Kontinuita a kontakt:Ságy o současnosti a kulturní paměť

Studie je zaměřena na staroseverské "ságy o současnosti" (tzn. texty zapsané s malým časovým odstupem od událostí dvanáctého a třináctého století, které jsou v nich zaznamenány) a vybrané ságy o biskupech jakožto obrazy islandské identity a vztahu Islanďanů k jiným zemím, především k Norsku, ve třináctém a čtrnáctém století. Soustředí se na rozbor rolí a významů různých nositelů identity zobrazených v těchto pramenech - islandských lokálních aristokratů, královských zmocněnců, církevních hodnostářů a svatých biskupů. Přístup k pramenům se zakládá na analýze procesů přetváření nedávných dějinných událostí v narativní diskurs, v němž jsou tyto události propojeny se vzdálenější minulostí, která utvářela kulturní paměť středověkých Islanďanů. V rámci diskursu se události samotné stávají součástí kulturní paměti dané společnosti a získávají nové vrstvy významu, které nejsou v historických faktech inherentně obsaženy, nýbrž vycházejí z jejich kontextualizace. Studie ukazuje, jak narativizace nedávných událostí a jejich začlenění do kulturní paměti vytvářejí smysluplný vztah mezi minulostí a přítomností. Cílem studie je ukázat, jak narativní prameny odrážejí vnímání nedávné minulosti na Islandu třináctého a čtrnáctého století a jak hodnotí různé prvky kontinuity a vývoje v oblasti politického systému a...The study is focused on the Old Norse "contemporary sagas" (texts composed with a short time distance from the events of the twelfth and thirteenth centuries that are recorded in them) and some of the bishops' sagas as images of the thirteenth- and fourteenth-century Icelanders' identity and their relationship to other lands, especially Norway. It aims at analysing the roles and meanings of various identity bearers portrayed in these sources - chieftains, royal representatives, ecclesiastical dignitaries, and saintly bishops. The approach to the sources is based on an analysis of how recent historical events were transformed into a narrative discourse, in which they were connected to the more distant past that formed the medieval Icelandic society's cultural memory. That way, these events themselves became a part of this society's cultural memory, and the given historical knowledge was endowed with specific meanings, which were not inherently present in the knowledge itself, but were based on its contextualization. The study shows how the narrativization of the recent events and their integration into the cultural memory creates a meaningful relationship between the past and the present. Jazyk norských balad ve sbírce M. B. Landstada: nářeční a staroseverské rysy

Cílem práce je analyzovat jazykové rysy norských středověkých balad ve sbírce M. B. Landstada, které se liší od současné spisovné norštiny, a určit, které z nich odpovídají dialektu užívanému v oblasti Telemark v Landstadově době, a do jaké míry se v baladách zachovaly rysy staroseverštiny a staré norštiny. Práce vychází z předpokladu, že lidová poezie, kterou M. B. Landstad sbíral v oblasti Telemark, nese nejen znaky nářečí užívaného v této oblasti, ale že se v ní díky pevně vázané formě (rytmus, rým) zachovaly i jazykové rysy z doby jejího vzniku (14./15. století) až do doby zápisu (polovina 19. století). Práce je zaměřena na analýzu jednotlivých jazykových rysů v oblasti morfologie, hláskových změn a slovní zásoby. Rozbor a zařazení jazykových rysů bude probíhat na základě odborné literatury podávající přehled o historickém vývoji norských dialektů a na základě srovnání s jinými texty psanými telemarským dialektem a s texty psanými ve staroseverštině a staré norštině.The aim of this thesis is to analyse the language features in M.B. Landstad's edition of Norwegian medieval ballads that are different from the present-day standard Norwegian, and to determine which of these features correspond to the living Telemark dialect of Landstad's time, and which are vestiges of Old Norse and Old Norwegian. The hypothesis is that the folk poetry that Landstad collected in the Telemark district bears not only features of the local dialect, but also has, due to its bound form (rhythm, rhyme), kept some of the language features from the time of its origin (14th/15th century) up to the time of collection (the middle of 19th century). The thesis concentrates on the analyse of various language features in the field of morphology, sound changes and vocabulary. Dilemmas of Social Workers in Department of Assistance in Material Need

