ANALIZA TEORETYCZNA POWSTAWANIA I KOMPENSACJI MOCY BIERNEJ W ELEKTROWNIACH FOTOWOLTAICZNYCH

The paper is focused on the theoretical analysis of potential options of reactive power origin and its compensation in photovoltaic power plants. In the first part of paper parts of photovoltaic power plants, which can be a source of inductive or capacitive reactive power are described. The second part describes a compensation of reactive power and reasons of requirement of reactive power compensation. Further we describe the basic types of the presently most frequently used reactive power compensation equipment in photovoltaic power.Artykuł poświęcony jest teoretycznej analizie potencjalnych możliwości powstawania mocy biernej w elektrowniach fotowoltaicznych i jej rekompensacji. W pierwszej części opisano elementy składowe elektrowni fotowoltaicznych, które mogą być źródłem indukcyjnej lub pojemnościowej mocy biernej. W drugiej części opisano kompensację mocy biernej i ze przyczyny wymogu kompensacji mocy biernej. Następnie analizowane są podstawowe typy najczęściej obecnie stosowanych urządzeń do kompensacji mocy biernej w elektrowniach fotowoltaicznych

Rhetorics and determinants of support for populist radical right parties in different socio-cultural environments: a comparison of the Czech Republic and Denmark

This diploma thesis examines the suitability of generalization of the populist radical right parties (PRRP). In recent years, these parties have succeeded on the political scene of many European countries. Using the example of "new" Svoboda a přímá demokracie (SPD) political party and the established Danish People's Party (DF) it shows the differences in the party pre-election rhetoric and program, which are brought about by parties' age as well as by different historical developments in the respective countries. The historical context has affected contemporary political environment and, therefore, there are reasonable doubts about the generalization of the PRRPs. This is especially the case of post-communist countries, which, after years of oppression, had to go through a process of transformation that involved not only economic issues. This thesis is based on the Lipset's and Rokkan's cleavages theory, while it tries to confirm its existence in the given states, namely the economical, the religious, the center - periphery and the urban - rural cleavage. The inclusion of six tested factors in the analysis helps to do this. Ta se v posledních letech úspěšně prosazuje na politické scény států Evropy. Na příkladu "nového" hnutí Svoboda a přímá demokracie (SPD) a již etablované Dánské lidové strany (DF) jsou pozorovány rozdíly v předvolební rétorice a programech stran, které jsou zapříčiněny stářím stran, a také odlišným historickým vývojem zemí, kde strany působí. Historický kontext se podepsal na jejich politickém prostředí, a proto existují důvodné pochybnosti o generalizování PRRP. Především v případě postkomunistických států, které po letech útlaku musely projít procesem transformace, který se netýkal pouze ekonomických otázek. Práce vychází z Lipsetovy a Rokkanovy teorie konfliktních linií, přičemž se pokouší potvrdit jejich existenci v daných státech, a to konfliktní linii ekonomickou, náboženskou, centrum - periferie a město - venkov. K tomu v analýze pomáhá zahrnutí šesti faktorů. Vícenásobná lineární regresní analýza testovala, jaké z nich (socio-kulturní, socioekonomické, demografické) měly statisticky významnou souvislost s volbou PRRP, čímž měla přispět ke zpřesnění definice voliče stran populistické radikální pravice, s důrazem na rozdíly mezi Českem a Dánskem.
