    The contemporary paradigm in pedagogy is focused on a holistic development of an individual through a curricular approach, accentuating the results of learning and teaching. The important and active role of a student in class is emphasized, but also the importance of teacher’s role as the person who shapes the learning environment and who organizes the teaching process. The teacher’s educational philosophy and their beliefs in the background have a great impact on their teaching practice and their actions during class. But there are still discrepancies in definition, identification and classification of educational philosophies. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of the educational philosophy literature, to contribute to the construct definition, to point out the importance of educational philosophy research within pedagogy and to point out the connection between the teacher’s educational philosophy and the different aspects of their educational impact

    U radu je opisan sklop za mjerenje razine osvijetljenosti. Razina osvijetljenosti se mjeri pomoću fotodiode koja generira struju jakosti razmjerne razini svijetlosti koja se mjeri u luksima. Fotodioda mjeri osvjetljenje, pretvara ga u električni naponski signal reda veličine mV. Fotodioda se spaja na operacijsko pojačalo gdje se signal pojačava na vrijednosti koje su pogodne za obradu u mikrokontroleru. Izlaz operacijskog pojačala je spojen na A/D pretvarač koji pretvara signal u digitalnu vrijednost. Za obradu i prikaz signala na zaslonu pokazivača koristi se mikrokontroler tvrtke Atmel, model ATMega 328P-UA.Thesis describes a device for measuring the amount of light. The amount of light is measured using a photodiode which generates a current that is proportional to the amount of the light measured in lux. Photodiode measures the amount of the light, converts it into voltage whose order of magnitude is in mV. Photodiode is connected with an operational amplifier where the signal is amplified until it reaches a value suitable for processing in the microcontroller. Output of the operational amplifier is connected to an A/D converter which converts the signal into a digital value. For processing and displaying the signal on the display a microcontroller from Atmel company is used, model ATMega 328P-UA

    U radu se objašnjava fenomen kreativnosti, prikazuju se različite definicije kreativnosti te objašnjava razlika između eksplicitnih i implicitnih definicija kreativnosti. S ciljem boljeg upoznavanja s pojmom kreativnosti prikazani su temeljni pristupi u shvaćanju kreativnosti, područja istraživanja kreativnosti te odnos kreativnosti i inteligencije. Promotren je odnos pedagogije i kreativnosti te je istaknuta važnost kreativnosti za područje pedagogije. Osobito su promotreni ciljevi i potrebe suvremene škole te važnost razvoja kreativnosti u tom kontekstu. Navedene spoznaje postavljene su u vezu sa suvremenim načinima poticanja kreativnosti u nastavi

    Danas su brodovi opremljeni suvremenom elektroničkom opremom za efikasnu navigaciju, međutim određivanje pozicije broda osmatrajući nebeska tijela još uvijek je neophodna i jedna od bitnijih vještina svakog nautičara. Dakako, ona pretpostavlja i poznavanje astronomskih pojava koje uzrokuju promjene koordinata nebeskih tijela, kao što su refrakcije, aberacije, paralakse, precesije i nutacije. U ovom radu se usmjerilo na ove posljednje dvije, s ciljem da se naglasi važnost astronomske precesije i nutacije za određivanje koordinata nebeskih tijela, koje su temelj astronomske navigacije. U radu je detaljno objašnjeno što je astronomska precesija i nutacija, što ih uzrokuje i koja je uloga ovih pojava za prividno kretanje zvijezda na nebeskoj sferi. Naposljetku, iako navedene pojave neznatno utječu na promjenu koordinata, gledano u dužim vremenskim periodima (od nekoliko desetljeća i više) te promjene koordinata nisu zanemarive i bitan su čimbenik razumjevanja prividnog kretanja nebeskih tijela.Modern ships are equipped with state of art electronical devices for efficient naviagtion, but the use of astronomical navigation to determine ship's position is still one of the most important skills of seafarers. In order to use astronomical navigation one must be familiar with astronomy, celestial objects and physical phenomenons. This thesis is focused on astronomical nutation and precession, and their importance in the proces of determining celestial objects coordinates. Coordinates are the bedrock upon which astronomical navigation lies. In this thesis astronomical nutation and precession are thoroughly explained. Furthermore this thesis explaines what causes those processes and what is their role in the percieved movement of objects on celestial sphere. Although these processes do not have a large impact on coordiantes, over longer time periods (several decades) they do effect them and therefore they are important factor which can not be ignored

    Synchrophasors Determination Based on Interpolated FFT Algorithm

    Within the standard IEEE C37.118 applications and proposed hardware structure of a phasor measurement unit (PMU) are described. This paper presents the concept of the system for measuring and transferring synchrophasors from a theoretical aspect. Synchrophasor algorithms are developed in MATLAB/Simulink for the purpose of easier verification and hardware deployment on today’s market available and affordable real time development kits. Analysis of the synchrophasor measurement process is performed gradually. Firstly, by defining the synchrophasor based on three-phase to αβ-transformation and then introducing a discrete Fourier transform (DFT) based on synchrophasor estimation algorithm. Later, accompanying adverse effects resulting from its application are analyzed by means of simulation. To increase accuracy and improve estimation algorithm interpolated discrete Fourier transform (IpDFT) with and without windowing technique is used. To further optimize algorithm performance convolution sum in recursive form has been implemented instead of classical DFT approach. This study was carried out in order to validate described measurement system for the monitoring of transients during island operation of a local power electric system. Finally, simulation and experimental results including error analysis are also presented

