Indonesia is the world\u27s fourth biggest coffee exporter with a market share of 9.7 %. This study examined the asymmetric price transmission in the coffee market between the importing countries (United State, German, and Japan) and Indonesia. AECM (Asymmetric Error Correction Model) was used to examine the asymmetric price transmission by using the monthly data from 2005 to 2014. The result of the study showed that there is no price asymmetry in the coffee market in the long run because there is no market power in the coffee market; however, in the short run, there is asymmetry price transmission in the United State and Japan due to the adjustment cost

Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Partisipasi Terhadap Petani Terhadap Program Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) Di Kecamatan Sukamakmur

This study aims to analyze the level of participation of farmers at the implementation stage and the stage of yield utilization in the AUTP (Rice Farming Insurance) program and analyze the influence of farmers' understanding / knowledge factors on AUTP, socialization of agricultural extension workers, the amount of premiums paid, the number of claims received against participation farmers in the AUTP program. This research was conducted in the District of Sukamakmur, Aceh Besar district with the method of determining respondents using simple random sampling. The number of samples analyzed in this study totaled 55 people in 4 study villages. This study uses a quantitative approach. Analyze the level of farmer participation in the AUTP program calculated using an ordinal scale and to analyze the factors that influence the participation of farmers in the AUTP program using the Spearman correlation test. Based on the analysis of high farmer participation rates, it can be concluded that farmers have realized the importance of AUTP for the sustainability of their farming so that they voluntarily want to participate in the AUTP program. TINJAUAN PEMBAYARAN GAJI SELAMA MASA PANDEMI PADA PT CENDIKIA FOCUS EXCELLENT

Pada 2 tahun terakhir ini, Banyak perusahaan yang mengalami dampak pandemi Covid-19 ini salah satunya adalah PT Cendikia Focus Excellent, merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pendidikan yaitu Lembaga bimbingan belajar untuk tingkat SMA dan Alumni. PT Cendikia Focus Excellent terkena dampak penurunan profit yang sangat drastis, penurunan ini berdampak juga pada gaji karyawan sehingga perusahaan terpaksa memotong gaji karyawannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kebijakan gaji karyawan yang diterapkan oleh PT Cendikia Focus Excellent, serta bagaimana dampak covid-19 terhadap gaji pada perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yaitu dengan menggambarkan gaji karyawan selama masa pandemi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaji pada PT Cendikia Focus Excellent mengalami penurunan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Literatur Review: Aktivitas Fisik dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani sebagai Stimulus Fungsi Kognitif Siswa

Tujuan review article dalam penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk menilai efisiensi aktivitas fisik pada fungsi kognitif, menjabarkan keberhasilan aktivitas fisik menstimulasi fungsi kognitif siswa sedangkan secara khusus bertujuan memberikan gambaran terperinci perspektif neuroscience bagaimana aktivitas fisik dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap fungsi kognitif. Metode yang digunakan seperti, askes untuk mengumpulkan article peneliti menggunakan database google scholar, pubmed, dan sciencedirect dengan rentangan waktu 10 tahun terakhir yang terindeks scopus quartile 1, quartile 2, quartile 3. Strategi ekstraksi data dan identifikasi data menggunakan diagram alir PRISMA. Untuk menemukan article yang sesuai peneliti menggunakan prosedur PICO. Hasil review dari 21 article 20 article signifikan meningkatkan fungsi kognitif, 1 studi menunjukan tidak signifikan meningkatkan fungsi kognitif

Isolation, Identification and Characterization of the Surface Glycoprotein of Myxobolus Koi

Myxobolus koi is considered to be one of the pest diseases of fish quarantine class I, which has to be destroyed if it is found. Technique that is regularly used for diagnosis M. koi, such as histopathological examination, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and sequencing always done in dead fishes. The objective of this study was to isolate the protein of M. koi as the initial step for producing antibody that can be used as a material for immunology-based diagnostic method. In the present study. identification of surface protein of M. koi involved three different stages. The first stage was to isolate and identify M. koi from koi fish using wet mount, and histopathologic, PCR and sequencing techniques. In the second stage, purification and isolation of the surface protein of M. koi was done by Percoll gradient ultracentrifugation technique. Purification using the technique produced 5 different layers on the surface of the tube . Myxobolus koi spores were found in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th layers. The third stage was to identify and characterize the surface protein of M. koi using SDS PAGE. The results of SDS PAGE analysis showed that spores purified from 3 different layers all have the same profiles. Molecular sizes of the surface protein of M. koi that could be isolated in this study were 12 Kd, 16 Kd, 25 Kd, 27 Kd, 40 Kd and 45 Kd. Among them, the molecular sizes of 12 Kd, 25 Kd and 27 Kd could be seen clearly
