A systems approach towards an intelligent and self-controlling platform for integrated continuous reaction sequences.

Performing reactions in flow can offer major advantages over batch methods. However, laboratory flow chemistry processes are currently often limited to single steps or short sequences due to the complexity involved with operating a multi-step process. Using new modular components for downstream processing, coupled with control technologies, more advanced multi-step flow sequences can be realized. These tools are applied to the synthesis of 2-aminoadamantane-2-carboxylic acid. A Versatile Route to Unstable Diazo Compounds via Oxadiazolines and their Use in Aryl-Alkyl Cross-Coupling Reactions.

Coupling of readily available boronic acids and diazo compounds has emerged recently as a powerful metal-free carbon-carbon bond forming method. However, the difficulty in forming the unstable diazo compound partner in a mild fashion has hitherto limited their general use and the scope of the transformation. Traditional Food Issues

W artykule podejmowana jest problematyka żywności tradycyjnej z punktu widzenia rozwoju regionalnego. Posłużono się w pracy badaniami przeprowadzonymi wśród producentów w czasie Międzynarodowych Targów Poznańskich „Polagra-Farm” w 2006 r. Badania te uwidoczniły problemy z funkcjonowaniem podstawowych pojęć, takich jak produkt regionalny i tradycyjny, w tym przede wszystkim świadomości konsumentów tego typu żywności oraz istniejących możliwości wprowadzania żywności tradycyjnej na rynek w związku z obowiązującymi wymogami sanitarno-higienicznymi i weterynaryjnymi. Osobny problem dotyczył ogólnych barier w rozwoju obszarów wiejskich oraz możliwości ich niwelowania przez działania finansowane z Europejskiego Funduszu Rolnego na rzecz Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich. Problematyka ta jest powiązana z wyróżnieniem rodzajów żywności tradycyjnej, w tym kształtowaniem się jej tradycji oraz doświadczeniami międzynarodowymi.The paper reviews issues related to traditional food from the perspective of its producers and region development. Research conducted during the Poznan International Fair “Polagra 2006” among producers was used in the paper. This examination brought attention to problems stemming from the functioning of such basic ideas as regional and traditional products, including consumers awareness of such products, as well as the current possibilities of epidemiological – veterinarian rules and norms. A separate issue discussed in the paper concern barriers in the development of rural areas and possibilities of eliminating them by means of financing from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development

Protection of personal rights of legal persons

Niniejsza praca magisterska poświęcona jest problematyce ochrony dóbr osobistych osób prawnych i składa się z czterech rozdziałów. W założeniu ma ona na celu scharakteryzowanie reżimu ochrony dóbr osobistych osób prawnych w oparciu o przepisy Kodeksu cywilnego, jak i przepisów pozakodeksowych. Pierwszy rozdział jest poświęcony przybliżeniu kluczowych z punktu widzenia niniejszej pracy pojęć jakimi są dobro osobiste i osoba prawna. Zagadnieniem rozdziału drugiego jest problematyka zakresu podmiotowego i przedmiotowego ochrony dóbr osobistych osób prawnych. W ramach pierwszej części rozdziału, scharakteryzowane zostały rodzaje podmiotów, których dobra osobiste podlegają ochronie. Druga część rozdziału ma na celu rozważenie problematyki odpowiedniego stosowania przepisów o ochronie dóbr osobistych osób fizycznych w stosunku do osób prawnych, oraz scharakteryzowanie wybranych przykładów dóbr osobistych osób prawnych. Rozdział trzeci poświęcony jest charakterystyce roszczeń przysługujących w celu ochrony dóbr osobistych, w tym roszczeń przysługujących w przypadku naruszenia prawa do firmy. Rozdział czwarty jest zestawieniem reżimów ochrony dóbr osobistych osób prawnych poza Kodeksem cywilnym. W ramach zestawienia, zostały poddane analizie środki ochrony przysługujące na podstawie ustawy o zwalczaniu nieuczciwej konkurencji, ustawy prawo własności przemysłowej, czy też Kodeksu postępowania cywilnego.This master's thesis is devoted to the problem of protecting the personal rights of legal persons and consists of four chapters. It is intended to characterize the regime of protection of personal rights of legal entities based on the Civil Code, as well as non-Code regulations. The first chapter is devoted to introducing the key concepts from the point of view of this paper, which are the personal rights and the legal person. The issue of chapter two is the problem of the subject and object scope of the protection of the personal rights of legal persons. The first part of the chapter, characterizes the types of subjects whose personal rights are protected. The second part of the chapter is intended to consider the problem of the appropriate application of the regulations on the protection of personal rights of individuals to legal persons, and to characterize selected examples of the personal rights of legal persons. The third chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the claims available for the protection of personal rights, including claims available in the event of infringement of the right to a company. The fourth chapter is a compilation of regimes for the protection of the personal rights of legal persons outside the Civil Code. As part of the compilation, the protection measures available under the Act on Combating Unfair Competition, the Industrial Property Law, or the Code of Civil Procedure were analyzed
