    Abstract. In the research of Air Navigation System as a complex socio-technical system the methodologyof analysis of human-operator's decision-making has been developed. The significance of individualpsychologicalfactors as well as the impact of socio-psychological factors on the professional activities of ahuman-operator during the flight situation development from normal to catastrophic were analyzed.     Personnel Development Management in the Future Competition of Enterprises

    With the continuous development of science and technology, information technology has promoted the development of knowledge economy, advanced science and technology has become an important development in the era of knowledge economy. In this era, knowledge workers are at the core competitiveness, and knowledge compound talents have become the pivotal resources. In order to enhance the enterprise market competitiveness, daily work efficiency and technological innovation and development, one is bound to try to improve and innovate in the enterprise human resource management. The main aim of the article was to substantiate and prove the importance of personnel development management for the competitiveness of enterprises using the example of human resources in China. To achieve the goal, the following main tasks were formulated: in the personnel management system, the place of the personnel development management system is determined and its structure is formed; in accordance with the obtained structure, a conceptual model for managing the development of personnel of enterprises is elaborated, adapting the classification of types of training of personnel in working conditions, forming a system of professional development of personnel at the enterprise, clarifying the meaning of the concept of «personnel development management». The methodological basis of the study was the basis of dialectical logic, attributive and system approaches to the study of the processes of managing the development of personnel of enterprises

    Metodología de detección Gliclazida en muestras biológicas

    Aim: This research is dedicated to development of a methodology for the determination of gliclazide in biological samples for analytical diagnostics of lethal overdose caused by the drug. Materials and Methods: TLC method: chromatographic plates Merck silica gel 60 F254 10×10 cm in size, mobile phase - ethyl acetate, visualization reagent 1% vanillin solution or 5% solution of chloral hydrate. HPLC method: liquid chromatograph «Milichrom-A-02» with UV detecting (RF); Prontosil-120-5-C18- AQ reverse-phase column Ø2×75 mm in diameter, 5 μm grains (Bischoff Analysetechnik und Geräte GmbH, Germany); Gradient elution with a mixture of two eluents (eluent A – [0.2 M solution LiClO4 – 0.005 M solution of HClO4] and eluent B - acetonitrile); Wavelength 230 nm. Results: Methodology for the determination of gliclazide in biological samples is developed. It includes an effective method of gliclazide isolation from the objects of the study, specific and selective chromatographic detection methods and quantitative determination of toxicity in the extracts that had been received. It was established that while using TLC method gliclazide was assigned an Rf value of 0,48±0,01; detection limit is 3.0 μg. When applying HPLC method gliclazide holding time was 7.80 min (RSD = 0.13%), detection limit was 0.050 μg / ml, limit of the quantitative determination was 0.157 μg/ml, linearity of the procedure was in the range of 0.1-20.0 μg/ml. Under the developed conditions, gliclazide was determined at 17.48 ± 1.32 μg/ml (RSD = 6.06%). Conclusions: Results of the study indicate that methodology for the determination of gliclazide in biological samples that was developed can be used for analytical diagnostics of lethal overdose caused by the drug.Objetivo: Desarrollar un método de detección de gliclazida en muestras biológicas para el diagnóstico analítico de los fallecimientos por sobredosis del fármaco. Materiales y métodos: Método de CCF: placas para cromatografía Merck silica gel 60 F254 de 10×10 cm de tamaño, fase móvil - acetato de etilo, revelador - solución al 1% de vainillina o solución al 5% de hidrato de cloral. Método de HPLC: cromatógrafo líquido «Milihrom-A-02» con detección de UV (Rusia); columna de fase inversa Prontosil-120-5-C18-AQ de Ø2 x 75 mm, con graneado de 5 mm («Bischoff Analysetechnik und Geräte GmbH», Alemania); elución gradiente con una mezcla de dos eluyentes (eluyente A - [0,2 M solución de LiClO4 - solución de HClO 0,005 M4] y eluyente B - acetonitrilo); la longitud de onda es de 230 nm. Resultados y discusión: Se desarrolló una metodología de determinación de la gliclazida en muestras biológicos, que incluye un método eficaz de aislar la gliclazida de los objetos de estudio, unos métodos cromatográficos específicos y selectivos de detección y cuantificación de la sustancia tóxica en los extractos obtenidos. Se constató que al aplicarse el método de CCF la gliclazida ha sido identificada de acuerdo con el valor Rf 0,48±0,01; el límite de detección es de 3,0 μg. Al aplicarse el método de HPLC se constató lo siguiente: el tiempo de retención de la gliclazida es de 7,80 min (RSD=0,13%), el límite de detección es de 0,050 μg/ml, el límite de cuantificación es de 0,157 μg/ml, la linealidad del método está en el intervalo de 0,1-20,0 μg/ml. En condiciones diseñadas la gliclazida se detectó a un nivel de 17,48±1,32μg/ml (RSD=6,06%). Conclusiones. Los resultados obtenidos confirman que la metodología desarrollada de detección de la gliclazida en muestras biológicos es adecuada para el diagnóstico analítico de los fallecimientos por sobredosis del fármaco.The research work performed in the manuscript is done on the funding of National University of Pharmacy (Ukraine

