An Interactive Simulator for Data-flow Graphs

Grafy toku dat jsou často používány při návrhu hardware. Jsou však vhodné také pro provádění hlubších analýz návrhů (např. funkční a formální verifikace). Simulátor prezentovaný v této práci vzniká jako podpůrný nástroj pro verifikační prostředí HADES. Cílem simulátoru je snížit potřebný čas a zvýšit kvalitu procesu verifikace. Pro efektivní provádění simulace byl navržen a implementován simulační algoritmus, který díky eliminaci nadbytečných vyhodnocení šetří výpočetní čas. Simulátor je vybaven několika výstupními rozhraními, která jsou připojena k simulačnímu jádru. První rozhraní poskytuje přímý výstup simulace v textové podobě. K němu existuje také interaktivní varianta, která dovoluje uživateli řídit běh simulace a manipulovat se stavem modelu. Třetí vytváří plnohodnotné uživatelské rozhraní určené pro vizualizaci  průběhu simulace.Data-flow graphs are often used by hardware designers. Such graph representation is also very useful for performing deeper analysis of a design (including functional or formal verification). Simulator presented in this thesis is a support tool for verification environment HADES. The goal of the simulator is to decrease necessary time and increase quality of the verification process. To perform a simulation efficiently, a specific simulation algorithm which saves computation time by eliminating redundant evaluations has been introduced. The simulator is equiped with several output interfaces connected to a single simulation core. One output interface provides direct simulation output in text format. The second is also textual, but allows user to control the simulation. Finally, the third forms a graphical interface that visualizes simulation results.

Draft of Optimization of Web Application for B2B

Záměrem této práce je návrh optimalizace webu (webové aplikace) určeného pro sektor B2B (Business to Business), v jejímž důsledku by měla být signifikantním způsobem zlepšena uživatelská zkušenost při jeho používání. Problematika uživatelské zkušenosti byla řešena prostřednictvím analytických činností zaměřených na web www.webstopar.cz, přičemž výsledky této analýzy byly obohaceny prostřednictvím provedeného kvalitativního výzkumu. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je návrh optimalizace jednotlivých aspektů uživatelské zkušenosti. Realizace návrhu by měla přispět nejen ke zkvalitnění webu z pohledu uživatelské zkušenosti, ale měla by také přinést benefit v podobě minimálně 10% nárůstu uživatelů služby nabízené na webu. Výsledný návrh uvedený v rámci této práce je navíc obecně aplikovatelný na širokou škálu českých i zahraničních webů.The purpose of this thesis is to design optimization of a webpage application designated for the B2B sector, which should improve a user experience in a significant way. A user experience issue was solved by analytical activities oriented on the webpage of www.webstopar.cz. The results of the analysis were supplemented by a qualitative research. The result of the bachelor thesis is a design of optimization of particular aspects of a user experience. The design implementation should improve the webpage quality from the point of view of a user experience and also bring the benefit of 10% increase in users of the service offered on the webpage. Moreover, the final design of this work is generally applicable for a large variety of Czech and foreign webpages.

Automatic Template Pattern Recognition

Spam se typicky nevyskytuje ve formě samostatných zpráv, ale často bývá sdružován do takzvaných kampaní. Ty bývají automaticky generovány pomocí šablon. Díky tomu jsou jednotlivé zprávy sémanticky, ale ne syntakticky, ekvivalentní. Cílem práce je navrhnout algoritmus schopný z množiny zpráv jedné kampaně zpětně extrahovat šablonu, ze které tyto zprávy byly generovány. Práce se zaměřuje na spam v SMS komunikaci, ale navržené postupy jsou dostatečně obecné pro širší použití. Algoritmus je postaven na metodě zarovnávání dvou sekvencí, používané v bioinformatice pro nalezení podobných oblastí proteinových řetězců. Výstupem je regulární výraz popisující šablonu dané kampaně. Součástí řešení je také nástroj pro vizualizaci šablony pomocí HTML.Řešení bylo ověřeno na přibližně třech stovkách skutečných kampaní z celého světa. V naprosté většině případů je poskytnutý výsledek postačující pro identifikaci kampaně.Spam does not occur as separate messages, but it is sent in so-called campaigns. They are usually generated by a certain template which allows producing large amount of semantically, but not syntactically, equivalent messages. The goal of this work is to design an algorithm able to reversely extract a template of a campaign from a set of concrete messages. The main focus is on spam in SMS communication. However, proposed method is general enough for wider use. The proposed algorithm is based on a method of aligning to sequences, which is used in bioinformatics to detect similar regions of protein strings. Resulting templates are represented as regular expressions. The tool is able to visualize extracted templates using HTML.Results of the tool were validated on more than three hundred real-world campaigns. In most cases extracted regular expressions were able to identify their source campaign.

Two new \u3cem\u3eChaerilus\u3c/em\u3e from Vietnam (Scorpiones, Chaerilidae), with observations of growth and maturation of \u3cem\u3eChaerilus granulatus\u3c/em\u3e sp. n. and \u3cem\u3eC. hofereki\u3c/em\u3e Kovařík et al., 2014

Chaerilus granulatus sp. n. and C. longimanus sp. n. from Vietnam are described and compared with other species of the genus. Both species are characterized by: median eyes present; movable finger of pedipalp with 7–9 rows of granules; total length of adults under 30 mm; male differing from female in having pedipalp chela much narrower and longer. The two new species are differentiated by: ventral sides of sternite VII are smooth in C. longimanus sp. n. and granulated in C. granulatus sp. n. Adults of both sexes of C. granulatus sp. n. and C. hofereki Kovařík et al., 2014 were raised from birth and their exuviae were retained and compared to the mature adults. Hemisper-matophores of C. granulatus sp. n. and C. hofereki were extracted and illustrated. Karyotype of male holotype of C. granulatus sp. n. consists of high number of chromosomes (2n=96)

All data about the distribution of Uroplectes fischeri (Karsch, 1879) in Ethiopia and Somalia are summarized. U. fischeri is fully illustrated with color photos of habitus and locality. Uroplectoides abyssinicus Lourenço, 1998 is discussed and synonymized with U. fischeri. Genus Uroplectoides Lourenço, 1998 is synonymized with Uroplectes Peters, 1861. Hemispermatophore of U. fischeri was extracted and illustrated for the first time. In addition to morphological analysis we also describe the karyotype of male U. fischeri from Ethiopia (2n=28)

Scorpions of Sri Lanka (Arachnida: Scorpiones). Part III. \u3cem\u3eHeterometrus yaleensis\u3c/em\u3e sp. n. (Scorpionidae)

Heterometrus yaleensis sp. n. from Sri Lanka, Southern Province, Yale National Park is described and compared with other species of the genus. The presence of a unique dorsointernal carina on the pedipalp chela distinguishes H. yaleensis sp. n. from all other Heterometrus species. Additional information is provided on the taxonomy and distribution of the genus Heterometrus in Sri Lanka, fully complemented with color photos of specimens of both sexes of the new species, as well as of their habitat. In addition to external morphology and hemispermatophore, we also describe the karyotype of H. yaleensis sp. n. (2n=99)

Presentation of Extinct Settlements in the Czech Borderlands in Exhibitions and Museum Expositions

The methodology deals with the topic of extinct settlements in the Czech borderlands after 1945 and the possibilities of their presentation in exhibitions and museum expositions
