Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe reciprocal teaching untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Biologi pada Siswa Kelas XI MIA-4 MAN 2 PADANG SIDEMPUAN Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019

Penelitian tindakan kelas bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran Biologi dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe reciprocal teaching di kelas XI MIA-4 MAN 2 Padang Sidimpuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIA-4 dengan jumlah 30 orang siswa. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari II siklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I peneliti melakukan pre test untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain PTK dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe reciprocal teaching. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes dan observasi. Untuk mengetahui perubahan hasil belajar Biologi siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh bahwa pada saat pre test terdapat sebanyak 6 orang orang (20 %) mendapat nilai tuntas belajar dan 24 orang siswa (80 %) mendapatkan nilai tidak tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 65,8. Pada siklus I diperoleh 15 orang siswa (50 %) mendapatkan nilai tuntas belajar dan 15 orang siswa (50 %) mendapatkan nilai tidak tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 73. Dan Pada siklus II diperoleh 27 orang siswa (90 %) mendapatkan nilai tuntas belajar dan sebanyak 3 orang siswa (10 %) mendapatkan nilai tidak tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 80,5 Dengan demikian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe reciprocal teaching dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran Biologi di kelas XI MIA-4 MAN 2 Padang Sidimpuan Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019

Law Enforcement Against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Phenomena in The Qanun Jinayah in Aceh

This study revealed the implementation of Islamic Law in Aceh, especially those relating to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Phenomena. The aim is to find out how the law is enforced and what things hinder its application. Although Aceh has enacted Islamic Shari'a, and Aceh's Jinayah Qanun has banned LGBT actions through which the perpetrators are subject to sanctions the whip, but the phenomenon of LGBT in this Province still exists. The study found the fact that the Jinayat Qanun in this region had not been fully able to ensnare LGBT perpetrators, especially Lesbians (musahaqah) and homosexual (liwath). This is because of two main obstacles: first, the formal aspects involving the evidentiary aspect, and, secondly, the material aspects relating to legal rules that can be used to punish the perpetrators of these crimes

Kedudukan Outsourcing Pasca Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 27/PUU-IX/2011

The presence of the labor law is often challenged by the supporters of the interests primarily of the workers, particularly with regard to setting Outsourcing Employment Agreement in Indonesia. The reason the opponents are, among others, that the outsourcing arrangement only exploit and marginalize the humanity of those who have been guaranteed by the constitution. Various attempts have them do to rule as discriminatory was removed from employment practices in Indonesia, including the choice of law rules of the test material to the Constitutional Court. Finally, through Decision of The Constitutional Court No. 27/PUU-IX/2011, the Court granted the petition of workers by declaring unconstitutional some provisions of the Employment Agreement Outsourcing. In addressing the decision of the Court, the Government through the Ministry of Manpower publishes Permenakertrans No. 19, 2012. The problem is that the Constitutional Court's decision should not be followed up with legislation level ministerial regulations. In addition, it violates the rules Permenakertrans the higher, the Manpower Act for doing addition and subtraction of the torso aforementioned law. Not only that, now, both the workers and the employers also feel is not in line with the employment agreement outsourcing arrangement within the meaning of the Permenakertrans

THE EFFECT OF BRAND IMAGE AND FOOD SAFETY ON THE PURCHASE DECISION OF SAMYANG NOODLES PRODUCT TO THE STUDENTS OF FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS OF UNIVERSITY OF NORTH SUMATRA MEDAN

This research aims to attract and maintain consumer loyalty in purchasing products. This type of research is quantitative research. The praburpose of this research is to know and to analyze the influence of brand image to the purchase decision of Samyang noodle product, the influence of food safety to the purchase decision of Samyang noodle product, the influence of brand image and food safety toward the decision of Samyang noodles product to the students of Faculty of Economics and Business University of North Sumatera Medan. This research uses explanative method. Esplanative research aims to understand why a variable can lead to the emergence of a certain effect or effect. Explanative research also aims to explain the picture of a condition, the characteristics of a phenomenon or object that explains the relationship between variables. The population of this study is all students of Strata-1 Faculty of Economics and Business University of North Sumatra who had bought the product of Samyang noodles. This population is an infinite population (indefinite) because the number of buyers of different products Samyang every day. The sample in this research is 97 students of Faculty of Economics and Business University of North Sumatera Medan by using Lemeshow formula. Sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling by using incidental sampling. The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. The results showed partial results, brand image significantly influence purchasing decisions, and food safety have an effect but not significant to purchasing decision. MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN SIKAP POSITIF MAHASISWA DALAM PERKULIAHAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING KARIR MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF DAN VARIASI INTERAKSI

Motivation and positive attitude in learning activities is the need to be owned by the student to be successful in achieving the learning objectives. This research aims to increase student motivation and positive attitude in lectures using cooperative learning and interaction varies, because reality shows there are still students who have a negative attitude in lectures. This study classified the action research, which was implemented in three cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, evaluation and reflection. The subjects were students of BK Career period of 2012 totaling 37 people. The results showed that 97% of students expressed have increased motivation and a positive attitude in lectures

The Increase in Students Activeness and Performance of Learning Geography Through Talking Stick Learning Method in Class X IIS 3 Sman 1 Pinggir

