Identificación y análisis de los h-classics de las universidades públicas andaluzas en la categoría Economics del Journal Citation Reports (JCR).

Highly Cited Papers offer an outlook on those papers that have attracted great historical interest by a research community and that could also be considered the basis of the research field. In 2014 a new approach was recognised to identify these highly cited articles called H-Classics. It is based on the H-index and is sensitive to both the characteristics of the corresponding research discipline and its evolution. The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the H-Classics of articles published by researchers from Andalusian public universities, within the Economics category of the Journal Citation Reports. The methodology used is the bibliometric analysis through the H-Classics technique with which the main performance indicators are extracted. This analysis provides results that give us a useful insight into the development of this field of research, revealing those scientific actors who have made the greatest contribution to its development: authors, journals, related areas of knowledge, countries, Andalusian universities, national and foreign universities. Many applications and websites to fight the Covid-19 pandemic have been created and developed in recent months by both official institutions and commercial or private initiatives. A large number of projects that use technologies such as geolocation, geopositioning, geofencing, tracking, and registration of contacts through Bluetooth have arisen, generating a huge amount of data. By using big data techniques, geographic information systems (GIS), and artificial intelligence, information has been produced for health institutions and society itself, helping to address the health crisis more efficiently. This article describes, analyzes, and offers a systematized review of a significant sample of websites and applications recently implemented successfully or under development by public and private institutions. We searched the available scholarly literature, as well as news from the main newspapers, websites, and digital media specialized in technology. The article concludes with a description of the best and most efficient practices found, relating then to the right to privacy and personal data protection

Uses and applications of georeferencing and geolocation in old cartographic and photographic document management

 La aplicación contemporánea de tecnologías de georreferenciación y geolocalización ha permitido revisar y revitalizar la forma de mostrar, difundir y hacer accesible a la ciudadanía la documentación cartográfica y fotográfica almacenada en archivos, bibliotecas, cartotecas, museos, institutos geográficos y otras instituciones afines. El presente artículo evalúa el interés y el alcance para la gestión documental del uso de ambas tecnologías, analiza su aplicación contemporánea en la gestión cartográfica y fotográfica antiguas, y ofrece la revisión sistematizada de una serie significativa de casos prácticos de georreferenciaciación y geolocalización implementados recientemente con éxito por parte de instituciones públicas y privadas a su patrimonio documental.AbstractThe contemporary application of georeferencing and geolocation technologies has enabled the review and revitalisation of the method of presenting, disseminating, and making accessible cartographic and photographic documentation stored in archives, libraries, map libraries, museums, geographic institutes, and other key institutions. Software for managing audiovisual archives of cultural heritage Dédalo

This research aims to describe and assess the characteristics of Dédalo, a software for the management of audiovisual documentation, or media asset management (MAM), specialized in managing intangible cultural heritage or oral memory. An analysis of this software will not only help librarians, archivists and documentalists, historians, and anthropologists present their audiovisual collections, but also all kinds of professionals who manage audiovisual documentation from both private and public entities. This paper includes the use of MAM by the oral memory management sector, in both national and international terms, with particular mention of a software derived from Dédalo, Numisdata, for the management of digitized numismatic heritage

Análisis y evaluación del Sistema de Archivos de la Administración General del Estado

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar y evaluar el estado de salud general del Sistema de Archivos de la Administración General del Estado en el siglo XXI. Partiendo de la bibliografía y legislación inmediatamente anterior a esa fecha, se han seleccionado los puntos clave para medir dicho estado actual del sistema. La metodología utilizada ha consistido en la revisión de la legislación, bibliografía y datos técnicos de archivos en distintos censos de los últimos 20 años, así como en el diseño y aplicación de un cuestionario de elaboración propia a los responsables de archivos del sistema. Los resultados aparecen categorizados en seis apartados o puntos clave detectados en el análisis. Por último, en las conclusiones se evalúan los aspectos que han mejorado, cuáles siguen estancados y cuáles han ido a peor.The objective of this research is to analyse and evaluate the general health of the Archives System of the State Administration in Spain during the 21st century. Starting with the bibliography and legislation immediately prior to that date, key points are selected to measure the current state of the system. The methodology used consists in the revision of the legislation, bibliography, and the technical data of archives in different censuses of the last 20 years, as well as the carrying out of an interview of our own design with the archivists. The results are shown in 6 sections or key points detected in the analysis.
