Utilization of Financial Analysis of Construction Company for Needs of Management

Tématem bakalářské práce je finanční analýza stavebního podniku pro potřeby řízení. Jejím cílem je posoudit finanční zdraví zvoleného stavebního podniku a popsat jejich využití pro management podniku. Práce se dělí na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje metodický postup finanční analýzy a způsob jejího využití při řízení podniku. Praktická část se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti STAVITELSTVÍ DANIEL STRYK s.r.o. v letech 2008 – 2011. Finanční analýza byla zpracována na základě elementárních metod, poměrových ukazatelů a vybraných souhrnných ukazatelů.The topic of the bachelor thesis is the financial analysis of the construction company and its managerial impact. The main goal is to evaluate the financial stability of the subject and explain its utility for the company management. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part describes the methodology of the financial analysis and the way to use the output for management purposes. In the practical part the financial analysis of the STAVITELSTVI DANIEL STRYK s. r. o. in 2008 – 2011 is being performed. The financial analysis is based on elementary methods, indexes, summative ratios and key performance indicators.

Effect of Marketing Mix Change on the Mír Theater Audience Structure

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou změny marketingového mixu divadla Mír během pandemie Covid-19. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda kvůli této změny došlo po znovuotevření divadla ke změně ve struktuře publika. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo 204 respondentů. V práci se čtenář seznámí s východisky marketingového mixu, s charakteristikou divadelního trhu, metodami sběru dat, konkrétně metodou CAWI. Dále také s jejich analýzou, která probíhala v programu IBM SPSS, a ve kterém byly provedeny testy nezávislosti dvou proměnných. V neposlední řadě se čtenář seznámí s doporučeními, které jsou konstruovány na základě vyhodnocení dat z dotazníku. Tato doporučení zahrnují návrhy pro aplikaci MírPlay, návrhy pro zlepšení spokojenost zákazníků a obecné doporučení ostatním divadlům a budoucím výzkumníkům.This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of changing the marketing mix of the Mír Theater during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of the thesis was to find out whether due to this change there was a change in the structure of the audience after the reopening of the theater. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey, which was attended by 204 respondents. In this thesis, reader gets acquainted with the starting points of the marketing mix, with the characteristics of the theater market, data collection methods, specifically the CAWI method. Furthermore, with their analysis, which took place in the IBM SPSS program, in which tests of the independence of two variables were performed. Last but not least, the reader will get acquainted with the recommendations, which are constructed based on the evaluation of data from the questionnaire. The modelling of the post-operative perfusion in burns from LDI data

The paper deals with an empirical mathematical model serving for the time evolution of post-operative blood perfusion in burn wounds developed in the setting of surgical treatment of full thickness, or non-healing deep dermal burns involving application of Split Thickness Skin Grafts (STSG), and Autologous Platelet Concentrate (APC), with the main goal of early assessment enhancement and healing prognosis of burns. Numerical parameters of the model including a 95% confidence level prediction interval were determined using the nonlinear fit procedure. We cautiously claim that the suggested model could serve as a beneficial tool in objective comparisons of treatment efficacy and facilitating the decision making process. However, reliably determined model parameters still require a large amount of laser Doppler imaging data to be processed for individual kinds of treatment

INDIKACE K OPERAČNÍ LÉČBĚ POPÁLENIN PŘI VYUŽITÍ METODY LASERDOPPLER IMAGING

The clinical assessment of depth of burns misdiagnosed in up to 35% of cases, especially in the early stages of thermal trauma to the 5th postoperative day. The correct determination of the depth of burns is crucial for planning the adequate therapeutic approach, ie, conservative or surgical treatment of burn wounds. Four basic grades of burn depth are distinguished cliniccaly. Grade I, IIa, IIb can be treated conservatively. Grade III and IV, but also some deeper grade IIb should be operated. Burns IIb cause the most diagnostic difficulties and the indications for surgical treatment is determind by depth of corium affection, which correlates with blood circulation in the dermis and the length of healing. Clinically, it is very difficult to estimate the depth of the affected dermis. LDI, laserdoppler imaging is the one of the ways to objectively and non-invasively assess the depth of the burns. LDI is an imaging technique that uses a laser radiation and the Doppler effect to detect blood flow in the skin capillaries. When thermal trauma directly damages the walls of capillaries, the subsequent tissue necrosis occures. Specificity and sensitivity of LDI in determining of the burn depth states 95% [1]. In our work, we propose a diagnostic algorithm for evaluation of capillary perfusion measured by LDI. Testing can be done up to 9th posttraumatic day, taking into account the current day after the accident. LDI is a suitable tool for the indication of surgical treatment.
