It is considered a principle of thyroid pathology diagnostics intelligent system structure. It is determined basic ultrasound images features for patients with thyroid cancers. The block diagram of intellectual diagnostics is proposed. It includes two basic subsystems: making decision support and image processing. As a classifier it is used fuzzy neural networks (NEFCLASS) due to its synergy capabilities: rule-based representation and generalization possibilities. As a activation function of rule neuron (to calculate of activation of rules on the basis of membership functions) the T-norm is used. It is used convolution neural networks for ultrasound images processing.Розглянуто принцип побудови інтелектуальної системи діагностики патологій щитовидної залози. Визначено основні особливості ультразвукових зображень для пацієнтів з раком щитовидної залози. Запропоновано структурну схему інтелектуальної діагностики, яка включає дві основні підсистеми: підтримки прийняття рішень і обробки зображень. В якості класифікатора використовується нечітка нейронна мережа (NEFCLLASS) через її синергетичні можливості: представлення результату на основі правил і можливості узагальнення. Як функції активації нейрона (для розрахунку активації правил на основі функцій приналежності) використовується Т-норма. Для обробки ультразвукових зображень використовується згорткова нейронна мережа

The Development of Private Law Doctrine in the Field of Protection of Subjective Civil Rights

The protection of subjective civil rights was the subject of the close attention of civilists for many decades. At the same time, the accents of doctrinal substantiation acquire unique expression due to the nature of private legal policy, expressed in the principal act of civil legislation. The adoption of the Civil Code of Ukraine in 2003 as the constitution of private law for the future of civil society with a developed market economy has led to a significant intensification of scientific research in the field of the relevant issues. The provisions of the current Civil Code of Ukraine, which to a large extent formed the modern institute for the protection of subjective civil rights, became a significant factor in the development of national civilist doctrine in the post-Soviet period. The purpose of the article is to analyze and define the general vector of the private law doctrine development in the sphere of subjective civil rights protection taking into account the changes that took place in the legal regulation of the institute of subjective civil rights protection following the adoption of the current Civil Code of Ukraine and reforming the procedural legislation of Ukraine within the framework of the judicial reform. Emphasis was placed on the need to differentiate the right to remedy from the protection of rights as tangible actions directly aimed at protecting the violated right. The conclusion on the necessity of considering the category of protection of rights, first of all, in the system of the mechanism of realization of civil rights is reached. At the same time, the stage of protection of rights is recognized as an optional stage of the mechanism of realization of subjective civil law and is separated from other stages, because it has inherent features that make it impossible to combine it with the stage of formation of subjective law, as well as its realization. The relationship between the protection of rights and other civilistic categories, such as legal safeguard, legally protected interest and civil liability, has been elucidated. Within the framework of the study of the institute of protection of rights, the legal phenomenon of the misuse of a right has been analyzed. We propose an approach to the legal consequences of qualifying the method of protection as general or special in the context of law enforcement practice. The general vector of private law doctrine development in the sphere of subjective civil rights protection at the present stage is recognized to be ensuring the effective protection of subjective civil rights. It has been established that the relevant changes permeate the whole Institute of the protection of rights, starting from its doctrinal interpretation and interaction with other related institutions, up to the influence of the doctrine on the formation of new legislative approaches and actual judicial practice, since the prevailing task of court proceedings under the new procedural legislation is to ensure effective protection of the rights of the person filing a lawsuit

Study of the activity of sunflower honey against a mixed microbial association isolated from bees with signs of dyspepsia in laboratory conditions

