post-pasteurization regimes on a microbiological condition of studied samples. Studies of a total amount of microbiota and also the presence of sanitary-representative microorganisms were conducted.It has been proven, that the use of post-pasteurization essentially inhibits a number of microorganisms, and also doesn't influence physical-chemical parameters outlook of a product and organoleptic characteristics.Based on studying an influence of post-pasteurization, it has been established, that inhibition of a microbiota essentially influences safety and prolongs the storage term of a product

Art technologies in the development of students’ emotional intelligence

The article presents an overview of domestic research devoted to the development of students’ emotional intelligence by means of art technologies. The relevance of the problem of developing emotional intelligence in modern students is determined by the objectives of higher education. Despite the serious experience gained in Russia in the use of art in teaching and personal education, the active penetration of art technologies into the education system began to occur relatively recently, which explains the time frame of the review study – 2019–2021. The analysis was performed in December 2021 using the national bibliographic database of scientific citation. The research was conducted using such combinations of keywords as “emotional intelligence”, “development of emotional intelligence of students”, “art therapy”, “pedagogical art therapy”, “art technology”, “art therapy at the university” in Russian for the period of 2019–2021. Out of 902 publications devoted to art therapy, the problem of using art technologies in higher education, the development of emotional intelligence through art technologies, the authors selected 49 publications. The analysis of the selected publications showed that the problem of the development of emotional intelligence arouses increased interest among researchers. However, the development of emotional intelligence in students is not a priority. In the system of professional education, the topic of emotional intelligence is not given enough attention, which is unacceptable and does not meet the requirements for the level of training of modern specialists. In recent studies, the possibilities of using art technologies in the development of students’ emotional intelligence have not been sufficiently disclosed. There is a need for further development of a program for the development of students’ emotional intelligence, presentation and description of art therapy techniques and techniques, their place and role in the development of emotional intelligence. Undoubtedly, building up the evidence base and substantiating methods for verifying the effectiveness of various art technologies will be a promising direction

Approved in the "House with the Mezzanine" arguing about the meaning of life, the destiny of man. The image of a young artist who dreams of a utopian ideal of social structure is described: if you free people from physical labor, dividing it, then everyone will think about the main thing, about finding the truth. It has been determined that the “adversary” is Lydia, the heroine is an ascetic, adherent to the theory of “small deeds”, which make small changes in the life of the people, but do not rise to the solution of the main tasks. Missyuss enters the gallery of dream heroines, a bit discharged from life and submit to fate. It is shown that the story “A House with a Mezzanine” embodies the thirst for harmony, the dream of a healthy, meaningful existence, of the spiritual beauty of man, of work as the basis of a fair and honest life.У статті розглянуто розкриття А. П. Чеховим психології, людської суті, поведінки провінціальної інтелігенції, її розуміння сенсу життя і призначення людини; показано галерею характерів і різних життєвих шляхів героїв, «морально хворих, надломлених»; сувору критику письменником дійсності і міщанства; безплідність ліберальних ілюзій, що поширилися в 70-ті роки серед демократично налаштованої публіки. Обґрунтовано, що в оповіданні «Дім із мезоніном» романтичну історію про кохання поєднано з громадською темою, пов’язаною з проблемами земств. Установлено, що в «Домі з мезоніном» відбуваються суперечки щодо сенсу життя, призначення людини. Проаналізовано образ молодого художника, який мріє про утопічний ідеал суспільного ладу: якщо звільнити людей від важкої фізичної праці, розділивши її, то тоді кожен буде думати про головне, про пошук правди. Визначено, що його «противник» – Лідія, героїня – подвижниця, прихильниця теорії «малих справ», які вносять невеликі зміни в життя народу, але не піднімаються до розв’язання головних завдань. Місюсь входить до галереї чеховських героїнь-мрійниць, дещо відсторонених від життя і тих, хто підкорюється долі. Показано, що в оповіданні «Дім із мезоніном» втілено прагнення гармонії, мрію про здорове, свідоме існування, духовну красу людини, працю як основу справедливого і чесного життя. Утверджено, що оповідання А. П. Чехова наповнені такою кількістю різноманітних персонажів, характерів, ситуацій, професій, місць побутування, що за ним можна будувати концептосферу російського життя і російського національно-культурного характеру кінця ХІХ ст.В статье исследовано раскрытие А. П. Чеховым психологии, человеческой сущности, поведения провинциальной интеллигенции, ее понимание смысла жизни и назначения человека; показана галерея характеров и разных судеб героев, «нравственно больных, надломленных»; суровая критика писателем существующей действительности и мещанства; бесплодность либеральных иллюзий, распространившихся в 70-х годы среди демократически настроенной публики. Обосновано, что в рассказе «Дом с мезонином» в романтическую историю о несостоявшейся любви включена общественная тема, связанная с проблемами земств. Установлено, что в «Доме с мезонином» спорят о смысле жизни, о назначении человека. Описан образ молодого художника, мечтающего об утопическом идеале общественного устройства: если освободить людей от тяжелого физического труда, разделив его, то тогда каждый будет думать о главном, о поиске правды. Определено, что его «противник» – Лидия, героиня – подвижница, приверженка теории «малых дел», которые вносят небольшие изменения в жизнь народа, но не поднимаются до решения главных задач. Мисюсь входит в галерею чеховских героинь-мечтательниц, несколько отрешённых от жизни и покоряющихся судьбе. Показано, что в рассказе «Дом с мезонином» воплощена жажда гармонии, мечта о здоровом, осмысленном существовании, о духовной красоте человека, о труде как основе справедливой и честной жизни. Surfaces roughness effects on the transmission of Gaussian beams by anisotropic parallel plates

Influence of the plate surfaces roughness in precise ellipsometry experiments is studied. The realistic case of a Gaussian laser beam crossing a uniaxial platelet is considered. Expression for the transmittance is determined using the first order perturbation theory. In this frame, it is shown that interference takes place between the specular transmitted beam and the scattered field. This effect is due to the angular distribution of the Gaussian beam and is of first order in the roughness over wavelength ratio. As an application, a numerical simulation of the effects of quartz roughness surfaces at normal incidence is provided. Molecular rationale for the use of PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway inhibitors in combination with crizotinib in ALK-mutated neuroblastoma

Mutations in the ALK tyrosine kinase receptor gene represent important therapeutic targets in neuroblastoma, yet their clinical translation has been challenging. The ALKF1174L mutation is sensitive to the ALK inhibitor crizotinib only at high doses and mediates acquired resistance to crizotinib in ALK-translocated cancers. We have shown that the combination of crizotinib and an inhibitor of downstream signaling induces a favorable response in transgenic mice bearing ALKF1174L/MYCN-positive neuroblastoma. Here, we investigated the molecular basis of this effect and assessed whether a similar strategy would be effective in ALK-mutated tumors lacking MYCN overexpression. We show that in ALK-mutated, MYCN-amplified neuroblastoma cells, crizotinib alone does not affect mTORC1 activity as indicated by persistent RPS6 phosphorylation. Combined treatment with crizotinib and an ATP-competitive mTOR inhibitor abrogated RPS6 phosphorylation, leading to reduced tumor growth and prolonged survival in ALKF1174L/MYCN-positive models compared to single agent treatment. By contrast, this combination, while inducing mTORC1 downregulation, caused reciprocal upregulation of PI3K activity in ALK-mutated cells expressing wild-type MYCN. Here, an inhibitor with potency against both mTOR and PI3K was more effective in promoting cytotoxicity when combined with crizotinib. Our findings should enable a more precise selection of molecularly targeted agents for patients with ALK-mutated tumors
