The Influence of Compensation, Person Job Fit, Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction through Work Motivation

PT Jasa Raharja Putera (JRP) is one of the companies committed to achieving its organizational goals. Human resources management at JRP plays a crucial role in ensuring productive employee performance. One of the ways to achieve this is by striving to provide job satisfaction. Over the past 3 years, job satisfaction at JRP has been in the range of 65-66%. Several factors that can influence employee job satisfaction are Compensation, Person-Job Fit, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Motivation. Therefore, these variables will be used in the study. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample size of 144 respondents. The study's findings indicate that Compensation, Person-Job Fit, and the Non-Physical Work Environment collectively have a positive and significant influence on motivation. Furthermore, Compensation and Person-Job Fit have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. However, the Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation acts as a moderator and positively and significantly influences the relationship between Compensation, Person-Job Fit, Non-Physical Work Environment, and job satisfaction

Stasiun cuaca adalah suatu fasilitas dengan instrumen dan peralatan untuk mengamati kondisi fisik atmosfer pada suatu lokasi atau wilayah pada saat tertentu atau dalam periode jangka pendek (maksimum harian). Pengukuran biasanya dilakukan terhadap salah satu atau beberapa besaran berikut, yaitu: suhu, tekanan udara, kelembaban, kecepatan angin, arah angin, dan jumlah precipitation. Saat ini penulis sedang melakukan kegiatan penelitian mengembangkan Remote Terminal Unit berbasis mikrokontroler untuk stasiun cuaca. Dalam kegiatan tersebut, sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor suhu dan sensor kecepatan angin. Tulisan ini akan memfokuskan pada bagian sensor dan sistem pembacaan output sensor tersebut yang berupa modul mikrokontroler. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisa output rangkaian signal conditioning analog menggunakan mikrokontroler ATmega8535. Berdasarkan percobaan yang penulis lakukan, diperoleh bahwa penggunaan register Analog to Digital Converter 10 bit dapat menghasilkan nilai pengukuran dengan akurasi hingga 2 angka di belakang koma. Selain itu diketahui bahwa dengan penguatan tegangan input 2 kali pada signal conditioning analog terbukti cukup untuk signal dapat ditangkap oleh mikrokontroler. The Influence Of Discipline, Leadership Style And Work Environment On Employee Performance Through Motivation At The Secretariat General Of The DPR RI

This research aims to analyze the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI). Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents using purposive sampling method. The respondents in this study were employees of the Secretariat of the DPR RI. A total of 167 responses were successfully obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to DPR RI Secretariat employees. The collected data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of AMOS 22 software. Based on the AMOS analysis, the following results were obtained: 1) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on motivation. 2) Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on motivation. 3) Work environment has a positive and significant influence on motivation. 4) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. 5) Leadership style has a positive but not significant influence on employee performance. 6) Work environment has a positive but not significant influence on employee performance. 7) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. 8) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance through motivation. 9) Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance through motivation. Implementasi Algoritma Genetika untuk Memprediksi Waktu dan Biaya Pengerjaan Proyek Konstruksi

Pada beberapa proyek konstruksi yang dikerjakan oleh beberapa Perusahaan memiliki tahapan dalam pengerjaannya. Dalam pengerjaan proyek tentu akan mengalami banyak kendala baik berasal dari internal atau dari eksternal. kendala yang dihadapi adalah waktu dan biaya penyelesaiannya. Untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut maka dip erlukannya sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memprediksi penggunaan biaya dan waktu sehingga proyek yang dikerjakan sesuai dengan harga dan waktu yang telah disepakati. Algoritma yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi yang dapat memprediksi waktu dan biaya pengerjaan proyek konstruksi adalah algoritma genetika. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah 98.72% keakuratannya dalam memprediksi waktu dan biaya pengerjaan proyek konstruksi yang dimana aplikasi ini dapat memberikan output berupa hasil prediksi waktu dan biaya pengerjaan proyek konstruksi berdasarkan luas tanah yang di input dan pemilihan kromosom. Kromosom yang dimaksud adalah salah satu pekerjaan dari masing - masing proyek, yang memiliki luas tanah dengan selisih 5 angka dari luas tanah yang di input. PENGARUH DANA PIHAK KETIGA DAN NON PERFORMING FINANCING (NPF) TERHADAP PENYALURAN PEMBIAYAAN PADA BANK UMUM SYARIAH YANG BEROPERASI DI INDONESIA

