Análisis cariotípico de Minuartia mesogitana subsp. mesogitana y Minuartia elmalia (Caryophyllaceae, Alsinoideae).
Mitotic metaphase chromosomes, karyotypic characters, monoploid karyograms and ideograms of Minuartia mesogitana subsp. mesogitana and Minuartia elmalia were investigated. Analysis of somatic metaphases showed that the chromosome numbers and the karyotype formula of these taxa were 2n = 2x = 24 = 8m + 8sm + 8st for Minuartia mesogitana subsp. mesogitana and 2n = 2x = 32 = 12m + 16sm + 4st for Minuartia elmalia. No satellites were observed in the karyotypes of the taxa. The intrachromosomal and interchromosomal karyotype asymmetries were estimated with Mean Centromeric Asymmetry (MCA) and Coefficient of Variation of Chromosome Length (CVCL).Análisis cariotípico de Minuartia mesogitana subsp. mesogitana y Minuartia elmalia (Caryophyllaceae, Alsinoideae). En este trabajo se analizan los cromosomas metafásicos mitóticos, cariotipo, cariogramas e idiogramas de Minuartia mesogitana subsp. Mesogitana y Minuartia elmalia. El análisis de metafases somáticas mostró que el número cromosómico y la fórmula cariotípica de estos taxones fueron 2n = 2x = 24 = 8 m + 8 sm + 8 st para Minuartia subsp. Mesogitana y 2n = 2x = 32 = 12 m + 16 sm + 4 st para Minuartia elmalia. No se observaron satélites en los cariotipos de los taxones. La asimetría intracromosómica e intercromosómica fue estimada con la asimetría centroméricas promedio (MCA) y el coeficiente de variación de longitud cromosómica (CVCL)
ADAPTİF ANTEN DİZİLERİ
TÜBİTAK EEEAG Proje01.08.2002COST 260 projesi kapsamında uydu iletişimine yönelik 11.49 GHz_11.678 GHz frekans aralığında çalışan, faz taramalı adaptif bir almaç anten sistemi tasarlanmış üretilmiş ve test edilmiştir. Geliştirilen sistem aynı anda, farklı ya da aynı frekansta iki hüzme oluşturmaktadır. Antan dizisi sekiz adet dörtlü mikroşerit anten dizisinden oluşmaktadır ve her bir dörtlü dizi için ayrı ayrı almaç kanalları tasarlanmıştır. Sinyaller 490 MHz-678 MHz frekans aralığına indirilerek genlik ve fazları kompleks vektör modülatör yardımı ile elektronik olarak değiştirilip toplanmak suretiyle hüzme elde edilmektedir. Tüm kontroller bilgisayar ortamında gerçekleştirilmektedir. Sistem yüzey monteli (SMD- Surface Mount Device) konektörsüz mikrodalga ve elektronik komponentler ile MIC (Microwave Integrated Circuit) teknolojisineuygun olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir.In COST260 project, adaptive phased array receiving antenna system for satellite communication, which operates at 11.49-11.678GHz, has been designed, produced and tested. In the developed system, there are two simultaneous beams. These beams can be formed in the same frequency or two beams may have different frequencies. Array antenna consists of eight microstrip linear arrays of four patches. For each four element linear array, separate receiving channels have been designed. Received signals from each linear array are downconverted to 490-678 MHz band and then amplitudes and phases of these signals are adjusted by vector modulator electronically to produce the required pattern. The total signal is divided into two, one is used to control the pattern and the other one is for monitoring satellite signal. In broadcast channel, signal is upconverted to 1.2-1.7GHz frequency band. Then it is sent to DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting) demodulator/decoder card. System is fully computer controlled. In the production of the system Surface Mount Devices (SMD) and Microwave Integrated Circuit (MIC) technology has been used. This smart antenna system has the abilities of beam steering, tracking, and direction finding providing the necessary computer codes. Investigating teacher candidates’ levels of teacher readiness and usage of 21st century skills : Readiness and usage of 21st century skills
Having 21st century skills, exhibiting effective classroom management, being able to use educational technologies, establishing interdisciplinary relations, making process-oriented measurement and evaluation, presenting values education with activities and using modern teaching techniques are now inevitable for efficiency in education. This research is based on the results of a series of training activities and workshops for teacher candidates within the scope of the “Future Teachers Project”. The research, in which the quantitative method was applied, was conducted with 174 teacher candidates studying in different departments of universities in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in 2021. As a data collection tool in the research, the “Readiness to Be a Teacher Scale” and the “21st Century Learner Skills Usage Scale” was used. The application of the research was carried out twice -pretest and posttest- at the beginning of the project and at the end of the project. In the study, it was determined that the education and activities applied outside of formal education increased the teacher candidates' readiness for teaching and their 21st century learner skills. Particularly, it was observed that teacher candidates who participated in such a project for the first time, made significant improvements in their “environment designing the teaching process” and “collaboration and flexibility skills” skills. In the context of these results, it can be suggested that teacher candidates participate in activities that will improve themselves in different dimensions of the teaching profession in addition to the formation courses they take at the university
