    GENDER ANALYSIS OF COPING BEHAVIOUR, E-LIFESTYLE, AND HAPPINESS ON MILLENNIAL GENERATION IN COVID-19 PANDEMIC ERA

    Changes that occur due to the Covid-19 pandemic are faced by all people, including the millennial generation. This study aims to analyze coping behavior, e- lifestyle, and happiness of the millennial generation during the Covid-19 pandemic based on gender. The research was conducted by a cross-sectional study using a non-probability voluntary sampling method. Data collection was carried out in April, and the study samples were obtained from 32 males and 68 females. Primary data was taken using a google form distributed to the millennial generation aged 22-41 years and living in Bogor, West Java. The location was chosen considering West Java has a happiness index (70.23) below the national happiness index (71.49) and is included in the five provinces with a low happiness index. The results of the descriptive analysis show that coping behavior, e- lifestyle, and happiness of the millennial generation during the Covid-19 pandemic are in the moderate category. The results of the different tests found no significant differences by gender in coping behavior, e-lifestyle, and millennial happiness. The SEM-PLS model shows that coping behavior significantly affects e- lifestyle. In addition, it was also found that coping behavior had a significant effect on the happiness of the millennial generation during the pandemic.     Penentuan Kandungan Klorofil Daun Tanaman Buah Dengan Teknik Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy

    Tingkat konsumsi buah-buahan penduduk Indonesia masih jauh di bawah tingkat kecukupan konsumsi buah-buahan yang direkomendasikan oleh Food Agriculture Organization / World Health Organization (FAO/WHO). Menjaga kualitas buah diharapkan dapat menjaga kestabilan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan buah nasional. Pendeteksian dini untuk mengetahui tingkat pertumbuhan dapat dilihat dari tingkat kehijauan atau kandungan klorofil pada masa pertumbuhan. Sehingga diperlukan suatu metode untuk mengukur konsentrasi klorofil dalam daun dengan menggunakan Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy yang bersifat non destruktif. Teknik ini tidak memerlukan persiapan sampel yang rumit sebagaimana dalam penentuan kandungan klorofil melalui Absorption Spectroscopy Model tiruan (phantom) daun, terbuat dari agar dengan dengan variasi kandungan klorofil yang diketahui, digunakan sebagai tahapan awal pengujian teknik pengukuran Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy ini. Korelasi penentuan kandungan klorofil dibangun dengan menggunakan pengukuran Absorption Spectroscopy. Nilai parameter optik (koefisien absorbsi μa dan koefisien scattering tereduksi μs’), diperoleh dari hasil fitting antara spektrum reflektansi terukur dari phantom dengan model reflektansi daun. Nilai kandungan klorofil ditentukan dari persamaan korelasi, dengan persamaan y = 18,781x - 4,4119 untuk daun mangga, y = 32,849x - 9,6974 untuk daun belimbing, dan y =163,59x - 31,476 6974 untuk daun jambu.==================================================================================================================Fruit consumption rate of Indonesian population is still far below the level of sufficiency of fruits consumption recommended by the Food Agriculture Organization / World Health Organization (FAO / WHO). Maintaining the quality of fruit is expected to maintain stability in the fulfillment of national fruit needs. Early detection to determine the growth rate can be seen from the level of greenery or chlorophyll content during the growth period. So we need a method to measure the concentration of chlorophyll in the leaves by using Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy which is non destructive. This technique does not require complicated sample preparation as in the determination of chlorophyll content through Absorption Spectroscopy. Tissue model of leaf (phantom) is made of gelatin with known chlorophyll content variation, used as a preliminary stage for testing Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy technique. Determination of chlorophyll content by Absorption Spectroscopy technique will be used as a comparison. To determine the value of optical parameters (absorption coefficient μa and reduced scattering coefficient μs'), obtained from fitting between the measured reflectance spectra of phantom and the reflectance model of leaves.     Influence Analysis Number of Blue and Red Light Emitting Diode (LED) Variation on Soybean (Glycine Max) Growth

    Soybean (Glycine Max) is one of the agricultural commodities that still had particularly low production rate on a national scale in Indonesia. Despite the demand for the soybean it’s increasing along with the population growth in Indonesia. Thus, the need of soybean which mainly as main ingredient of tempe and tahu is still filled from importers. These problems can be solved by the research of applying artificial light technology in the agricultural sector so it would help optimize soybean growth. The purpose of this research is determines the effect of Blue Light and Red Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting on the growth of soybean (Glycine max). Soybeans were grown in uniform boxes that had controlled temperature and humidity with regulated soybean seeds, soil, and planting methods. Based on the results from the research that had been conducted on the growth of the soybean, it is determined that most optimum soybean plant is using the lighting ratio of the red LEDs 75% and blue 25% with a height of 15 cm in the ninth day and the chlorophyll concentration is 52,4265953 mg/l. But plant with sun source lighting is better than using LED, it is about 118,8138334 mg/l. Based on the result that had been obtained, this research can be used as reference in the making of modern artificial light for soybean for research development in agriculture especially on soybean commodity which could support government efforts in suppressing important soybeans and meet domestic soybean demand using national production

    Generally, Tumang Sari, Cepogo is dry land in the form of yards, fields, and plantations. Low environmental awareness in Tumang Sari regarding rainwater infiltration and organic waste management results in environmental problems such as waterlogging, garbage accumulation and health problems. Biopore Infiltration Hole (LRB) is expected to be a solution to these environmental problems. This program aims to increase public understanding of how to optimize rainwater catchment areas and overcome the problem of organic waste. The methods used are socialization and delivery of materials, training and assistance in making LRB, as well as post-activity monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained are  improvement knowledge, understanding and skills of the Tumang Sari community after the socialization and assistance by the KKN-T Team. The LRB socialization and development program which was carried out in Tumang Sari received good support and response from the government and the local community. Socialization activities and the practice of making LRB is hoped can reduced  the volume of puddles and the organic waste in the LRB begun to decomposed and became to be compost
