Parametric studies of cosmic ray acceleration in supernova remnants

We present a library of numerical models of cosmic-ray accelerating supernova remnants (SNRs) evolving through a homogeneous ambient medium. We analyse distributions of the different energy components and diffusive shock acceleration time-scales for the models in various conditions. The library comprises a variety of SNR evolutionary scenarios and is used to map remnants with sufficiently known properties. This mapping constrains the respective ambient medium properties and the acceleration efficiency. Employing the library, we derive the ambient medium density, ambient magnetic field strength and the cosmic-ray acceleration efficiency for models of Tycho and SN 1006 remnants and refine the ages of SNR 0509-67.5 and SNR 0519-69.0.Comment: 13 pages, 9 figures, MNRAS accepte

Compliance program of an industrial enterprise: the essence and content

The article gives a scientific analysis of the term «compliance» is used to denote the continuous efforts of the organization to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws, regulations and rules applicable to its activities, including its own internal corporate policies and procedures. For many years compliance was of great significance only in industries that have traditionally heavily regulated, such as healthcare and financial services. However, after the entry into force of the anti-corruption legislation in Ukraine in all industries have been regulated tightly enough, and for each legal entity (or unit) there was a need for tight monitoring of compliance with industrial enterprises of the countless existing laws, rules and regulations. Ultimately, the essence of a robust compliance program is not only to avoid investigation, but for the most part in the formation of the ethical environment in which business can thrive

Di-nucleus dynamics towards fusion of heavy nuclei

Since the neck changes the potential landscape, especially the height of the conditional saddle point, time evolution of the neck degree of freedom plays a crucial role in fusion. We analytically solve time-evolution of nuclear shape of the composite system from di-nucleus to mono-nucleus. The time- dependent distribution function of the neck is obtained, which elucidates dynamics of fusion processes in general, and thus, is useful for theoretical predictions on synthesis of the superheavy elements with various combinations of incident heavy ions

Исследование элементов отечественного социального плаката дает возможность современному дизайнеру выбрать и обосновать необходимое решение. Генетический анализ истории развития показал тенденцию постепенного перехода к более сжатой форме послания, которое может быть донесено без использования рекламного слогана. Оценка комплексных критериев эффективности дизайна показала, что изображение социального плаката может обладать самодостаточностью, так как развитие методов графического повествования позволяет передать содержание послания исключительно при помощи рекламного имиджа.The study of domestic social poster’s elements allows modern designer to choose and justify the necessary solution. Genetic analysis of the development revealed the simplifi cation trend of a message that can be conveyed without using an advertising slogan.
