Cronotopías del mandato familiar en novelas argentinas de la postdictadura

Nuestro trabajo actual de investigación se desenvuelve en torno al problema de novelas argentinas contemporáneas que tematizan el período de la dictadura militar (1976-1983). Para trabajar metódicamente este corpus en gestación apelamos a la noción de cronotopía bajtiniana, categoría generadora de relatos que ordenan diferentes formas de la experiencia humana y regulan la aparición de sujetos y discursos identitarios. En este artículo desarrollamos una breve serie que llamamos "cronotopía del mandato familiar" y en la que los jóvenes protagonistas sufren diferentes aprendizajes y pruebas vinculadas con los acontecimientos de la dictadura que los convierten en sujetos alienados, mutilados o escindidos.Our present work focuses on the investigation of contemporary Argentinean novels that deal with the period of the military dictatorship (1976-1983). In order to work metodologically on this corpus in progress, we appeal to the notion of the so-called Bachtinian chronotopy, generating category of stories which organize different forms for the human experiences and regulate the emergency of subjects and identity speeches. In this article we develop a brief series referred as the "chronotopy of the family mandate", in which young protagonists go through various learning experiences and tests related to the happenings of a terrible time that render them into alienated and exscinded subjects

La odontología como ciencia biológica difiere del pensamiento jurídico en numerosos puntos. La biología es a menudo variante. Por lo tanto el razonamiento biológico lleva implícito una parte de reserva, de incertidumbre y de duda. Por el contrario el pensamiento jurídico tiene que responder a los textos que lo instituyen como los códigos y las leyes, que son de elaboración humana, por lo tanto discernibles y asimilables. Desde la época que el hombre realizaba investigaciones empíricas, hasta nuestros días, han concurrido ciencias y disciplinas de investigación que han generado el crecimiento de diferentes especialidades, aportando elementos que definen y caracterizan su campo de acción. La Odontología Legal, como cualquier rama de la ciencia, es un producto de la evolución del hombre. Por lo tanto varía con el tiempo, es distinta según los estados o los países. El Derecho moderno establece una colaboración entre la ciencia y la ley. En estos casos el grado de responsabilidad del odontólogo es alto, porque tiene la función de auxiliar con sus conocimientos, donde sus dichos pueden influir con fuerza sobre el fallo del magistrado. First-line treatment posterior tibial nerve stimulation in patients with interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome

Introduction The aim of this study was to determine the effects of first-line treatment posterior tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS), applied once a week for a 12 week period, as a treatment modality for patients with Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome (IC/BPS). Material and methods A total of 39 female patients with IC/BPS were enrolled in the study. Patients had one 30-minute session of PTNS per week for 12 weeks and symptoms were assessed before and after the treatment sessions by the use of a voiding diary, visual analog scale (VAS) for pain, O'LearySant interstitial cystitis symptom index (ICSI), and O'Leary-Sant interstitial cystitis problem index (ICPI). Results The mean age of the patients was 38.9 +/- 7.1 years. The improvements in voiding diary parameters after 12 weeks of PTNS treatment were statistically significant compared to baseline but the changes in nocturia, and average voiding volume were not statistically significant. Mean parametric improvements after 12 weeks of PTNS treatment compared to baseline included a daytime frequency decrease by 3.8 voids daily, urgency episodes decrease by 4.7 episodes daily, nocturia decrease by 0.3 voids and voided volume improvement by a mean of 8.4 ml. The difference for ICSI, ICPI and VAS between baseline and the 12th week of PTNS treatment scores demonstrated statistically significant improvements in pain severity, symptom and problem index. Conclusions The findings in this study demonstrated the improvements of voiding diaries, ICSI, ICPI and VAS scores in patients with IC/BPS after 12 weeks PTNS. PTNS treatment is a beneficial firs-line treatment option to IC/BPS symptom amelioration