    Is corporate governance a significant factor in corporate social responsibility disclosure? Insights from China

    This comprehensive study delves into the intricate relationship between corporate governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD) within the framework of China’s institutional landscape. By analyzing an extensive dataset comprising 35,435 firm-year observations from 3,889 A-share listed companies spanning the years 2006 to 2019, the research scrutinizes various governance mechanisms, including board size, independence, CEO duality, and ownership concentration.The investigation affirms that larger boards and a higher proportion of independent directors exert a positive influence on CSRD. In contrast, a substantial shareholding ratio held by the largest shareholder proves to be a hindrance to the transparent disclosure of CSR initiatives. While the impact of CEO duality on CSRD is noted, the statistical significance of this relationship remains inconclusive.These findings underscore the nuanced dynamics of governance and ownership structures in shaping CSR initiatives. The findings highlight the nuanced impact of governance and ownership structures on CSR initiatives, offering valuable insights for managers and policymakers navigating CSR strategies in China’s business landscape. The insights garnered from this study hold valuable implications for both corporate managers and policymakers navigating the landscape of CSR strategies within the unique contours of China’s business environment. Logic determined and stochastic models of decision-making by the Air Navigation System's human-operator in flight emergencies have been developed. The scenarios of developing a flight situation in case of selecting either the positive or negative pole in accordance with the reflexive theory have been obtained. The informational support system of the operator in the unusual situations on the basis of Neural Network model of evaluating the efficiency of the potential alternative of flight completion has been built. Аэронавигационная система представлена как сложная социотехническая система. Рассмотрено влияние профессиональных факторов и факторов непрофессионального характера на принятие решений человеком-оператором аэронавигационной системы. На основе проведенного сетевого анализа действий экипажа воздушного корабля и авиадиспетчера разработаны логико-детерминированные модели принятия решений человеком-оператором аэронавигационной системы в особых случаях в полете. Определены количественные показатели ожидаемого риска в стохастических моделях принятия решений человеком-оператором аэронавигационной системы в условиях стохастической и нестохастической неопределенности. Получены сценарии развития полетной ситуации при выборе положительного или отрицательного полюса под давлением внешней среды, предыдущего опыта человека-оператора и волевого выбора согласно теории рефлексии. Для информационной поддержки человека-оператора аэронавигационной системы во внештатных ситуациях построен специализированный программный комплекс «Подсказка», в котором используется нейросетевая модель оценки эффективности альтернативных вариантов завершения полета. Аеронавігаційну систему подано як складну соціотехнічну систему. Розглянуто вплив професійних факторів та факторів непрофесійного характеру на прийняття рішень людиною-оператором аеронавігаційної системи. На основі проведеного мережевого аналізу дій екіпажа повітряного корабля та авіадиспетчера розроблено логіко-детерміновані моделі прийняття рішень людиною-оператором аеронавігаційної системи в особливих випадках у польоті. Визначено кількісні показники очікуваного ризику в стохастичних моделях прийняття рішень людиною-оператором аеронавігаційної системи в умовах стохастичної та нестохастичної невизначеності. Отримано сценарії розвитку польотної ситуації при виборі позитивного або негативного полюсу під тиском зовнішнього середовища, попереднього досвіду людини-оператора та вольового вибору відповідно до теорії рефлексії. Для інформаційної підтримки людини-оператора аеронавігаційної системи в позаштатних ситуаціях побудовано спеціалізований програмний комплекс «Підказування», в якому використовується нейросіткова модель оцінки ефективності альтернативних варіантів завершення польоту
