Mental hygiene of the construction engineering manager

Tato práce pojednává o problematice duševní hygieny manažera ve stavebnictví z různých úhlů pohledu. Teoretická část práce definuje a popisuje jednotlivé charakteristiky managementu a psychohygieny. V praktické části jsou potom vysloveny hypotézy související s duševní hygienou, na základě kterých byl sestaven a vyhodnocen dotazník. Ten byl hlavním podkladem pro vyhodnocení stanovených hypotéz. Výsledkem je souhrn poznatků o duševní hygieně manažerů ve stavebnictví.This thesis deals with the issue of mental hygiene of the construction engineering manager from various angles. The theoretical part defines and describes characteristics of management and mental hygiene. The practical part contains hypothesis related to mental hygiene. Based on the hypothesis, there was compiled and evaluated a questionnaire. That was the main basis for the evaluation of hypotheses. The result is a summary of findings about mental hygiene of the construction engineering managers.

Bakalářská práce pojednává o koncepci bytové politiky v ČR. Zabývá se vývojem bytové politiky v minulosti a zároveň popisuje aktuální situaci v této oblasti. Práce je rozčleněna do pěti hlavních částí. První část pojednává o základních poznatcích o bydlení. Druhá část se zabývá bytovou politikou. Třetí se zaměřuje na podpory v oblasti bydlení. Další popisuje bytovou výstavbu v rámci ČR. V poslední části je shrnuta bytová politika obce Branišovice.The thesis deals with the concept of housing policy in the Czech Republic. The work describes the development of housing policy in the past and also describes the current situation in this area. The work is divided into five main parts. The first part deals with the basic knowledge of housing. The second part deals with housing policy. The third focuses on support of housing. Next part describes the housing in the Czech Republic. The last section summarizes the housing policies of village Branišovice.

Development of satisfaction in long-term romantic relationships

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of satisfaction development in long-term romantic relationships. In the theoretical part are defined romantic relationships and terms: satisfaction, happiness and well-being. Furthemore, satisfaction in romantic relationships is described and the changes satisfaction experiences in time. Existing research of satisfaction trajectories in romantic relationships comes to different results, which are presented in this part. In the second part of this work a potential research is proposed, which has a goal of finding the shape, or shapes, of satisfaction trajectory in romantic relationships in the Czech Republic, and tries to determine how the satisfacton of heterosexual individuals develops in long-term romantic relationships. The aim of this thesis is to present a functionally equivalent translation of five chapters from a book about Spanish equitation. This book was primarily aimed to Spanish readers with at least basic knowledge about the topic and about Spanish history, traditions and culture. The thesis consists of two parts: the proper text of the translation, and the following commentary which focuses first on the analysis of the original text and problematic areas which we find while translating the text, and second on strategies and shifts used for solving all of the translation problems. Each of these strategies goes with illustrations from both the original and the translated text. There is a copy of the original text and respective photos attached in the appendix

Předmětem práce je analýza fenoménu fundamentalismu a jeho projevům v konkrétních náboženstvích. Úvodní část práce se věnuje vymezení pojmu a vlivu procesu modernizace na tento fenomén. Následně se zaměřuje na rozbor fundamentalismu v rámci tří světových náboženství a na stručné představení těchto náboženských proudů. Hlavním tématem práce je problematika současného křesťanského fundamentalismu, jeho hnutí a projevů. Tento fenomén je prezentován na příkladech ze Spojených států amerických. K naplnění vytyčených cílů jsou využívány ověřené akademické tituly a cizojazyčná literatura.The subject of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the phenomenon of fundamentalism and its manifestations in specific religions. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the definition of the term fundamentalism and the influence of modernization on this phenomenon. Furthermore, this part of the thesis also provides a historical view of the evolution of religion. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the analysis of fundamentalism in the three world religions and a brief introduction to these religious movements. The main topic of this thesis is the issue of contemporary Christian fundamentalism, its movements, and its manifestations. This phenomenon is represented by examples from the United States of America. Verified academic titles and foreign language literature is used to achieve these goals.1

Thirty Years´ War in Royal Town Rakovník. The Town History up to the Saxon Invasion in 1631

Bakalářská práce popisuje historický vývoj města Rakovník od nejstarších dějin až po první saský vpád roku 1631. Důraz klade především na období třicetileté války 1618 - 1631. V tomto časovém úseku podává výpověď o postoji města při stavovském povstání a následně o bitvě u Rakovníka. Dále práce dokumentuje zhoršující se hospodářskou situaci, způsobenou hlubokým zadlužením města a častými průchody vojsk, což vedlo k ekonomickému i společenskému úpadku. Také se zabývá rekatolizací, původně protestantského, královského města Rakovník a jeho městskou správou.The bachelor thesis describes the historical development of the town of Rakovník from its oldest history until the first Saxon invasion of 1631. It primarily emphasises the period of the Thirty Years' War, 1618-1631, analysing the town's political position during the insurrection of the estates and the subsequent Battle of Rakovník. The thesis also describes the town's worsening economic situation caused by its large debt and frequent passing of armies, resulting in economic and social decline. Černá smrt a její vliv na anglickou společnost

This paper deals with the influence that 14th century plague - the "Black Death" had on medieval English society. Attention is especially given to lifestyle, hygiene customs and changes in socio-economic and cultural spheres. The Black Death is compared with the plague that surged in London in 1665 and it is supported by examples from Daniel Defoe‘s Journal of the Plague Year.Práce se zabývá morovou ranou - tzv. "černou smrtí", která zasáhla Anglii ve 14. století. Podrobně rozebírá příčiny vzniku moru a dále socioekonomické a kulturní změny, kterým byla společnost nucena čelit.
