    Analysis of the Principal's Role in Improving the Quality of Primary School Management

    This study aims to: (1) describe the principal’s strategies to plan, organize, actuate, and control the school programs to improve the quality of education at SMP 1 Cilawu; and (2) describe constraints in  the  improvement  of  the  quality  of  education.  This  was  a  case  study  with  qualitative  approach.  The research  subjects  included  teachers  and  educational  personnel.  The  results  of  the  study  used  the principal’s as a manager: (1) plans programs by specifying the needs for teachers and educational personnel who will carry out duties, programs in the form of policies and the curriculum that will be implemented, and policies to add the time slot for the guidance and counseling subject by two hours a week; (2)  makes  an organizational  structure  by  involving students’parents  through  the  school committee and completing infrastructure facilities that the school needs; (3) gives examples of how to work  well  and  calmly,  motivation,  and  rewards  to  the  personnel  morally  and  materially,  improves welfare, sends teachers and educational personnel to trainings, and motivates senior teachers to have  spirit of lifelong education; and (4) controls the output, teaching and learning processes, and students from  the  enrolment  to  the  graduation.  (5)  The  constraints  include  the  facts  that  there  are  personnel who  are  not  disciplined,  there  is  a  lack  of  communication  between  the  principal  and  some  of  the personnel, and the school operation aid funds do not match the school’s needs.

    PENGARUH INFLUENSER MARKETING DISOSIAL MEDIA DAN LABEL HALAL TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA USAHA MIE GACOAN CABANG MEDAN KARYA

    Terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mie Gacoan Cabang Medan Karya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Mie Gacoan Cabang Medan Karya yang membeli berjumlah 89 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Influencer Marketing Disosial Media secara parsial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 2,944 > t tabel 1,987 dan pada tabel nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Dapat diartikan Influencer Marketing Di sosial Media berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mie Gacoan Cabang Medan Karya. Kemudian Label Halal juga menunjukkan nilai t hitung 10,883 > t tabel 1,987 dan pada tabel nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat diartikan Label Halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mie Gacoan Cabang Medan Karya. Secara simultan diperoleh Influencer Marketing Disosial Media dan Label Halal menunjukkan nilai F hitung 108,937 > F tabel 3,10 serta nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat diartikan bahwa secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mie Gacoan Cabang Medan Karya

    Pengembangan diri merupakan upaya pembentukan watak dan kepribadian peserta didik, yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelayanan konseling, yang berkenaan dengan masalah pribadi, kehidupan sosial dan kegiatan belajar siswa. Belum maksimalnya program pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling dalam pengembangan diri siswa, sehingga masih terdapat pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah, seperti merokok, bolos, melawan guru, berkelahi sesama teman,dan lain-lain. Maka dari itu perlu adanya tindak lanjut dan perbaikan dari pelaksanaan tersebut. Rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana pengembangan diri siswa dan sterategi guru bimbingan konseling dalam pengembangan diri. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan diri siswa di MTsN Jeureula Aceh Besar, dan untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang dilakukan guru bimbingan konseling dalam pengembangan diri siswa di MTsN Jeureula Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data di kumpulkan melalui, observasi dan wawancara dan dokumentasi, Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis melalui tahap reduction data, tahap penyajian data, dan tahap penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling dan dua orang perwakilan dari siswa MTsN Jeureula Aceh Besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan diri siswa di MTsN Jeureula Aceh Besar dilakukan dengan cara, mengetahui lebih awal tentang profil siswa secara umum, berada pada kwadran manakah pada siswanya, apakah dia termasuk tife promotor, analytical, atau controller, mengidentifikasi masing- masing siswa, dan ,mengembangkan segala positif dan meminimumkan hal- hal negatif, pada siswa sesuai kondisi psikologisnya

