    Estimate of Radial Drilling Technology Efficiency for the Bashkir Operational Oilfields Objects of Perm Krai

    The radial drilling technology efficiency for carbonate bashkir deposits of Perm Krai is considered. The geological structure of a productive part of bashkir layer is characterized by high degree of heterogeneity that promotes while drilling radial channels involvement in development additional interlayers that earlier was not drained. During the analysis the main geological process parameters affecting drilling technology efficiency were revealed. According to the dynamics of average daily oil production growth, palettes were built to forecast additional oil production as a result of radial drilling activities. Using the pallets, it is possible to predict the total additional oil production, well operating time with the effect of radial drilling and average daily oil production growth for each year. It was found that hydrochloric acid treatments performed on wells prior to radial drilling significantly reduce the effectiveness of radial drilling technology. For such wells, the value of the correction is statistically substantiated, which reduces the predictive estimate of the increase in oil production. A model was built to assess the increase in oil production in the first year after the event and an algorithm for calculating the total additional oil production was developed using linear discriminant analysis. For the resulting model, errors are calculated that are compared with the forecast efficiency of standard methods for oil-producing enterprises. This model shows a much more accurate correspondence of forecast results to actual technology application results. The probability of the event high efficiency increases significantly with a more detailed approach to the selection of wells for radial drilling. According to the forecast methodology, the technology’s efficiency was calculated and recommendations for its implementation for the wells of the Bashkir production objects were made in the interests of an oil-producing enterprise

    Energy localization, Fano resonances, and nonlinear meta-optics

    This paper reflects on some memories of the research topics developed at Department No. 29 of the Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering in Kharkov more than 30 years ago. It also provides some recent advances on my major research activities related to those topics, including energy localization and solitons in nonlinear lattices, Fano resonances in photonics and phononics, and nonlinear effects in meta-optics and nanophotonics. Curiously enough, each of those topics can be associated with some memories and discussions that happened in Kharkov a long time ago

    Diversity-Oriented Synthesis of Novel Trihalomethyl-Containing Spirochromeno[3,4- a ](thia)pyrrolizidines and Spirochromeno-[3,4- a ]indolizidines by One-Pot, Three-Component [3+2]-Cyclo addition Reaction

    Regio- and stereoselective methods for the synthesis of 6′-trifluoro(trichloro)methyl substituted spiro[acenaphthylene-1,11′-chromeno[3,4- a ](thia)pyrrolizidin]-2-ones and spiro[acenaphthylene-1,12′-chromeno[3,4- a ]indolizidin]-2-ones have been developed based on the three-component reaction of 3-nitro-2-trifluoro(trichloro)methyl-2 H -chromenes with azomethine ylides generated in situ from acenaphthenequinone and cyclic α-amino acids. The cycloaddition proceeds under mild conditions in ethanol or DMSO, and only endo -isomers of the products with cis -arrangement of nitro and trifluoromethyl groups are formed. The relative configuration of cycloadducts is reliably confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis and by 2D NOESY spectroscopy. © 2021 Georg Thieme Verlag.     Creation of a magnetic driven gate for THz rays

    In this paper, magnetic fluids based on iron oxide Fe3O4 and 5BDSR alloy were obtained. Magnetic particles were obtained by nanosecond pulsed laser ablation. The preparation of the magnetic fluid was carried out by mechanical and ultrasonic stirring in a solution of polymethylphenylsiloxane. It is shown that under the influence of an external magnetic field, the spectral properties of the magnetic fluid of the 5BDSR alloy correspond to characteristics that can be used to create a magnetic gate

    Содержание и изменчивость тестостерона у взрослых и молодых баранов романовской породы

    In the article, the authors conducted a comprehensive study of the interior, including biochemical, physiological, physicochemical, cytogenetic, and other indicators in sheep of the Romanov breed of Western Siberia. For the study, blood serum samples were taken from 10 rams-producers and 30 lambs at four months. Conventional methods took blood samples. Analyses were performed in the biochemistry laboratory of Novosibirsk State Agrarian University using the technique of competitive enzyme immunoassay with the reagent kit “SteroidIFAtestosterone” for the quantitative determination of testosterone concentration in blood serum. In the sheep breeding area, the authors constantly monitored the content of heavy metals in water, soil, feed, organs, and tissues. The concentration of chemical elements did not exceed the permissible exposure limit. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was performed on a Thermo Scientific Multiskan FC analyzer. The authors performed statistical processing of experimental data using standard methods of descriptive statistics, the statistical programming language, or the RStudio data analysis environment (using the functions DescrStats, Summary, Sd, Read. Table, Write. Table, Aes). The authors established the influence of the age of ontogenesis on the testosterone content in Romanov rams. Presented figure with two variation curves with high transgression. The average testosterone level was 1.8 times higher in lambs (0.774 mmol/l) than in lambs. Testosterone concentration was characterized by high phenotypic variability. The authors have identified reference intervals for testosterone in blood serum depending on environmental conditions in sheep of the Romanov breed of Western Siberia.У овец романовской породы в Западной Сибири проводится комплексное изучение интерьера, включающее биохимические, физиологические, физико-химические, цитогенетические и другие показатели. Для исследования взяты пробы сыворотки крови у 10 баранов - производителей и 30 баранчиков в возрасте 4 месяцев. Образцы крови отобраны по общепринятым методикам. Исследования проводились в лаборатории биохимии Новосибирского государственного аграрного университета с использованием метода конкурентного иммуноферментного анализа с набором реагентов «СтероидИФА-тестостерон» для количественного определения концентрации тестостерона в сыворотке крови. В зоне разведения овец проводился постоянный мониторинг содержания тяжелых металлов в воде, почве, кормах, органах и тканях. Концентрация химических элементов не превышала уровня ПДК. Иммуноферментный анализ провели на анализаторе Thermo Scientific Multiskan FC. Статистическая обработка экспериментальных данных проводилась с помощью стандартных методов описательной статистики и языка статистического программирования или среды анализа данных RStudio (при помощи функций descrstats, summary, sd, read.table, write. table, aes). Было установлено влияние возраста онтогенеза на содержание тестостерона у баранов романовской породы. Представлен рисунок с двумя вариационными кривыми с высокой трансгрессией. Средний уровень тестостерона был выше в 1,8 раза у баранов-производителей (0,774 ммоль/л), чем у баранчиков. Концентрация тестостерона характеризовалась высокой фенотипической изменчивостью. Выявлены референсные интервалы по тестостерону в сыворотке крови в зависимости от экологических условий у баранов романовской породы Западной Сибири