Leader of the Diploma Thesis: Mgr. Tereza Palánová. My thesis deals with dilemmas which are met by employees working at the Departement of Material Emergency. As for dilemmas it focuses on reasons of their genesis, the employees approach towards them and their solutions. In the theoretical part the system of social security in the Czech Republic, which includes the Unemployement Office with the Departement of Material Emergency, is briefly introduced. Readers' attention is drawn to particular benefits of material emergency. Next, the thesis defines the concepts of a social worker, social work and dilemmas. All of them are related to the topic of the thesis. The empirical part presents the research investigation which was aimed at social workers at the Departement of Material Emergency and their relation towards dilemmas. The aim was to find out which dilemma situations are present in their practice and how they deal with them. The qualitative method of half structured interview was used to fulfil the objectives. Diplomová práce se věnuje dilematům, se kterými se setkávají sociální pracovníci na oddělení pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Ve věci dilemat se soustředí na důvody jejich vzniku, přístup sociálních pracovníků k nim a jejich řešení. V teoretické části je stručně představen systém sociálního zabezpečení ČR, v rámci kterého funguje Úřad práce ČR s oddělením pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Pozornost je věnována jednotlivým dávkám pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Dále se práce zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů sociální pracovník, sociální práce a dilemata. Všechny pojmy jsou vztaženy k tématu práce. Empirická část je věnována výzkumnému šetření, které bylo zaměřené na sociální pracovníky oddělení pomoci v hmotné nouzi ve vztahu k dilematům. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaké dilematické situace se vyskytují v jejich praxi a jak k nim přistupují. K naplnění cílů práce byla použita kvalitativní metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumným šetřením byly zjištěny konkrétní dilematické situace sociálních pracovníků. Sturla Þórðarson: jeho dílo v kontextu jeho doby a analýza autorského záměru Cílem práce je rozbor literárně-historiografických děl Sturly Þórðarsona s ohledem na specifickou historickou situaci v době jejich vzniku a analýza metod a autorského záměru tohoto islandského dějepisce 13. století. V úvodní části práce podávám stručný přehled o životě Sturly Þórðarsona v širším historickém kontextu na základě dochovaných primárních zdrojů a o jeho literárních a literárně-historiografických dílech. Hlavním tématem práce je analýza a srovnání dvou děl tohoto autora, Ságy o Islanďanech a Ságy o Hákonu Hákonarsonovi, v kontextu různých badatelských pohledů na středověkou historiografii. První z těchto děl se řadí do žánru tzv. ság o současnosti, druhé patří mezi tzv. královské ságy. Obě díla popisují totéž historické období. Předmětem analýzy jsou především rozdíly v přístupu autora k historické látce v literárně-historiografických dílech rozdílného žánru, dále následuje pokus o jejich zdůvodnění. První část práce je zaměřena na rozbor každé ságy samostatně v kontextu daného žánru. Obě ságy patří v rámci svého žánru k nejpozdnějším dochovaným dílům a stojí tedy na konci vývoje žánru. Cílem je zaměřit se na jejich specifika i na rysy shodné se staršími ságami a pokusit se vývoj žánru zdůvodnit. V rámci každého žánru...Sturla Þórðarson: his work in context of his time and an analysis of the authorial intent The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the literary-historiographical works of Sturla Þórðarson with regard to the specific historical situation at the time of their origin and the methods and authorial intent of this 13th century Icelandic historian. The introductory chapters give a brief overview of Sturla Þórðarson's life in a broader historical context, based on the extant primary sources, and of his literary and literary- historiographical works. The major topic of the thesis is an analysis and comparison of two of the author's works, Íslendinga saga and Hákonar saga Hákonarsonar, in context of various scholars' views of medieval historiography. The former saga belongs to the genre of samtíðarsögur (contemporary sagas), the latter to the genre of konungasögur (kings' sagas). Both works present the same historical period. The major object of analysis is the differences in the author's approach to the historical material in his literary-historiographical works of different genres; this analysis is followed by an attempt to explain the differences. Práce vystihuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti simulace a teorie hromadné obsluhy. Tyto poznatky jsou využity při zpracování praktického příkladu. Pro zpracování případové studie je využíván simulační software SIMUL8, pomocí kterého je vytvořen model. The nihilistic thinking of Friedrich Nietzsche and its reflection in the writings of Albert Camus

The diploma thesis is devoted to nihilism in the modern world, as shown in writings of Friedrich Nietzsche and Albert Camus. Non-existence of a finite sense of human acting is a key assumption to nihilism. The paper is trying to find a way out of non-sense, that is, out of nihilism. However, first we must accept nihilism as a whole. Only then we can overcome its negative aspects by human will. There is a parallel with the major role of philosophy according to Nietzsche; not a restatement of old thoughts, but a new thinking - revaluation of all values. This thinking must have not solely a new form, but also new conclusions. Poslední novela občanského zákoníku provedená s účinností od 1.1.1995 záko­ nem č. 267/1994 Sb. (dále jen novela) se týká takřka výhradně právních vztahů nájmu bytu.. I když změny, které přináší, v podstatě zasahují do celého nájemní­ho vztahu, počínaje jeho vznikem přes práva a povinnosti subjektů a konče jeho zánikem včetně problematiky s tím související, je těžiště novely zejména v oblas­ti posléze uvedené, kde dochází k zásadnímu posunu v úpravě nároku nájemce na bytovou náhradu při vyklizení bytu.The Act amendig Civil Code Nr. 267/1994 (in force from 1.1. 1995) brought significant changes into law regulation of the renting relations. This changes, in the article separately mentioned, deal with appropriations of rental contracts, rights and duties of landlords and tenants and especially with the end of the contractual relation and the claim of tenant to flat compensation when clearing out the flat. The mentioned changes are heading towards strenghtening the position of landlords as owners of houses (flats), which moderates the tension existing in this relation­ships. To reach better qualities of this relations by keeping the necessary extent of protection of tenants will not be possible without comprehensive solution of all connecting aspects, especially of the economíc one's
