Import 03/08/2012Rád bych čtenáři představil povrchový lom, procesy v něm a užívanou těžkou techniku. Provedu klasifikaci tohoto prostředí lomu, rozdělím elektrická zařízení dle jejich odolnosti vůči vnějším vlivům. Popíši elektrické přístroje a nezapomenu ani na asynchronní motory, které se na strojích vyskytují v hojné míře s mnoha různými výkony. Rovněž proberu základní fakta o napájecí síti. S tím je potažmo spojen i proces spouštění – připojení zařízení k elektrické síti. Po vysvětlení technické části začnu s problematikou legislativy. Proberu zákony a vyhlášky s vazbou na elektrická zařízení a jejich údržbu, na niž se pak soustředím. Popíši základní zásady pro údržbu a její návaznost na kontroly. Na závěr vyhodnotím, nakolik předpisy vyhovují praxi, kde by se daly zlepšit či upravit tak, aby vyhověly nárokům v reálných podmínkách povrchového lomu a lidem zde pracujícím.I would like to introduce the reader to the strip mine, the processes going on and to the heavy apparatus used. I will provide define conditions of strip mine a divide the apparatus in accordance to resistance to outside conditions. I write about electric apparatus and I do not even forget the induction motors which we are using in big numbers with many different outputs. I eve take you through the basic information on distribution network and influence of the starting process on said network. After explanation of the technical part I begin with the legislation issues. There are the stature books and regulations for the use and service of electric devices, which I concentrate on. I describe basic servicing methods and inspections. In the end I evaluate if the regulations are in correspondence with common practice, if there is a need to better them in accordance with demands of the real conditions of stripe mine and people working there.410 - Katedra elektroenergetikyvýborn

Az epidermal growth factor receptorok és az integrinek tumorinvázióban betöltött szerepének vizsgálata intrakraniális daganatokban = Investigation of the role of epidermal growth factor receptors and integrins in the tumor invasion of intracranial tumors

Intraoperative gyorsfagyasztott szövetminták katalogizált, hosszú távú biztonságos tárolása céljából az OTKA támogatás segítségével létrehoztuk a Debreceni Idegsebészeti Agydaganat- és Szövetbankot. 2005. december és 2008. december között kb. 612 műtétből közel 3000 tumormintát, 290 betegből 1140 szérummintát gyűjtöttünk. Az így kialakított tumorbankra épülve saját kutatásokat indítottunk, ill. számos kutatóintézettel léptünk aktív kollaborációra. Kutatásaink során vizsgáltuk a daganatos invázióban résztvevő extracelluláris mátrix komponensek mRNS expresszióját, kiegészítve a releváns molekulák immunhisztokémiai (IHC) és western-blot vizsgálatával. Nyolc szövettanilag különböző mintacsoportban összesen 93 gén mRNS expresszióját vizsgáltuk. Különböző eredetű intracerebrális daganatok extracelluláris mátrixának összehasonlító elemzése során összesen 22 molekula mutatott szignifikáns különbséget. Az intracerebralis daganatok progressziójában szerepet játszó sejtfelszíni receptorok közül az EGFR, az integrin receptorcsalád, és legfontosabb ligandjaik, a kollagének, a fibronektin és a lamininek mRNS expresszióját vizsgáltuk. Az EGFR amplifikációt FISH-sel, az EGFRvIII mutációt IHC-val, az EGFR és az integrin B1 sejtfelszíni expresszióját konfokális mikroszkópiával, a receptorok kolokalizációját pedig flow-cytometriával hatátoztuk meg. A különböző eredetű intracerebrális daganatok összehasonlító elemzése során összesen 17 molekula mutatott szignifikáns különbséget. | The Neurosurgical Tumor and Tissue Bank of Debrecen was established in 2005 by the financial support of OTKA. Tissue samples were collected intraoperative, frozen immediately and stored at -80oC for providing good quality long lasting samples for researches. Between December 2005 and 2009 more than 3000 tissue samples were collected from 612 operations and 1140 serum samples from 290 patients. Samples of the Tumor and Tissue Bank were used for own researches and for collaborations with other laboratories. In our studies the mRNA expression of extracellular matrix (ECM) molecules was investigated and immunohistochemical (IHC) determination of the relevant molecules as well as Western-blot analysis were performed. Ninety-three genes were evaluated in eight histological different groups of tissue samples. Comparing the ECM molecules of intracerebral tumors from different origin twenty-two molecules showed significant differences. The mRNA expression of transmembrane receptors that play pivotal role in tumor progression and invasion (epidermal growth factor receptors - EGFRs, integrins) and their ligands (laminins, collagens and fibronectin) were also investigated by QRT-PCR, EGFR amplification was tested by FISH and EGFRvIII mutation by IHC. EGFR and integrin expression on cell surface and their co-localization were evaluated by confocal microscopy and flow-cytometry. Environmental charges Abstract The aim of the diploma thesis is the introduction of environmental charges in the Czech legal system, their classification, analysis and evaluation in terms of their effectiveness. Environmental charges are among the most important economic instruments of environmental protection in the Czech legal system. Charges differ from taxes mainly in that there is some consideration associated with the charges. Environmental charges can be broken down according to various criteria. In the professional literature, the most common breakdown of environmental charges is the nature of their consideration, namely charges for pollution and other environmental burdens, charges for the use of natural resources and user charges. The diploma thesis examines the question of the extent to which environmental charges fulfill their functions, especially the most important function, namely the motivational function. The diploma thesis also touches on the question of whether the legal regulation of selected elements of environmental charges at the subordinate legislation is in accordance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. Most of these changes have contributed to greater environmental protection, but in many...Poplatky v ochraně životního prostředí Abstrakt Cílem diplomové práce je představení environmentálních poplatků v českém právním řádu, jejich klasifikace, analýza a vyhodnocení z hlediska jejich efektivity. Environmentální poplatky se řadí mezi nejvýznamnější ekonomické nástroje ochrany životního prostředí v českém právním řádu. Od daní se poplatky odlišují především tím, že s poplatky je spojeno nějaké protiplnění. Poplatky v ochraně životního prostředí lze členit podle různých kritérií. V odborné literatuře je nejčastějším členěním environmentálních poplatků členění právě podle charakteru jejich protiplnění, a to na poplatky za znečišťování a jiné zatěžování životního prostředí, poplatky za využívání přírodních zdrojů a na uživatelské poplatky. V diplomové práci je zkoumána především otázka, do jaké míry environmentální poplatky plní své funkce, především tu nejdůležitější funkci, a to funkci motivační. Diplomová práce se dotýká i otázky, zdali je právní úprava vybraných prvků environmentálních poplatků na podzákonné úrovni v souladu s Listinou základních práv a svobod. Za svojí historii prošly poplatky v ochraně životního prostředí řadou změn. Většina těchto změn přispěla k větší ochraně životního prostředí, v mnoha případech však ne nijak zásadním způsobem. Import 05/08/2014V práci je představena problematika jalové energie, jejího vlivu na elektrickou síť. Jsou zde analyzovány možnosti kompenzační energie s postupným nevedením na kompenzační kondenzátory. Jsou tu popsány základní vlastnosti a typy kondenzátorů. V rámci vysokého napětí se soustředíme na svitkové kondenzátory. Pro pochopení nastíníme technologii výroby, zároveň popíšeme základní materiály používaný jako dielektrikum. V rámci optimalizace kompenzačního kiosku popíšeme současnou situaci a vysvětlíme námi zvolený způsob optimalizace. Vytvoříme návrh svitku kondenzátoru včetně vybíjecího odporu a vnitřní pojistky.In the work is presented the problematic of reactive power, its impact on electric network. We analyze the power compensation methods with fluent transit to the topic of compensation capacitors. Here are described different types of capacitors and their attributes. With the high current we concentrate on the scroll capacitors. We’ll look into the basics of production technology, we’ll describe the basic dielectric materials. We'll describe the current situation and we'll explain the method we choose. Legal issues of euro introduction in the Czech Republic

