Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá numerickým modelováním hydraulických ztrát v potrubí ve 2D. Ukazuje postup tvorby matematického modelu, používané matematické rovnice a numerické metody jejich řešení. V praktické části je teorie využita na tvorbu modelu potrubí a jeho hydraulických ztrát.The bachelor´s thesis deals with numerical modelling of energy losses in pipes in 2D. It shows the process of creation of mathematical model, used mathematical equations and numerical methods of their solution. The theory is applied on the creation of pipe model and their energy losses.

Ukazuje postup tvorby matematického modelu, používané matematické rovnice a numerické metody jejich řešení. V praktické části je teorie využita na tvorbu modelu potrubí a jeho hydraulických ztrát za použití různých turbulentních modelů.The bachelor´s thesis deals with numerical modelling of energy losses in pipes in 3D. Remedial and supervisory measures in tax procedure

Corrective and supervisory means in tax proceedings This diploma thesis deals with a detailed analysis of corrective and supervisory means, which are intended to defend a tax subject against the decisions of a tax administrator. The main objective of this thesis is to characterize various institutes of corrective and supervisory means and to define in what circumstances and under what conditions they can be used. In the context of the explanation, the current and previous legislation of these institutes are compared, with the intention to mention the most important changes. Another objective of this thesis is to compare our legislation with the relevant regulations in the Slovak Republic. It is my intention, during the explanation, to point out possible imperfections or, contrarily, the benefits of our current legislation. This thesis consists of an introduction, eight chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction consists primarily of the list of objectives of this thesis and its content structure. The first chapter deals with historical development of legal regulation of the procedural tax law in our country, but within the explanation, there is also a comparison of the corrective and supervisory means contained in the Tax Procedure Code with the antecedent legislation in the Act on Administration..

Prison service of the Czech Republic in the context of the President´s Amnesty

Tato práce se zabývá tématem Vězeňské služby České republiky ve spojení s amnestiemi bývalých prezidentů. Sektor Vězeňské služby je rozsáhlý, proto je práce zaměřena na vybranou věznici v Hradci Králové. Smyslem práce je otevřít otázku problematiky amnestie jako právní pravomoci, zda je tento institut užíván účelně a především správně. Samozřejmě není opomenuta související právní úprava či historie samotného pojmu amnestie. Závěrečná analýza věznice v Hradci Králové reflektuje zhodnocení dopadů amnestie na vězeňství a zároveň podstrojuje poslední části práce, ve které jsou obsažena řešení v institutu amnestie.This work is about the Prison service of Czech Republic in connection with former presidential amnesties. Sector Prison service is very extensive, that´s why the work is focused on one selected prison in Hradec Králové. The purpose of the work is to open the issue of amnesty as a legal authority to guestion whether this institute id used effectively and above all, correctly. Of course, the related legislationn or the history of the concept of amnesty is not neglected. The final analysis of the chosen prison in Hradec Králové reflects the evaluation of the impact of amnesty on prisons and at the same time guides to the last part of the work in which the solutions in the institute of amnesty are included.Fakulta ekonomicko-správníStudentka představila komisi svou bakalářskou práci na téma Vězeňská služba České republiky v kontextu amnestie prezidenta republiky. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat právní úpravu amnestie prezidenta republiky v českém právním řádu a realizaci vybraných prezidentských amnestií. V rámci prezentace studentka popsala cíl, postup a výsledky zpracované analýzy. Následně byly studentce během rozpravy položeny následující dotazy: Otázka 1. Reduction of antenatal sress through music-therapy

The goal of this paper is to find whether music therapy is one of the means to be used to increase parental readiness for childbirth. The theoretic section is discussing the psychological aspects of pregnancy. One of the chapters is briefly describing the psychological aspects of childbirth. Further on, a demarcation of music therapy and its main forms is introduced. Perception of music by mother and the unborn child is described giving an enumeration of various music activities and music therapy techniques to be performed in a group of expectant mothers and their partners. The practical section is a presentation of my research concerning impact of music therapy techniques and music activities on stress level during pregnancy. Usage of such music therapy techniques during psycho-prophylactic preparation of expectant mothers and their partners for the childbirth is discussed. The first research topic ("A") is focused on the stress, anxiety and tension levels. This is done through a series of questionnaires collected during the cycle of three sessions called "music activities with elements of music therapy" attended by pregnant women with partners. Cílem práce je nalezení odpovědi na otázku, zdaje muzikoterapie jedním z prostředků přispívajících k psychické připravenosti rodičů na porod. V teoretické části se zabývám psychologickými aspekty těhotenství a v rámci jedné kapitoly jsem stručně popsala také psychologické aspekty porodu. Dále předkládám vymezení muzikoterapie a přehled jejích hlavních forem. Popisuji také percepci hudby matkou a nenarozeným dítětem a podávám výčet některých hudebních aktivit a muzikoterapeutických technik, které lze aplikovat v práci se skupinou těhotných žen a jejich partnerů. V praktické části na základě stanoveného výzkumného cíle v rámci tri základních okruhů šetření zjišťuji, zda muzikoterapeutické techniky a hudební aktivity přispívají k odbourání stresu v těhotenství a dále se zabývám možnostmi zapojení muzikoterapeutických technik do procesu psychoprofylaktické přípravy těhotných žen a jejich partnerů na porod. V prvním okruhu šetření ("A") sleduji pomocí dotazníkového šetření hlavní trendy týkající se úrovně hladiny stresu, úzkosti a tenze v cyklu tri sezení nazvaných "hudební aktivity s prvky muzikoterapie", kterých se účastnili těhotné ženy s partnery."
