Gyümölcsfarázás paramétereinek optimalizálása a váz- és gyökérszerkezet rezgéselemzése alapján = Optimisation of fruit tree shaking parameters by the vibration-analysis of the limb and root system
A T 037263 számú OTKA kutatás keretében a vállalt feladatokat maradéktalanul sikerült végrehajtanunk. Főbb eredményeinket az alábbiakban foglalom össze: - Az egy-szabadságfokú csillapított rendszerünk alkalmas a gyümölcsfa törzs vízszintes rezgésének modellezésére. - Az egyszerű főgyökér-törzs geometriai modell leírja a képzeletbeli forgáspont helyzetét vízszintes deformáció esetén a terhelő erő helyzetének függvényében. - Az egyszerű vázmodell alkalmas a rázás teljesítmény-szükségletének és a rázás amplitúdójának törzs menti redukálására - A rázógép-gyümölcsfa modell paramétereinek összehangolásával elérhető a sajátfrekvencián történő rázás - A gyümölcsfa-végeselem modell jól írja le a fák viselkedését, segítségével megtalálhatók az optimális rázási frekvenciák. | The research work in the frames of OTKA was fulfilled as planned. The main results were as follows: - our one degree-of freedom damped elastic system model is appropriate to describe the horizontal vibration of the fruit tree trunk, - the simple model composed of trunk and main roots is able to define the virtual turning point of the system when loading it by horizontal force at different heights, - the simple model composed of trunk and main roots is appropriate for the transfer of model parameters from one to any trunk cross section, - the model can be used to calculate the power demand and amplitude of the shaking process for any trunk cross section, - by synchronising the parameters of the shaker machine and fruit tree shaking on the natural frequency of the system is possible, - the FEM of fruit tree is an appropriate tool to describe the plant and to find it's optimal shaking frequencie
A Two Degree of Freedom Damped Fruit Tree Model
A simple two degree of freedom fruit tree model was built and some of its behaviour was compared with real cherry trees. The model represented from one hand the rooting system with a certain amount of soil and of the trunk, from the other hand the main branches and limb. The calculated results for the model have shown good accordance with the test results of the measured real tree: in both cases two peaks in the amplitude and acceleration vs. frequency diagrams were clearly recognizable. Using the equation of the model the effect of shaker parameters and shaking frequency can be studied, which enables more accurate design of the shaker machine
Lábon álló kalászosok közvetlen cséplésének kutatása = Direct threshing of unmown cereal
A 2004-2007 közötti pályázati időszakban két területen folytattunk kutatásokat: az eredeti cél szerinti - lábon álló kalászosok közvetlen cséplésével, valamint - nagy munkaszélességű, vékony rétegű csépléssel Közvetlen kalászcséplésnél az állományt rendválasztók mintegy 20 cm széles sávokra osztják, a sávonként elhelyezett terelő szerkezetek a lábon álló kalászokat az ugyancsak sávonként kialakított cséplőszerkezetekhez vezetik, melyek behúzzák és szétverik a kalászokat. A cséplő berendezést három változatban vizsgáltuk, a legkedvezőbb elrendezésnél a munkaszélességre vetített fajlagos teljesítményfelvétel 4 kW-ra adódott. | Two types of model experiments were carried out in the research period 2004-2007: - a direct threshing device and - a thin layer trashing unit was measured in many variations. At direct threshing the mechanical unit divides the plantation into 20 cm large strips. Each strip will be then directed to separate the threshing drums, which pull the ears in and break them into pieces. The model was tested in three variations. For the best one the power consumption for thrashing was 4 kW per working width, which is less than the third of an average combine harvester. The trashing unit for thin layer was tested also in three variations. The best arrangement resulted in 30% less specific power consumption (kW/m) that a combine harvester. In both cases the harvester would be much simpler than the usual combine harvesters: only cleaning units are needed for the separation of seed and the light parts. This makes the machine lighter and cheaper and also more energy efficient
Allele frequencies in the VRN-A1, VRN-B1 and VRN-D1 vernalization response and PPD-B1 and PPD-D1 photoperiod sensitivity genes, and their effects on heading in a diverse set of wheat cultivars (Triticum aestivum L.)
Heading of cereals is determined by
complex genetic and environmental factors in which
genes responsible for vernalization and photoperiod
sensitivity play a decisive role. Our aim was to use
diagnostic molecular markers to determine the main
allele types in
VRN
-
A1
,
VRN
-
B1
,
VRN
-
D1
,
PPD
-
B1
and
PPD
-
D1
in a worldwide wheat collection of 683
genotypes and to investigate the effect of these alleles
on heading in the field. The dominant
VRN
-
A1
,
VRN
-
B1
and
VRN
-
D1
alleles were present at a low
frequency. The
PPD
-
D1a
photoperiod-insensitive
allele was carried by 57 % of the cultivars and was
most frequent in Asian and European cultivars. The
PPD
-
B1
photoperiod-insensitive allele was carried by
22 % of the genotypes from Asia, America and
Europe. Nine versions of the
PPD
-
B1
-insensitive
allele were identified based on gene copy number
and intercopy structure. The allele compositions in
PPD
-
D1
,
PPD
-
B1
and
VRN
-
D1
significantly influ-
enced heading and together explained 37.5 % of the
phenotypic variance. The role of gene model increased
to 39.1 % when
PPD
-
B1
intercopy structure was taken
into account instead of overall
PPD
-
B1
type (sensitive
vs. insensitive). As a single component,
PPD
-
D1
had
the most important role (28.0 % of the phenotypic
variance), followed by
PPD
-
B1
(12.3 % for
PPD
-
B1
_overall, and 15.1 % for
PPD
-
B1
_intercopy) and
VRN
-
D1
(2.2 %). Significant gene interactions were
identified between the marker alleles within
PPD
-
B1
and between
VRN
-
D1
and the two
PPD1
genes. The
earliest heading genotypes were those with the pho-
toperiod-insensitive allele in
PPD
-
D1
and
PPD
-
B1
,
and with the spring allele for
VRN
-
D1
and the winter
alleles for
VRN
-
A1
and
VRN
-
B1
. This combination
could only be detected in genotypes from Southern
Europe and Asia. Late-heading genotypes had the
sensitivity alleles for both
PPD1
genes, regardless of
the allelic composition of the
VRN1
genes. There was
a 10-day difference in heading between the earliest
and latest groups under field conditions