This research begins with a problem in the learning process that is not the expected learning process, as students are less active or have low student involvement in learning so that in the implementation of learning, the classroom atmosphere looks interesting. This research aims to obtain information, data and a picture of an increase in involvement in learning and know the learning outcomes of students of class X IIS 3 of SMA Negeri 1 Pinggir through the Talking Stick learning method. This research aims to obtain information, data, and an overview of increasing in learning involvement and knowing the learning outcomes of students of class X IIS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Pinggir through the Talking Stick learning method. This research is a class action research consisting of two cycles, in which each cycle consists of three meetings. Each meeting has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results show that through the talking stick learning method, it increases the activeness and learning outcomes of students of class X IIS 3 from the first cycle which is 67.7% and in the second cycle it increases to 85.2%

Meaning Of Life For Mothers With Sexually-Abused Children

The meaning of life is defined as things that are perceived as necessary, felt useful, and believed to be wonderful and can be used as a life goal. The meaning of life can be discovered in joyful and tragic situations. This research aims to examine the meaning of life among mothers with children who have been sexually abused. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research subject is a mother with two sexually abused children. Interviews, observation, and documentation were employed as data-gathering methods. The findings revealed that women who had children who were victims of sexual abuse felt embarrassed, depressed, sad, and exhausted at first. However, the subject always strives to accept what happened to her two children, seeking help from institutes specializing in children. As a result, the subject can still perform positive things like working and expressing support, attention, love, and affection for her children. The subject's meaning of life for the circumstances that occurred to her children caused the subject to grow more attached to them because she was always connected with affection, could live his life with the conditions that transpired, and finally made the subject happy with her children.Keywords: Meaning of life; children as sexual abuse victims; mothers’ meaning of life

Analisis Tunjangan Kinerja pada Kantor Camat Selesai

Artikel ini membahas tentang analisis tunjangan kinerja pada kantor Camat Selesai. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif berupa observasi,wawancara dan kusioner dengan pengambilan data pada bulan Desember 2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tunjangan kinerja yang telah ditetapkan pada kantor camat Selesai telah memberikan dampak positif. Dimana TPP disiplin kerja yang diterima dalam persen hampir mencapai nilai sempurna yaitu 99,71%. Oleh sebab itu disaran kepada pimpinan kantor camat Selesai sekiranya dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerjanya menjadi lebih baik lagi

HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KEMANDIRIAN IADL DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP LANSIA DI DESA PANGO RAYA

Seiring dengan bertambahnya usia lansia, terjadi berbagai perubahan salah satunya yaitu penurunan kesehatan fisik. Ketika kesehatan lansia menurun maka akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemandirian dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari yang lebih kompleks yaitu Instrumental Activity of Daily living (IADL) sehingga menimbulkan ketergantungan pada orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan tingkat kemandirian Instrumental Activity of Daily Living  (IADL) dengan kualitas hidup lansia di desa Pango raya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif correlative  dan menggunakan metode pendekatan cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yang ditetapkan. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Lawton Scale IADL dan WHOQOL-BREF. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis bivariat dengan uji pearson correlation. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat kemandirian Instrumental Activity of Daily Living  (IADL) dengan kualitas hidup lansia dengan nilai (p- value  = 0.777). Diharapkan kepada keluarga, dan masyarakat menjaga kesehatan lansia baik kesehatan fisik maupun kognitif supaya lansia dapat melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari. PENERAPAN KEPADA MASYARAKAT TENTANG MODEL PELAYANAN MATERNITAS PENDAMPINGAN ONE STUDENT ONE CLIENT (OSOC) DALAM MENGURANGI KECEMASAN PADA IBU POSTPARTUM DI KLINIK BERSALIN Hj. RISMALA TAHUN 2023

Masa nifas sering menjadi masalah yang dihadapi bagi ibu pasca salin yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal seperti jenis gangguan efek atau mood pada wanita yang baru melahirkan, yaitu post partum blues, post partum depression, dan post partum psikologis. Agar tidak berdampak pada stress yang berlebihan, bahkan sampai dengan depresi postpartum, bidan sebagai ujung tombak pemberi pelayanan kesehatan maternal harus mampu mengurangi kecemasan yang dialami oleh ibu postpartum yaitu dengan metode penerapan model pelayanan maternitas pendampingan OSOC, yaitu pendampingan yang dimulai sejak kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir, sampai dengan pemilihan metode Keluarga Berencana agar kesehatan ibu dan bayi meningkat. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah berupa penyuluhan kepada ibu nifas dan suami atau keluarga yang mendampingi di klinik Hj.Rismala Kisaran tentang pentingnya pendampingan pada ibu nifas dengan metode OSOC (One Student One Client). Penyuluhan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Jumlah reponden pada pengabdian ini berjumlah 56 orang. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada ibu nifas dengan model OSOC. Diperoleh mayoritas pengetahuan ibu nifas mengenai metode OSOC sebelum diberikan penyuluhan berpengetahuan cukup yaitu sebanyak 31 orang (55,3%), pada suami berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 51 orang (91,1%) pada keluarga pengetahuan cukup yaitu sebanyak 45 orang (80.4%). Setelah diberikan penyuluhan, masyarakat diberikan posttes diperoleh hasil dari setelah penyuluhan dilakuan, Pengetahuan ibu nifas terhadap metode OSOC mayoritas berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 49 orang (87,5%), pengetahuan suami berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 32 orang (57,2%) dan pengetahuan keluarga berpengetahuan baik yaitu sebanyak 48 orang (85,7%)