    High pressure structural systematics of metallic mononitrides

    Metalni mononitridi su privukli značajnu pozornost kao novi materijali koji će služiti kao optički uređaji za pohranu podataka i integrirani krugovi visoke brzine. Upravo zbog njihovih jedinstvenih svojstava, poput relativno niske temperature termolize, odličnih električnih i optičkih svojstava, to je moguće. Predviđa se postojanje mnogih polimorfa metalnih mononitrida pri visokim tlakovima, ali ta teorijska predviđanja nisu pouzdana. Naše preciznije simulacije predviđaju strukturnu sistematiku za CuN i AgN pri visokim tlakovima s nizom kritičnih pojava koje se pojavljuju pri visokim tlakovima. Red faznog prijelaza određen je promjenama u volumenu, a stabilnost faza je određena pomoću minimalne entalpije promatranih faza. Tlakovi faznih prijelaza određeni su metodom zajedničke tangente.Metallic mononitrides have attracted considerable attention as new materials for optical storage devices and high speed integrated circuits, based on their unique properties, such as rather low thermal decomposition temperature, excellent electrical properties, and optical qualities. Many high-pressure polymorphs of metallic mononitrides are predicted to exist. However, previous theoretical predictions are not reliable. Our precise simulations predict a structural systematics for CuN and AgN with a sequence of critical phenomena occurring at high pressures. The orders of phase transitions are predicted on the basis of volume change and phase stability criterion is based on enthalpy minima of observed phases. Phase transition pressures are obtained using the common tangent method

    Financijski sustav predstavlja krvotok svakog suvremenog gospodarstva. Nositelj je rasta gospodarstva i razvoja svake zemlje. Financijski sustav ne može se kvalitetno procjenjivati, ako se ne promatra kao dio većeg sustava, odnosno gospodarskog sustava i okoline koja na njega djeluje. Financijski sustav Republike Hrvatske je bankovno orijentiran, nema razvijeno financijsko tržište, te kreditne institucije zauzimaju dominatnu poziciju unutar financijskog sustava , a njihov rad regulira HNB. Kreditne institucije u RH koje imaju odobrenje za rad su: banke, štedne banke i stambene štedionice. Važan element financijskog sustava RH čini i Tržište novca Zagreb, Zagrebačka burza, te osiguravajuća društva i mirovinski fondovi. Od njegovih samih početaka do danas zadesili su ga brojni problemi, od kojih je dio nasljeđen iz bivšeg sustava. Ti problemi dobrim dijelom su zaslužni za sadašnje stanje i nestabilnost financijskog sustava, zbog kojeg on nije u mogućnosti optimalno obavljati svoju funkciju, te poticati investicije i razvoj gospodarstva. Najvažnije deformacije financijskog sustava su: neravnoteža u alokaciji kredita kojom se sve manje kreditira sektor poduzeća, neravnoteža kamatnih stopa na domaćem i inozemnom tržištu, izloženost valutnom riziku, nelikvidnost realnog sektora u odnosu na bankovni sektor, tržišna i financijska disciplina, upravljanje rizicima i makroekonomske ravnoteže, financijske institucije i tržišta i makroekonomske neravnoteže, te koncentracija i konkurencija u bankovnom sektoru.The financial system is the bloodstream of every modern economy. It is the bearer of the growth of the economy and development of each country. The financial system can not be properly evaluated if it is not seen as part of a larger system, i.e. the economic system and the surrounding environment. The financial system of the Republic of Croatia is bank-oriented, there is no developed financial market and credit institutions occupy a dominant position within the financial system. Credit institutions are regulated by the CNB. Credit institutions in the Republic of Croatia that have work permits are: banks, savings banks and housing savings banks. The important element of the financial system of the Republic of Croatia is also the Zagreb Money Market, Zagreb Stock Exchange and insurance companies and pension funds. Croatian financial system has been facing many problems from the very beginnings, some of which were inherited from the former system. These problems are the cause of the current state of affairs and the instability of the financial system, which makes it unable to optimally perform its function and to stimulate investment and the development of the economy. The most important deformations of the financial system are: the imbalance in the allocation of loans, which lessens credits to business sector, the imbalance in interest rates on domestic and foreign markets, currency risk exposure, real sector uncertainty in relation to the banking sector, market and financial discipline, risk management and macroeconomic equilibrium, financial institutions, markets and macroeconomic imbalances, concentration and competition in the banking sector

    Suvremena je paradigma u pedagogiji usmjerena na holistički razvoj pojedinaca kurikulnim pristupom s naglaskom na ishode učenja i poučavanja. Naglašava se aktivna uloga učenika u nastavi, ali i važnost uloge nastavnika kao osobe koja oblikuje nastavno okruženje i organizira nastavni proces. Odgojno­obrazovne filozofije nastavnikā i uvjerenja koja su im u pozadini uvelike utječu na njihovu odgojno­obrazovnu praksu i djelovanje u nastavi. No još uvijek postoji neujednačenost u definiranju, identifikaciji i klasifikaciji odgojno­obrazovnih filozofija. Cilj je ovoga rada dati pregled literature o odgojno­obrazovnim filozofijama, pridonijeti određenju konstrukta, uputiti na važnost istraživanja odgojno­obrazovnih filozofija unutar pedagogije te uputiti na povezanost između odgojno­obrazovnih filozofija nastavnika i različitih vidova njihova odgojno­obrazovnog djelovanja
