Cognitive principles and persuasiveness of social anti-drug advertising

Moral emancipation in post-perestroika Russia led to a massive drug abuse, at the same time narcotization has no cognitive or religious impulse, but rather is connected with hedonistic tendencies (along with many other phenomena of modern civilization, especially mass culture). The problem of the relationship of drug abuse with deviant behavior has been dramatically worsened. Anti-drug direction with prominent role of social advertising in it, is very important. The most important methodological postulate was the position about the empirical method of cognitive linguistics, which is to follow all the nuances of language forms and to find their ultimate explanation in the cognitive structures device. Cognitive approach to social advertising considers that the recipient of the advertisement perceives it through the prism of individual constructs. Persuasiveness in anti-drug advertising relies not only on logic but on psychology, and the axiology. Intensity and efficiency analysis of assets use when monitoring the goodwill in the controlling system

The article presents the statistical evidence of a considerable gap between the market value of a modern company and the carrying value of its net assets. The authors define the gap as an underestimated part of assets and identify it with the company's goodwill. The authors research the practical application area of the business activity indicators, including for the grounded management decisions concerning the evaluation of investment attractiveness and efficiency of assets utilization of the modern companies.Keywords: goodwill, business activity, intangible assets, profitability, financial statement

A marked point process model with strong prior shape information for extraction of multiple, arbitrarily-shaped objects.

We define a method for incorporating strong prior shape information into a recently extended Markov point process model for the extraction of arbitrarily-shaped objects from images. To estimate the optimal configuration of objects, the process is sampled using a Markov chain based on a stochastic birth-and-death process defined in a space of multiple objects. The single objects considered are defined by both the image data and the prior information in a way that controls the computational complexity of the estimation problem. The method is tested via experiments on a very high resolution aerial image of a scene composed of tree crowns

Extraction of arbitrarily shaped objects using stochastic multiple birth-and-death dynamics and active contours.

We extend the marked point process models that have been used for object extraction from images to arbitrarily shaped objects, without greatly increasing the computational complexity of sampling and estimation. The approach can be viewed as an extension of the active contour methodology to an a priori unknown number of objects. Sampling and estimation are based on a stochastic birth-and-death process defined in a space of multiple, arbitrarily shaped objects, where the objects are defined by the image data and prior information. The performance of the approach is demonstrated via experimental results on synthetic and real data

В статті показана актуальність системи пенсійного страхування в умовах сучасних викликів, кількість яких з кожним роком тільки збільшується. Такі виклики змушують економічні системи прогинатися та шукати нові шляхи для ефективного функціонування. Система пенсійного страхування, яке входить у систему соціального забезпечення, є одною з таких систем, яка теж приймає глобальні виклики. Складні умови функціонування економічних систем призвели до зниження доходів та до втрати суспільної довіри до системи соціального забезпечення в низці країн. Пенсійне страхування – це сфера, яка торкається всіх громадян країни. Його якісні та кількісні характеристики свідчать про рівень соціального, економічного, правового та культурного розвитку суспільства та держави. В статті розглянуто сутність системи пенсійного страхування, зокрема показана наукова дискусія щодо її дефініції різними вченими. Продемонстровані ознаки такої базової категорії системи пенсійного страхування як пенсія. Зроблено порівняння дефініції пенсійне страхування та пенсійне забезпечення. Виявлені особливості пенсійного страхування на відміну від пенсійного забезпечення. Висвітлені функції пенсійного страхування, які вже існують та такі, що потребують назви. Показані суб’єкти, об’єкти та інфраструктуру системи пенсійного страхування. Виявлені форми системи пенсійного страхування, зокрема добровільне та обов’язкове. Продемонстровані класифікації система пенсійного страхування за ознаками, які розробляють різні вчені та фінансові установи, в тому числі Всесвітній банк, за допомогою яких можна простежити загальну тенденцію в світі щодо наявності видів систем пенсійного страхування, зокрема показані класифікації за типом виплат та розрахунком страхових внесків, за рівнями, в залежності від рівня пенсій і співвідношення державної і приватної компонентів, за принципом фінансування та за роллю держави.The article shows the relevance of the pension insurance system in today's challenges, the number of which is increasing every year. Such challenges are forcing economic systems to bend and look for new ways to function effectively. The pension insurance system, which is part of the social security system, is one such system that also accepts global challenges. Difficult conditions for the functioning of economic systems have led to lower incomes and a loss of public confidence in the social security system in a number of countries. Pension insurance is an area that affects all citizens of the country. Its qualitative and quantitative characteristics indicate the level of social, economic, legal and cultural development of society and the state. The article considers the essence of the pension insurance system, in particular, shows a scientific discussion on its definition by various scientists. The signs of such a basic category of the pension insurance system as a pension are demonstrated. A comparison of the definition of pension insurance and pension provision is made. Peculiarities of pension insurance in contrast to pension provision are revealed. The functions of pension insurance that already exist and that need a name are highlighted. The subjects, objects and infrastructure of the pension insurance system are shown. Forms of the pension insurance system have been identified, including voluntary and compulsory.
