Cílem zadaného tématu bakalářské práce ,,zděný rodinný dům“ je vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby. Rodinný dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Nachází se v okrajové části městyse Velké Němčice. Objekt je řešen jako samostatně stojící o dvou nadzemních podlažích, nepodsklepený. První nadzemní podlaží lze rozdělit na část technickou a aktivní. V technické části se nachází garáž pro jedno automobilové stání, dílna, technická místnost šatna a schodiště. V aktivní zóně domu se nachází obývací pokoj s jídelnou, kuchyní a vstup na terasu. V druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou tři pokoje, šatna koupelna, sušárna a samostatné WC. Nosné zdivo je zděné z cihelných tvárnic Porotherm. Stropy jsou z POT nosníků a stropních vložek MIAKO. Část rodinného domu je zastřešena pultovou střechou se sklonem 150 z plechové střešní krytiny Lindab a druhá část plochou střechou ze spádových klínů.The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called „ A brick – built detached house“ is to create documentation for carrying out construction. The house is designed for a four – member family. It is situated in a suburb of Velké Němčice. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consists of two parts – a technical and active one. In the technical part, there is a garage for a car, workroom, technical room, closet and staircase. In the active part, there is a living room with dining room, kitchen and entrance leading to the terrace. On the second floor, there is a closet, bathroom, drying room, separate toilet and three rooms. The load – bearing wall is made of brick breeze blocks Porotherm. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. Part of the house is covered with a single pitch roof with an agle of inclination of 15° made of a tin roof covering Lindab and the second part is made of a flat roof from a sloped wedge.

Java EE Organizer

Tato práce pojednává o analýze stávajících organizérů a přístupů, které jsou s těmito aplikacemi spojeny. Další část práce popisuje model třívrstvé architektury a její části. Jsou zde také popisovány některé základní technologie, které jsou obsaženy v platformě Java EE a nebo jsou s touto platformou úzce spjaty. Další část práce je věnována popisu implementace a návrhu aplikace Java EE Organizér, což je aplikace, jejímž úkolem je správa událostí, úkolů a kontaktů.This thesis analyses existing organizers and approaches associated with these applications. Next part of the work describes three tier architecture and its individual parts. It also described some of the basic technologies which are included in the Java EE platform, or which that are closely related to this platform. Last part of the work is dedicated to describing the implementation and design of Java EE Organizer. It is an application which target is administration of event, task and contact manager.

Visualization of connections between computers

Projekt Multicast IPTV Research Group se zabývá zejména vývojem nového algoritmu, využití stávajících a vývojem nových protokolů v rámci IPTV technologie. Ta bývá spojována s VOD (Video on demand) a internetovými službami jako např. přístup na web či internetová telefonie VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Tato práce se zabývá teorií IPTV, její historií a architekturou. Dále pak multicastem jako způsobem šíření skupinového vysílání, jeho vlastnostmi, směrováním skupinového vysílání a protokoly použitými pro přenos. Rozebírá možností grafických formátů pro vykreslování, jejich výhody a nevýhody. Konečným cílem této práce, která je řešena právě v rámci projektu Multicast IPTV Research Group, je aplikace, která čte a analyzuje data vzniklá hierarchickou sumarizací. Pomocí zvoleného grafického prostředku graphviz vykresluje zdrojová data ve formátu svg. Takto vytvořené soubory se pak dají snadno prohlížet v novějších typech internetových prohlížečů.Project Multicast IPTV Research Group mainly deals with the proposing of new mathematical models and communication protocols within IPTV technology. This technology is associated with VOD (Video on demand) and internet services such as web pages or VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). This bachelor thesis is focused on IPTV theory, history and achitecture. Analyse multicast, its attributes, routing and protocols used to broadcasting. Subtilize posibility of graphics formats for visualization, their advantages and disadvantages. Final objective of this project, which is solved on Multicast IPTV Research Group project, is application, which analyse input data generated by hierarchy summarization. By virtue of graphviz are generated output data in svg format. It is easy to view this svg files in later types of internet browsers.

Open source PBX YATE

Práce pojednává o pobočkové ústředně YATE, popisuje její konfiguraci od prvotní instalace, přes základní nastavení a popis jednotlivých protokolů přes způsob registrace uživatelů, syntaxe pro definování volacího plánu včetně příkladů použití, a demonstraci doplňkových služeb včetne praktického oveření funkčnosti v počítačové učebně Dále jsou vytvořeny dvě vzorové úlohy pro bližší seznámení s principy fungování a nastavení pobočkové ústředny Yate.The work discusses about the PBX Yate, describes its configuration from the initial installation, through the basic setup and description of the way through the logs of user registration, the syntax for defining the calling plan, including examples, and additional services, including demonstration of practical verification of the functionality in the computer lab. Are also created two samples job for more familiar with the principles of operation and the Yate PBX settings.

