矯正施設収容者における腟トリコモナスの感染頻度と不顕性 : 感染持続期間について特に1000日以上の長期感染例

1482名の男子受刑者の早朝尿を検査レ， 43名から膣トリコモナスを培養法により検出した。最長の感染期間は， 1311日であり22名が300日以上の感染持続を示した

腟トリコモナス虫体内のICDH, α-Keto DH, LDH, MDH, SDH, aldolase, AlcDHの染色による証明

膣トリコモナス虫体内のdehydrogenase各種を染色法で検討してみた。LDH，Aldolase，AlcDH，M DH，の活性は虫体内にみとめられたが，αKeto DH，SDH, ICDH にはあまり活性がみとめられなかった

われわれのUreaplasma urealyticum検出率について

Ureaplasma urealyticumの検出率は尿道炎から25.5%, 前立腺炎から12.9%であった.非淋菌性尿道炎からの検出率が淋菌性尿道炎からのそれより高かった.通常, 尿からの検出率は10%位といわれているが, 症状のある患者からはやや高率に見出されるのであろうUreaplasma urealyticum was isolated in 25.5% of the patients with urethritis and in 12.9% of the patients with prostatitis. The organism was isolated more frequently in non-gonococcal urethritis than in gonorrheal urethritis. It may thus be said that the isolation rate was higher among patients with overt signs or symptoms as compared with the common isolation rate in urine reportedly being about 10%

移行上皮癌が合併した原発性限局性腎盂アミロイドーシスの1例

Primary localized amyloidosis of renal pelvis is very rare, and only 12 cases have been reported. More than half of the reported cases were treated by nephrectomy, and the preoperative diagnosis could not be made correctly because of its resemblance to renal pelvic tumor. The ureteroscopy is a useful diagnostic means in such a condition. This case is unusual in that a papillary transitional cell carcinoma was present coincidentally