Bank adalah lembaga keuangan yang berfungsi sebagai perantara keuangan. Baik menerima simpanan uang dari masyarakat dan selanjutnya menyalurkannya kembali dalam bentuk kredit. Penyaluran kredit memungkinkan dilakukannya investasi, distribusi, dan juga konsumsi barang dan jasa, mengingat semua kegiatan tersebut berkaitan dengan penggunaan uang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan pada bank umum syariah yang beroperasi di Indonesia, Non Performing Financing terhadap Penyaluran Pembiayaan pada bank umum syariah yang beroperasi di Indonesia, dan pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga dan Non performing Financing secara bersama-sama terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan pada bank umum syariah yang beroperasi di Indonesia Penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu Dana Pihak Ketiga dan Non Performing Financing (NPF) dan variabel terikat yaitu penyaluran pembiayaan pada bank Umum Syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif dan kausalitas. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan Bank Umum Syariah periode 2010-2012 yang dipublikasikan di Bank Indonesia dengan jumlah sepuluh bank. Adapun metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari: uji linearitas; uji multikolinearitas; uji heteroskedastisitas; uji autokorelasi serta uji F(simultan). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui hasil pengujian statistik dengan menggunakan analisis koefisien regresi diperoleh bahwa DPK memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan bank umum syariah, sedangkan NPF memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan bank umum syariah. Adapun hasil uji F menyatakan bahwa dana pihak ketiga dan non performing berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan pada Bank Umum Syariah. This research consists of independent variables, namely Third Party Fund (DPK) and Non Performing Financing (NPF), and the dependent variable is banking Financing distribution of the Public Sharia Bank in Indonesia. The methods used in this research is verifikatif method and causality. The Data used in this research is a annualy Bank financial reports public sharia periode 2010-2012 published in Bank Indonesia with a total of ten banks. As for the statistical methods used are multiple linear regression analysis by first doing a classic assumption test comprising: linearity test; multicollinearity test; heteroskedastisitas test; autocorrelation test and F-test. Studies of Modification of Zeolite by Tandem Acid-Base Treatments and its Adsorptions Performance Towards Thorium

Hierarchical zeolite was prepared from natural zeolite using tandem acid-base treatments and applied as adsorbent for Th(IV) removal. Natural zeolite occurred naturally as microporous material. It was modified using two familiar methods simultaneously, dealumination and desilication techniques, to change its micropore size into hierarchical pores.. Extensive characterization of both natural and modified zeolites were conducted using XRD, BET, SEM-EDS, and AAS. XRD Patterns of raw, pre-treated , and acid-base tandem modified zeolites show that the modification process has not changed the crystal properties of this material. However, the Si/Al ratio is increased from 6.688 to 11.401 for Na-zeolite (NaZ) and modified zeolite, ZA2B respectively. The surface area is increased from 125.4 m2/g (NaZ) to 216.8 m2/g (ZA2B), indicative of the creation of mesopore in addition to naturally micropore structure. The application of these zeolite materials as adsorbent were carried out using solution of 50 ppm Th4+measured using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The UV-Vis result shows that the modified zeolite (ca. 10 mg) has higher adsorption capacity than natural zeolite. The adsorption process does not fit into Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm and the adsorption capacity of this material increase from 909 mg/g to 2000 mg/g for NaZ and ZA2B respectively.Received: 26 January 2015; Revised: 20 May 2015: Accepted  21 May 201