Závěr Cílem uvedeným na začátku této práce bylo seznámit čtenáře s problematikou vstupu do Hospodářské a měnové unie EU, provést komparaci dvou odlišných způsobů přijetí společné měny a následně doporučit českému zákonodárci jednu z forem přístupu k euru a metodu procesu přeměny právního řádu. Při pohledu na rozbory hlavních právních norem dvou států uvedené v předchozí části, které na svém území vyměnily svou tradiční měnu za měnu euro, se potvrdilo, že existují rozdíly v procesu přípravy přechodu a přechodu na společnou měnu, ale je zřejmé, že tyto rozdíly vyplývají především z různé volby formy přistoupení (viz např. chybějící princip "bez zákazu, bez povinnosti" v slovenském Generálním zákoně z důvodu odlišné formy přistoupení). Jinak je proces poměrně značně regulován evropskou legislativou, ať již nařízeními nebo nezávaznými, ale respektovanými doporučeními a státy se při přípravě národní legislativy příliš nepouštějí mimo rámec těmito normami daný. Rozvíjí-li zákonodárce jednotlivé oblasti, dělá to především z důvodu ochrany práv občana, spotřebitele a dalších ekonomických subjektů, kdy výrazněji uplatňuje především princip bezplatnosti (viz. španělský LSIE, který bezplatnost ve prospěch slabších subjektů uplatňuje rozsáhleji, než je doporučeno Evropskou Komisí), princip předcházení zvyšování cen v...Legal issues of euro introduction in the Czech Republic On 1st March 2002 the euro has been established as an official currency of 12 European Union countries. As of today the number of EU countries using it has grown to 16 out of 27. When entering the EU the Czech Republic has also pledged to introduce the euro, as is clearly stated in article 4 of the European Union Act. However, the Czech Republic enjoys a temporary exemption from introducing the euro in accordance with article 139 of the European Union treaty, which will last until all the economic criteria are fulfilled and the country can thus enter the monetary union. Introducing a common European currency is not a matter of the last few years. Indeed, the first steps towards it have been considered as early as 1957. Back then the idea was to link the exchange rates of national currencies to an artificially created unit called ECU, which in turn has been based on a range of currencies of member states. The plan for euro introduction was, however, accepted as late as 1989. It has been later embedded in the Maastricht Treaty, where member states, with the exception of United Kingdom and Denmark, pledged to drop their national currencies.
