Meet their needs, consumers are faced with various types of products offered by businesses. With the various types of products and freedom for consumers to choose a variety of products offered lead to competition among businesses. Competition among businesses to market products that offer the consumer interest can be done in various ways, one of them promoting products through print media advertisements. Advertising is a tool for businesses to introduce their products to the public in order to influence the tendency for people to use or consume. The problem is, the ad does not always give a true or deceptive information about an advertised product, so that consumers can be harmed by the behavior. If perpetrators of this background can be formulated several problems, namely how the forms of advertising fraud that harm consumers, whether fraud ad meets the elements of a crime, how to determine the criminal liability for those who make advertising the sale of goods that harm consumers in Indonesia based on the Code of Criminal Law and Law 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection

The legal status the Management Rights No. 1, 2, and 3 has been owned by PT KIM (Persero) because there is no revocation of the Management Rights Certificate by the National Land Board, and there is no Court\u27s verdict which states that the Management Rights No. 1, 2, and 3 are revoked or no legal enforcement. The renunciation of the Leasehold Land Area No. 10 has been in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.013/1991 on the Guidance for Transfer of Ownership of fixed assets of State Owned Enterprises. Besides that, the renunciation of the leasehold land area is not in the status of dispute because the Leasehold Certificate No. 10 has been issued 5 (five) years and 3 (three) months, but Tugimin and associates do not file a complaint in the written form to the holder of the certificate and to the Head of the Land Office or do not file a complaint to he Court about the possession of land and about the issuance of Leasehold Certificate No. 10 on June 19, 1994. Therefore, based on Article 32, paragraph 3 of the Government Regulation No. 24/1997 on Land Registration, Tugimin and associates cannot file any complaint, and the resolution of dispute on the crop land in the leasehold land area of PTPN II, which has been renounced to PT KIM was done through mediation

Highly syntenic regions in the genomes of soybean, Medicago truncatula, and Arabidopsis thaliana

BACKGROUND: Recent genome sequencing enables mega-base scale comparisons between related genomes. Comparisons between animals, plants, fungi, and bacteria demonstrate extensive synteny tempered by rearrangements. Within the legume plant family, glimpses of synteny have also been observed. Characterizing syntenic relationships in legumes is important in transferring knowledge from model legumes to crops that are important sources of protein, fixed nitrogen, and health-promoting compounds. RESULTS: We have uncovered two large soybean regions exhibiting synteny with M. truncatula and with a network of segmentally duplicated regions in Arabidopsis. In all, syntenic regions comprise over 500 predicted genes spanning 3 Mb. Up to 75% of soybean genes are colinear with M. truncatula, including one region in which 33 of 35 soybean predicted genes with database support are colinear to M. truncatula. In some regions, 60% of soybean genes share colinearity with a network of A. thaliana duplications. One region is especially interesting because this 500 kbp segment of soybean is syntenic to two paralogous regions in M. truncatula on different chromosomes. Phylogenetic analysis of individual genes within these regions demonstrates that one is orthologous to the soybean region, with which it also shows substantially denser synteny and significantly lower levels of synonymous nucleotide substitutions. The other M. truncatula region is inferred to be paralogous, presumably resulting from a duplication event preceding speciation. CONCLUSION: The presence of well-defined M. truncatula segments showing orthologous and paralogous relationships with soybean allows us to explore the evolution of contiguous genomic regions in the context of ancient genome duplication and speciation events

Overview on Patient Centricity in Cancer Care

Successful implementation of treatment in cancer care partially depends on how patients’ perspectives are taken into account, as preferences of health care professionals and patients may differ. Objectives of this exploratory research were I) to identify patient preferences and values (PPVs) in cancer care as indicated by patient organizations (POs), II) to determine how these PPVs are captured in cancer care guidelines and III) to review how guidelines take into account these PPVs. Based on a survey developed and completed by 19 POs, a literature review was conducted to analyse how patient perspectives are incorporated in oncology treatment guidelines. Based on survey results traditional health technology assessment value propositions of oncology care, such as extended life, treatment-free remission and pain reduction, were also highly rated by POs. However, the heterogeneity of cancer PPVs were clearly reflected in the survey results. PPVs in cancer care guidelines were mostly limited to those micro-level aspects that are strictly related to health care provision, such as side-effects and comorbidities. Patient experience, emotional support and convenience of care were relatively neglected fields in the reviewed guidelines. Patient engagement was rarely presented in the guideline development phase. POs believe that patients should be encouraged to take an active role in their own care due to the heterogeneity of cancer patients and PPVs. Even if patient-centricity is a leading paradigm in cancer policy, based on our research it is not yet standard practice to include patients or POs at all appropriate levels of decision-making processes that are related to their health and well-being. Patient engagement should be an integral part of cancer care decision-making. This complexity must be reflected throughout policy making, avoiding a population level ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution

Policymakers all across Europe are in need of bespoke information on the economic and wider returns of investing in evidence-based tobacco control, including smoking cessation agendas. EQUIPT is designed to test the transferability of one such economic evidence base-the English Tobacco Return on Investment (ROI) tool-to other EU member states

How and where to find NPS users: a cross national survey among current users of new psychoactive substances.

Use of new psychoactive substances (NPS) across Europe remains a public health challenge. The study describes potentials and limitations of methods in a transnational survey of recent marginalized, nightlife and online community NPS users in Germany, Hungary, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal (n=3023). In terms of demographic profile, drug use history and type of NPS, different methods reached different segments of the NPS-using population. Last year use of different NPS varied across countries and groups. Respondents used NPS in a variety of settings, with public spaces most common in marginalized group. The study suggests that prevalence rates can reveal a picture of the NPS market that significantly deviates from what law enforcement seizures indicate. Outreach in nightlife settings and peer education are recommended to inform users about health risks and to improve access to drug services and care
