The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the variables of convenience, security and trust in transactions that affect the interest in using QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard) for MSME actors in Boalemo Regency. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires. The research population is 78 respondents using the incidental method. The analytical technique used to answer research problems and test hypotheses is multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study are (1) ease of transaction has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRIS, (2) transaction security has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRIS, (3) transaction confidence has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRI

The Dilemma Economic Growth And Poverty Rate In Sulawesi

Economic growth is often cited as a significantly contributive factor reduction of the poverty rate. This study aims to investigate the economic growth and poverty among all areas within Sulawesi Island and to compare these two aspects among the island’s provinces. This study employs both comparative quantitative analysis to explore economic growth formulatively and qualitative manner for in depth analysis. The result reveals an escalation in both gross regional domestic product (henceforth regional GDP) and total population each year for the last ten years. However this situation is unable to boost the macro-economic growth; a reason for this condition is the population growth in the recent ten years possibly dominated by High birth rates. Yet, this condition does not lead to a drop in the demand for workforces, which implies that the number of the working-age population (which can help improve the regional per capita income) remains constant despite the population growth. Another possible factor of regional GDP escalation is the fact that the government policy, in its foreign cooperation implementation, does not contribute to the local workforces. Nevertheless, the rise in regional GDP is insignificant as it does not affect the local economic conditions. Hence, it proves that the fluctuation of economic growth does not affect the poverty rate

ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA BERDASARKAN PERATURAN MENTERI DALAM NEGERI NOMOR 20 TAHUN 2018

The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of village financial management in one of the sub-districts, North Gorontalo Regency based on Permendagri number 20 of 2018. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative with an interactive analysis model consisting of three components of analysis namely: 1) Data reduction; 2) Presentation Data; 3) Data Verification and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the study show that with village financial analysis based on Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 through (a) Planning Aspects are in accordance with Permendagri but there are still deficiencies in apparatus that have not complied with the provisions and the impact is delays in the planning process (b) Implementation Aspects are in accordance with Permendagri and the weakness is the understanding of the apparatus that is still lacking, causing delays in the implementation process, (c) For the Administrative aspect it is considered good because it is in accordance with the instructions and technical requirements requested (d) The Reporting Aspect is considered good but the drawback is the slowness of the apparatus on duty late in providing reporting to the North Gorontao Regency government, and (e) The aspect regarding the coverage response is considered good because it has been adjusted to the instructions and technical requirements required by the regulation of the minister of home affairs in financial accountability

ANALISIS AKTIVITAS KEUANGAN DAN PENGELOLAAN UTANG DALAM MENGUKUR KEMAMPUAN LABA PERUSAHAAN

The purpose of this study is to analyze financial activity and debt management in measuring the company's profit capability (studies in the hotel industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange). The purposive sampling method was used for sampling with analytical techniques using financial performance ratios and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that financial activity had a positive and significant effect on earning capacity, debt management had a non-significant positive effect on earning capacity, and simultaneously financial activity and debt management had a positive effect on earning capacity in hotel companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer behavior towards consumer purchasing decisions using measuring instruments, measures, weights and equipment (UTTP) which are marked as valid in Boalemo Regency. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires. The research population is 75 respondents using the incidental method. The analysis technique used to answer research problems and test hypotheses is multiple regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) software. Purpose of this research is to examine the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline, workenvironment and work loyalty on employee performance at the Pohuwato RegencyCommunication and Information Office. The method used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis models to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research results show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Pengetahuan, dan Keterampilan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh keterampilan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruh budaya organisasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Pohuwato. Populasi yang dijadikan sebagai target penelitian adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan kinerja pegawai sejumlah 42 0rang, dan seluruhnya menjadi responden dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik melalui Program SPSS, menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel bebas, yaitu: budaya organisasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Sedangkan secara parsial ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja serta keterampilan memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Pohuwato

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur aktiva, manajemen hutang dan efisiensi asset terhadap kinerja laba pada PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry dan Trading company Tbk. Penelitian studi eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. dengan menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerikal (angka) yang diolah dengan metode regeresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan secara parsial bahwa Struktur aktiva memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja laba, Manajemen hutang memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja laba, Efisiensi aset memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja laba dan secara simultan Struktur aktiva, manajemen hutang dan efisiensi asset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja laba pada PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry dan Trading company Tbk
