В статті розглянуті дієві шляхи підвищення ефективності функціонування підприємств м’ясопереробної галузі. Детально розглянуто методи зменшення впливу сезонності попиту на м'ясо та м’ясні продукти. Наведені переваги використання м’ясопереробними підприємствами «компасу правильного харчування» та програмного рішення «АВВYY-Управління м’ясокомбінатом для України» на базі продукту «1С:Підприємство 8» з метою підвищення результативності їх діяльності.В статье рассмотрены действенные пути повышения эффективности функционирования предприятий мясоперерабатывающей отрасли. Подробно рассмотрены методы уменьшения влияния сезонности спроса на мясо и мясные продукты. Приведены преимущества использование мясоперерабатывающими предприятиями «компаса правильного питания» и программного решения «АВВYY-Управление мясокомбинатом для Украины» на базе продукта «1С:Предприятие 8» с целью повышения результативности их деятельности.The article discussed effective ways of increase of efficiency of functioning of enterprises in the meat industry. Analytical evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of meat processing enterprises of Ukraine

У статті виявлені тенденції розвитку м’ясопереробних підприємств України в трьох основних напрямках (аналіз показників ефективності використання виробничих ресурсів, аналіз ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів та аналіз показників рівня ділової активності) за допомогою групування за рівнем рентабельності продажу. В роботі проведена аналітична оцінка сильних та слабких місць підприємств м’ясопереробної галузі. Це дало можливість виявити пріоритетні шляхи подальшого розвитку досліджуваних суб’єктів господарювання в напрямку підвищення результативності їх виробничо-фінансової діяльності та зміцнення фінансової стійкості. Запропоновано відповідні заходи щодо подальшого підвищення ефективності функціонування вітчизняних м’ясопереробних підприємств.В статье выявлены тенденции развития мясоперерабатывающих предприятий Украины в трех основных направлениях (анализ показателей эффективности использования производственных ресурсов, анализ эффективности использования финансовых ресурсов и анализ показателей уровня деловой активности) группировка по уровню рентабельности продаж. В работе проведена аналитическая оценка сильных и слабых мест предприятий мясоперерабатывающей отрасли. Это дало возможность выявить приоритетные пути дальнейшего развития исследуемых субъектов хозяйствования в направлении повышения результативности их производственно-финансовой деятельности и укрепления финансовой устойчивости. Предложены соответствующие мероприятия по дальнейшему повышению эффективности функционирования мясоперерабатывающих предприятий.In the article the trends of development of meat processing enterprises of Ukraine in three main directions (the analysis of indicators of efficiency of use of production resources, analysis of efficiency of use of financial resources and the analysis of indicators of the level of business activity) group by level of profitability of sales. In the work identified and carried out analytical evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of meat processing industry. This gave the opportunity to identify priority the further development of the investigated business entities to enhance the effectiveness of their industrial-financial activity, strengthening of financial stability and strengthening market positions. The article analyzes the source-base history of domestic childrenʼs movement. Summarizing the different scientific approaches, the author singles out the main sources of problems in the history of childrenʼs movement: real sources; filmphotophonodocuments, visual materials, written sources. Particular attention is devoted to the analysis of written sources (documents of parties, youth and childrenʼs organizations, published an appeal letters about the Young Pioneers party, government and public figures, statistical sources; materials periodicals, documents of educational, scientific and educational institutions and authorities of public education, memoirs, materials of the international childrenʼs movement).У статті здійснено аналіз джерелознавчої бази історії вітчизняного дитячого руху. Analytical estimation of efficiency of the Southern region enterprises functioning

У статті виявлено тенденції розвитку м’ясопереробних підприємств Південного регіону в трьох основних напрямках (аналіз показників ефективності використання виробничих ресурсів, аналіз ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів та аналіз показників рівня ділової активності) та ідентифіковано сильні та слабкі сторони фінансово-господарської діяльності досліджуваних суб’єктів господарювання залежно від досягнутих результатів. Це дало можливість виявити пріоритетні шляхи подальшого розвитку підприємств м’ясопереробної галузі в напрямку підвищення їх рівнів прибутковості. Запропоновано відповідні заходи щодо подальшого підвищення ефективності функціонування м’ясопереробних підприємств Південного регіону.Во время исследования были выявлены тенденции развития мясоперерабатывающих предприятий Южного региона в трех основных направлениях (анализ показателей эффективности использования производственных ресурсов, анализ эффективности использования финансовых ресурсов и анализ показателей уровня деловой активности) и идентифицированы сильные и слабые стороны финансово-хозяйственной деятельности исследуемых субъектов хозяйствования в зависимости от достигнутых результатов. Это дало возможность выявить приоритетные пути дальнейшего развития предприятий мясоперерабатывающей отрасли в направлении повышения их уровней доходности. В данной статье предложены соответствующие меры по дальнейшему повышению эффективности функционирования мясоперерабатывающих предприятий Южного региона.The article analyses the tendencies of development of meat processing enterprises of the southern region in three main areas (analysis of production resources efficiency indicators, analysis of financial resources efficiency and the analysis of the level of business activity indicators) and identifies the strengths and weaknesses of financial-economic activity of the investigated business entities depending on the results achieved. The State Budget of Ukraine for 2018: Peculiarities of Formation and Prospects for Implementation

The article is aimed at assessing the reliability of planning and realistic implementing of indicators of the State budget of Ukraine for 2018 with the identification of emerging risks and available opportunities to achieve the goals of the socio-economic development of the country. Based on the study of the dynamics of actual indicators of implementation of the budget for previous years, it has been proved that there is a high probability of fulfillment of the planned indicators of the State budget for 2018 at the expense of inflationary tax. The main macroeconomic and institutional factors regarding the emergence of threats to the stability of public finances are identified. It is proved that the use of different types of budget classification of expenditures and crediting of budget for planning the budget expenditures for the current, average and long-term perspective, causes an inconsistency of budget policy in the timed period. Prospect for further research in this direction, considering the development of drafts of future financial plans of the State, is to draw attention to the activities regarding the legislative recognition of the procedure of development of budget strategy, raising of citizens’ awareness and civil responsibility of government officials, ensuring transparency of the budget process

Problems of efficient processing and use of collagen-containing materials

Collagen is an important biopolymer in numerous applications due to its special characteristics, such as biodegradability and weak antigenecity. Interest recently, has grown in fish collagen. This stems from the fact, that the use of animal collagen is unsafe due to the effects from cattle rabies disease. Furthermore, fish collagen is 96 % identical to human protein. Modern fish production is accompanied by the formation of a large number of protein-containing wastes. Depending on the degree of fish processing waste hydrolysis we obtain different products, such as feed additives or growth accelerators. Available technologies are unacceptable, because they require the consumption of large amounts of time and energy. The enzymatic method of obtaining collagen hydrolysates is the most suitable because it can be implemented under milder conditions and it prevents the destruction of amino acids, carbohydrates and other substances contained in the waste. Application of the alkaline enzymatic hydrolysis method with hydrogen peroxide pretreatment at elevated temperature provides a collagen hydrolysate, which is characterized by a high content of total nitrogen; collagen is amorphous, has fully homogeneous structure and has a balanced amino acid composition
