ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ДІДЖИТАЛІЗАЦІЇ РИНКУ ФІНАНСОВИХ ТА СТРАХОВИХ ПОСЛУГ

The article attempts to analyze the digitalisation of the financial and insurance services market, which began more than half a century ago, and to distinguish its individual phases on the basis of strategic and systemic focus and change in the organizational orientation of transformations. Goal. The purpose of this article is to attempt, on the basis of a critical analysis of the existing literature, to outline the transformational processes in digitalization of the financial sphere. Identify the determinants of insurance and financial services market development. Method. Using the methods of theoretical level of research, namely abstraction and generalization in the definition of fintech and insultech, historical method and method of analogies in the process of studying the evolution of the digitization of the financial and insurance services market. Results. The main elements of acceleration of data transformation for the financial sector are highlighted, as well as three areas that reflect the transformation of financial and insurance market digitization in the last decades and five separate phases of the evolution of financial and insurance market digitization.В статті здійснено спробу аналізу діджиталізації ринку фінансових та страхових послуг, яка розпочалась більш ніж пів століття тому, та виокремлення окремих її фаз на основі стратегічного та системного фокусу і зміни організаційної спрямованості трансформацій. Мета. Метою статті є спроба, на основі критичного аналіз існуючої літератури, окреслити трансоформаційні процеси у діджиталізації фінансової сфери. Визначити детермінанти розвитку ринку страхових та фінансових послуг. Методика. Використовуючи методи теоретичного рівня дослідження, а саме абстрагування та узагальнення при визначенні фінтеху та іншуртеху, історичний метод і метод аналогій в процесі вивчення еволюції діджиталізації ринку фінансових та страхових послуг. Результати. Виокремлено основні елементи акселерації трансформацій даних для фінансового сектору, а також три області, які відображають трансформацію діджиталізації ринку фінансових та страхових послуг упродовж останніх десятиліть та п’ять окремих фаз еволюції діджиталізація ринку фінансових та страхових послу

The aim of the paper is to study the economic essence of the concept of medical service and to highlight the key areas of influence on the formation of a high-quality level of medical service. The paper identifies 8 key factors that have a direct impact on the formation of services in the field of medical care. Our own interpretation of the concept of medical service was presented. The authors believe that it is reasonable to consider a medical service as a component of medical care, which provides a complex of measures, directed to strengthening, maintenance and restoration of physical and mental health of the patient, including in accordance with his expectations and which can be provided through both public non-profit institutions of health care system, and the institutions of commercial character on a paid and free basis.The interpretation of the quality of a medical service in the narrow and broad sense was distinguished. In the narrow sense, the quality of a medical service can be evaluated by the patient based on their level of satisfaction with the service received. However, in a broad sense, all health care market participants should be taken into account when establishing the level of quality of the health care service provided. Because all of them in their direct tasks influence the innovative, material, technical and intellectual formation of the medical service.The paper substantiates the interrelation between the level of medical service quality and the costs of health care institutions. The components of the health care market have been considered and it has been established that despite the formation of the medical service directly on the market of medical services, a significant influence on its quality has also the health care market, which not only forms the basis for the provision of the medical service, but also regulates the possible standards of implementation. Each of the participants of the health care market should be responsible for the inconsistency of the quality of medical services set through the patient and to correct the identified deviations from the "reference service" within their authority through the tools available to them, including through the mechanisms of institutional regulation.Целью статьи является изучение экономической сущности понятия медицинской услуги и выделение ключевых сфер влияния на формирование высокого качественного уровня медицинской услуги.Выделены ключевые факторы, имеющие непосредственное влияние на формирование услуг в сфере медицинского обслуживания. Подано собственную трактовку понятия медицинской услуги и дифференцировано интерпретацию качества медицинской услуги в узком и широком смысле. В статье обоснована взаимосвязь между уровнем качества медицинской услуги и затратами учреждений здравоохранения. Рассмотрено влияние рынка здравоохранения на формирование качественной медицинской услуги.Метою статті є вивчення економічної сутності поняття медичної послуги та виокремлення ключових сфер впливу на формування її високого якісного рівня. Corrosion and wear behaviour of alumina coatings obtained by various methods

Alumina coatings are widely used in a range of industrial applications to improve corrosion protection, wear and erosion resistance and thermal insulation of metallic surfaces. From various efficient and adjustable processes refined alumina surfaces with long-term use are obtained. It can be seen that cost-efficient arc-sprayed Al coatings post-treated by plasma-electrolytic oxidation (PEO) form Al₂O₃-layers with remarkable corrosion protection, hardness, bonding strength and abrasion resistance as well as extended service time. The properties of these coatings are compared to alumina coatings obtained by flame spraying and atmospheric plasma spraying.Покриви на основі оксиду алюмінію широко використовують у промисловості для поліпшення корозійного захисту, зносо- та ерозійної тривкості, а також теплоізлояції металевих поверхонь. Різними методами отримано удосконалені покриви. Показано, що економічно ефективні алюмінієві покриви, сформовані методом електродугового розпилення, а потім оброблені плазмово-електролітичним оксидуванням, утворюють шари Al₂O₃ з високими антикорозійними характеристиками, твердістю, силою зчеплення та абразивною тривкістю і продовженим ресурсом роботи. Порівняно їх властивості з покривами на основі оксиду алюмінію, одержаними методами полуменевого та атмосферного плазмового розпилення.Покрытия на основе оксида алюминия часто применяют в промышленности для улучшения коррозионной защиты, износо- и эрозионной стойкости, а также теплоизлояции металлических поверхностей. Различнымы методами получены усовершенствованные покрытия. Показано, что экономически эффективные алюминиевые покрытия, сформированные методом электродугового распыления, а потом обработаные плазменно-электролитическим оксидированием, образуют слои Al₂O₃ с высокими антикоррозионными характеристиками, твердостью, силой сцепления, абразивной стойкостью и длительным ресурсом работы. Сравнены их свойства с покрытиями на основе оксида алюминия, полученными методами пламенного и атмосферного плазменного распыления

Effect of plasma electrolytic oxidation on joining of AA 5052 aluminium alloy to polypropylene using friction stir spot welding

The effect of a plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) pre-treatment on joining of AA 5052 aluminium alloy and polypropylene by friction stir spot welding (FSSW) is investigated using lap tensile shear tests. Two surface conditions of the AA 5052 alloy are compared, one with a PEO pre-treatment in a silicate-based electrolyte, another without any pre-treatment. The resultant specimens are examined by high resolution scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and attenuated total reflectance-infrared spectroscopy. The PEO treatment generated a thermally-insulating, porous ceramic coating, which has a highly porous, rough surface that is favourable for incorporating polypropylene melted by FSSW. The pre-treatment significantly increased the lap tensile shear strength, by about a factor of three, in comparison with the untreated alloy, suggesting that open pores in the coating filled by polypropylene provide strong micromechanical interlocking and covalent bonding between the coated alloy and the polymer.</p