Beekeeping is one of the essential branches of agriculture in Ukraine, the main activity of which is aimed at breeding bees and obtaining honey and other products beneficial for human health. Maintaining the physiological state of bee colonies at the proper level is one of the essential tasks of veterinary medicine doctors and beekeepers. Compliance with veterinary and sanitary requirements at bee farms is the basis of preventing infectious pathologies in bee colonies. Since the body of insects has a fast metabolism, any infectious pathology quickly acquires a massive manifestation. One indicative symptom of infectious damage to the “gut” of bees is dyspepsia. Diarrhea, anorexia, and loss of productivity are observed in bees in this condition. The market of means to prevent such pathological manifestations in beekeeping is relatively narrow. The healing and favorable properties of honey, manifested in pain-relieving, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects, have been known since ancient times. Sunflower honey differs from other types in a wide range of components, particularly phytoncides, which inhibit the growth of pathogenic microorganisms. Therefore, the main goal of the experiment was a laboratory study of the effect of different concentrations of sunflower honey sieve on the mixed microbial association isolated from bees with signs of dyspepsia. The activity of sunflower honey in laboratory conditions was studied by the disco-diffusion method in Petri dishes on MPA medium (meat-peptone agar). To obtain syrup from sunflower honey, sunflower honey was diluted with distilled water in a ratio of 1:1, working solutions were prepared from sunflower honey syrup in dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:10, 1:100. The data analysis indicates the bacteriostatic activity of the syrup from sunflower honey in all studied concentrations concerning the mixed microbial association. Moreover, the largest diameter of the growth inhibition zone of the studied microorganisms was noted when the syrup from sunflower honey was diluted in a ratio of 1:10 (19.2 ± 0.42 mm). In turn, the antagonistic effect of the syrup from sunflower honey was observed in all dilutions concerning the mixed microbial association, where the largest diameter of the antagonism was 19.6 ± 0.27 mm when the disc was impregnated with the native working solution. Thus, it is promising to accumulate and identify a pure culture antagonist concerning a mixed culture of bacteria isolated during bee diarrhea to further create a pharmacological agent for preventing infectious pathologies of bees in unhealthy apiaries