The Legal Capacity of the mental Patiens in the Czech republic

katedra: KSS; rozsah: 57 s., 11 s. vevázaných přílohThe Bachelor work has considered the problem of legal status of insane people in valid legislation of the Czech republic. As well as mapping the legal status of such people and finding the fact whether the insane people´s rights are restricted or handicapped in any way. The work has been formed of studying the available material considering the problem mentioned above, and also evaluation of acquired knowledge. The work is devided into three main bodies. Summary and careful study of issues gained from available literature leads to the fact that legal status of insane people in the Czech legislation is adjusted and taken into account. Insane people are not restricted in their rights and they have the same rights as other citizens of the Czech republic. It was also discovered that in case of inability to enforce and defend one´s law individually there is a trustee established for such people who can supply the required act at the process. There is also an expert of psychiatry to pass impartial and objective judgment on equal position of insane people.Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou právního postavení duševně nemocných v platné legislativě České republiky, respektive zmapováním právního postavení těchto osob a zjištěním, zda jsou duševně nemocní nějak ve svých právech omezeni, či znevýhodněni. Práce vycházela z prostudování dostupných materiálů, týkajících se této problematiky a z vyhodnocení získaných poznatků. Práce je rozdělena do tří základních částí. Po prostudování a sumarizaci výsledků získaných z dostupné literatury bylo zjištěno, že právní postavení duševně nemocných v legislativě České republiky je upraveno a zohledněno. Duševně nemocní nejsou ve svých právech omezováni a mají stejná práva jako jiní občané našeho státu. V případě, že nejsou schopni tato práva v důsledku svého onemocnění sami prosazovat a hájit, je jim určen opatrovník, který jejich úlohu v soudním řízení zastane. V neposlední řadě je jejich rovnoprávné postavení zabezpečeno nestranným a objektivním posouzením duševního stavu znalcem z oboru psychiatrie

Tématem bakalářské práce je marketingový plán pro české zastoupení Ford Motor Company. Zabývá se upevněním pozice modelu Mondeo vůči konkurenci ve střední třídě vozů a zvýšením jeho prodejů. Pojednává o podmínkách značné konkurence a tlaků na stále vyšší standard vozidel.The theme of my bachelor’s thesis is a marketing plan regarding to Czech representation of Ford Motor Company. The thesis deals with a stabilization of model Mondeo and its position in comparison to the competition of medium-size automobile category and increasing of its sales. It also treats of conditions within a large competition and pressure for constantly higher vehicle norms.

Conditions for testing electromagnetic susceptibility of electronic devices

Electromagnetic compatibility is scientific and technological discipline which examines the compatibility conditions of operation the various systems and methods of leading to their optimization. Respect for the principles of electromagnetic compatibility closely related to the quality and reliability of products. Underestimation of these principles in the development, construction, design and testing of products and systems containing electronic circuitry have resulted in a large failure rate of products, their operational unreliability and consequently the inability to sell the product on the market. Moreover, lack of knowledge of the principles and conditions of electromagnetic compatibility may result in failure or irreparable damage to the devices or endanger the property, health or life of people in certain circumstances. © Research India Publications

Evalution individual and group gaming skills of players at AC Sparta Praha U 12 (Year 2002)

Název práce: Hodnocení individuálních a skupinových herních dovedností u hráčů AC Sparta Praha U12 (ročník 2002) Cíle práce: Zjistit chybovost hráčů v utkáních AC Sparta Praha U 12 z pohledu kvantity i kvality. Metoda práce: Observační analýza metodou nepřímého pozorování. Jedná se o smíšený výzkum. Výsledky práce: Z nepřímého pozorování zápasů AC Sparta Praha U12 jsem zjistil, že za 6 utkání udělali hráči celkem 431 chyb. Z toho nejčastější chybou byla přihrávka 136 chyb (31,55%), dále pak obcházení protihráče 73 chyb (16,94%). Srovnatelný počet chyb jsem zpozoroval u převzetí (43 chyb, 9,98%) a zpracování (45 chyb, 10,44%). Z týmových činností jsem sledoval zastupování spoluhráče proti soupeři (14 chyb, 3,25%) a zajišťování spoluhráče (26 chyb, 6,03%). Z kvality hráčům nejvíce dělá problém cit na míč, kdy nedokázali zvolit správnou razanci nebo při zpracování ztlumit míč. Další příčinnou vzniku chyb byl presink soupeře. Když byli hráči Sparty dobře a včas dostupovaní, měli velký problém vzniklou situaci správně vyřešit. This is a joint research. Results: Using the indirect observational method on AC Sparta Praha U12, I have found out that during 6 games, players had made in total 431 mistakes. Out of all, the most common mistake was pass - 136 errors (31,55%), followed by the circumvention of the teammate - 73 errors (16, 93%). I have noticed a comparable number of errors in takeover - 43 errors (9, 98%) and while handling the ball - 45 errors (10, 44%). From team activities I observed an error while defending an opponent along with one teammate - 14 errors (3, 25%) and ensuring teammate - 26 mistakes (6, 03%). From the quality point of view, the greatest problem is the sense for the ball, when they were not able to choose the right strength or while processing the ball not being able to cushion the ball. Another cause of errors was pressing on an opponent.
