Особливості спадкування неповнолітніми особами в країнах Європейського союзу – порівняльно-правовий аналіз

Метою проведеного дослідження є порівняльна характеристика норм спадкового права країн Європейського союзу в площині спадкування неповнолітніми особами та викладення власного бачення авторів щодо доцільності імплементації певних правових норм у національне законодавство України. Така порівняльна характеристика дозволить виокремити ті правові конструкції, які можуть бути застосовані в українському законодавстві для забезпечення охорони та захисту якнайкращих інтересів неповнолітніх спадкоємців. В статті проведено аналіз законодавства країн Євросоюзу, яке визначає правовий статус неповнолітніх осіб як спадкоємців, виокремлено правові інститути та конструкції, які доцільно впровадити в національне законодавство України для забезпечення охорони та захисту спадкових прав неповнолітніх осіб

Peculiarities of using information technologies through the prism of the principles of civil proceedings

The aim of the study is to reveal the features of the use of information technology in civil proceedings in terms of compliance with its basic principles, because the digitalization of judiciary through the implementation of modern IT technologies in Ukraine is one of the most effective ways to improve the level and quality of administration, of justice, fulfillment of its tasks. Fair, impartial and timely consideration and resolution of civil cases is impossible without adherence to its principles, which are key guidelines in the formation of procedural law. The study was conducted using general and special methods of scientific knowledge: comparative, historical and legal, formal-logical, dialectical, system-structural. After analyzing current and future legislation, doctrinal approaches, best practices of foreign countries, the authors revealed the benefits of implementing information technology in civil proceedings and their impact on the realization of such principles as: rule of law, equality of all participants before the law and court, publicity and openness of the trial, reasonable time for consideration of the case by court, adversarial parties. On the basis of the conducted research generalizations and conclusions regarding the state and prospects of application of information technologies in civil proceedings through a prism of its principles are made

Assessing the Sustainability of the Consumption of Agricultural Products with Regard to a Possible Reduction in Its Imports: The Case of Countries That Import Corn and Wheat

The main goal of this study is to develop and apply a toolkit for assessing the sustainability level of countries that import certain types of agricultural products with regard to a possible reduction in the volume of such imports. An indicator was proposed for evaluating sustainability. A model of its decomposition was built, which made it possible to reveal the hierarchy of factors of the formation of the specified sustainability. The concept of sustainable growth in consuming a certain agricultural product by a group of importing countries was developed. In particular, such growth conditions were formalized. Approbation of the formed methodological principles was carried out on two groups of countries that import corn and wheat. In particular, it was established that an increase in the relative vulnerability level of countries to a reduction in imported food supplies is negatively correlated with an increase in the relative level of adaptation of countries to such a reduction. It was also found that as of 1 January 2023, the resistance level of the studied countries to a reduction in corn and wheat imports has significantly decreased. Proposals are developed to increase the resilience level of food-importing countries to possible disruptions in their import supplies