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan aktivitas tutorial webinar pada Program Studi S1 PG-PAUD dan S1 PGSD di UPBJJ-UT Makassar. Evaluasi pelaksanaan tutorial difokuskan pada pelaksanaan aktivitas meliputi kemampuan dan keterampilan tutor dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan aktivitas tutorial, komitmen dan motivasi kerja yang mempengaruhi kinerja tutor, serta respon tutor dan mahasiwa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Pengukuran variabel dengan Skala Likert dengan menjabarkan variabel dalam bentuk deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni observasi, kuisioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan tutor dalam aspek merencanakan dan melaksanakan tutorial termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase 93,3% dan 96,7% dengan rata-rata tanggapan respon sangat baik. Penilaian motivasi kerja, komitmen, dan kinerja tutor termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase 80%, 93%, dan 87%. Terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan komitmen yang secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja tutor. Selain itu, respon tutor dan mahasiswa tergolong sangat baik

    This study described an educational character in the novel Ranah 3 Warna written by Ahmad Fuadi. The aim of this study was to determine the educational character which contained in the novel Ranah 3 Warna written by Ahmad Fuadi. This study was a descriptive qualitative research. The data source of this study was the novel Ranah 3 Warna written by Ahmad Fuadi which consisted of 51 sections with a thickness of 469 pages. Based on the research that conducted by the writer, there are 164 data in the novel that contains educational character. Educational characters which found in the novel Ranah 3 Warna written by Ahmad Fuadi are: (1) Religious, (2) honest, (3) tolerance, (4) discipline, (5) hard work, (6) creative, (7) independently, (8) democratic, (9) curiosity, (10 ) spirit of nationality, (11) love of the country, (12) cherishes the achievements, (13) friendly/communicative, (14) love peace, (15) likes to read, (16) care for the environment, (17) social care, and (18) responsibility

    The problem in this study is an increase in activity and learning outcomes mathematics courses by using the method of demonstration classes VI MIS Al-Ihsan, North Pontianak. Based on the results of preliminary observations, it is known that the activity and student learning outcomes is still very low. The cause of the methods used are still monotonous and leads to low learning outcomes of sixth grade math at a Private Elementary School Al-Ihsan, North Pontianak. The method used is descriptive, the qualitative nature and form of action research undertaken collaboratively with a teacher. The subjects in this research were 18 students of class VI Elementary School Private Al-Ihsan, North Pontianak. Data collection techniques used are direct observation. The tools used are student observation sheet. Data obtained an increase in overall activity that is 52.13% with kategoni " moderate ". Increased physical activity and baseline sikius 26.39% to 75.00% increase to the second, an increase of 48.61% with the "moderate" category. Increased mental activity and baseline 23.33% to sikius II increased to 70.00% , an increase of 46.67% with the "moderate" category. Increased activity and emotional base line sikius II 25.93% to 87.04% increase to, an increase of 49.72% with the "moderate" category. From the data obtained increased fairly good

    This study aims to explain the legal basis for bankruptcy settlement on musyarakah and murabahah financing in the Commercial Court in the decision No.01 / Pdt-Sus-PKPU / 2015 / PN Niaga Mdn, this study aims to explain whether in the decision No.01 / Pdt-Sus-PKPU / 2015 / PN Niaga Mdn is in accordance with sharia principles based on Islamic economic theory. The research method that will be used in this research is qualitative research methods that arefield research, namely detailed research on one particular subject, and one document. This research is a qualitative research obtained by compilers based on data in the field, namely in the Medan District Court, North Sumatra. The research approach used by the compiler is a normative approach, the normative approach is to approach the problem by seeing and seeing a discussion of a problem with emphasis on legal aspects Islam in this study is based on Islamic law which has been interpreted through the fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN), KHES, KHAES, andbooks Fiqh. The collection technique used by the author to collect research data is by using the interview method with Mr. Jamaluddin , SH, MH (Public Relations & Judges of the Medan District Court) and using the compiling documentation method to collect documents regarding sharia banking decision letters which were decided at the Medan District Court and other supporting documents