Особливості будови черепа тварин ряду Хижі

Predators is medium-sized and large mammal leading a terrestrial way of life. They are mostly carnivorous animals, the nature of nutrition of which indicate certain devices are reflected in the structure of the scull. The aim of the work is to conduct a comparative anatomical study of the structure of the scull and to determine the craniometric indicators in animals of families Feline (Domestic cat), Canine (Domestic dog, Wolf, Fox ordinary) and Mustelidae (stone marten, forest polecat, badger ordinary) a squad of Carnivore. Comparative anatomical, craniological and statistical methods of research were used. It was found that the scull of test animals is of a General anatomical structure (wide temporal fossa, a deep masseteric fossa, well-defined nuchal and external sagittal crests, the presence of angular process on mandible, relatively large tympanic bullas, underdeveloped lacrimal bone) and species differences (topography of split of the external sagittal crest, shape of mandibular angular process, the presence of intratympanical part of the temporal bone). Absolute craniometrical indices of badger more of indicators of marten, since they directly depend on the weight and body size of these animals. There are most vary the overall length of the scull (1.69 times; P < 0.001), length of bony palate (1.82 times; P < 0.001), length of the external sagittal crest (3.67 times; P < 0.001), width of bony palate at the level of the first premolar and the last molar (2.33 times; P < 0.001), width of choans on the level of hook-shaped processes of pterygoid bone (1.75 times; P < 0.01), width of choans at the level of the caudal edge of the Palatine bone (2 times; P < 0.05), the total height of the scull (2.36 times; P < 0.001). Most of the relative craniometric indicators of the badger scull, compared with such in martens, are almost the same, due to the close specificity of nutrition and environmental characteristics in natural biocenosis. Due to the well-developed external sagittal crest, the height of the brain relative to the total height of the scull in badger (61.02 ± 4.73%) is 1.51 times less (P < 0.001) than in marten (92 ± 6.12%). The relative length of the external sagittal crest to the total length of the badger scull is 2.17 times longer (P < 0.001) (53.1 ± 3.09 versus 24.42 ± 1.41%), compared with marten, due to the more powerful development of masticatory muscles, temporal in particular.Хижі – середні та великі ссавці, що ведуть наземний спосіб життя. Переважно м’ясоїдні тварини, про характер живлення яких свідчать певні пристосування, відображені у будові черепа. Мета роботи – провести порівняльно-анатомічні дослідження будови черепа і визначити краніометричні показники у тварин родин Котячі (кіт свійський), Собачі (собака свійська, вовк, лисиця звичайна) і Куницеві (куниця кам’яна, тхір лісовий, борсук звичайний) ряду Хижі. Використали порівняльно-анатомічні, краніологічні та статистичні методи досліджень. Встановили, що череп досліджених тварин має спільні анатомічні особливості будови (широка вискова ямка, глибока жувальна ямка, добре виражені карковий і зовнішній сагітальний гребені, наявність кутового відростка на нижній щелепі, відносно великі барабанні міхури, слабо розвинена слізна кістка) і видові відмінності (топографія роздвоєння зовнішнього сагітального гребеня, форма нижньощелепного кутового відростка, наявність внутрішньобарабанної частини вискової кістки). Абсолютні краніометричні показники борсука більші за такі показники куниці, оскільки прямо залежать від маси та розмірів тіла цих тварин. Найбільш різняться показники загальної довжини черепа (в 1,69 раза; Р < 0,001), довжини кісткового  піднебіння (в 1,82 разу; Р < 0,001), довжини зовнішнього сагітального гребеня (в 3,67 раза; Р < 0,001), ширини кісткового піднебіння на рівні першого премоляра і останнього моляра (в 2,33 разу; Р < 0,001), ширини хоан на рівні гачкоподібних відростків крилоподібної кістки (в 1,75 раза; Р < 0,01), ширини хоан на рівні каудального краю піднебінної кістки (в 2 рази; Р < 0,05), загальної висоти черепа (в 2,36 разу; Р < 0,001). Більшість відносних краніометричних показників черепа борсука, порівняно з такими в куниці, майже однакові, що обумовлено близькою специфікою живлення, екологічними особливостями у природних біоценозах. Проте висота мозкового відділу порівняно з загальною висотою черепа у борсука (61,02 ± 4,73%) в 1,51 разу менша (Р < 0,001) за такий показник у куниці (92 ± 6,12%) завдяки добре розвиненому зовнішньому сагітальному гребеню. Його відносна довжина до загальної довжини черепа більша (Р < 0,001) в 2,17 разу (53,1 ± 3,09% – у борсука, 24,42 ± 1,41% – у куниці), що зумовлено потужнішим розвитком жувальних м’язів, вискового зокрема

Определенное внимание уделяется квалификации защиты прав третейскими судами в качестве юрисдикционного способа защиты субъективных гражданских прав, несмотря на то, что третейские суды не входят в судебную систему государства, а потому не осуществляют правосудие в понимании законодательства. Автор отдельно останавливается на вопросе обеспечения иска, рассматриваемого третейским судом. Также анализируется вопрос обжалования решений третейских судов в соответствии с положениями украинского законодательства о третейских судах.У статті розглядаються особливості захисту суб’єктивних цивільних прав третейськими судами. Певна увага приділяється кваліфікації захисту прав третейськими судами в якості юрисдикційного способу захистусуб’єктивних цивільних прав, незважаючи на той факт, що третейські суди не входять до судової системи держави, а відтак не справляють правосуддя в розумінні законодавства. Автор окремо зупиняється на питанні забезпечення позову, який розглядається третейським судом. Також аналізується і питання оскарження рішень третейських судів відповідно до положеньукраїнськогозаконодавства про третейські суди.The article reviews special aspects of protection of subjective civil rights by arbitration courts. Certain attention is paid to qualification of protection of subjective civil rights by arbitration courts as a way of jurisdictional remedy of subjective civil rights, despite the fact that arbitration courts are not part of the judicial system of the state and thus do not administer justice within the meaning of the legislation. The author particularly highlights the issue of securing a claim considered by the arbitration court. The issue of challenging the arbitration courts’ awards in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation on arbitration courts is also analyzed
