Modeling the recrystallization textures in particle containing al alloys after various rolling reductions
Various degrees of rolling reductions account for diverse recrystallization mechanisms and thus different microstructural and texture features. The development of deformation and recrystallization textures is discussed based on experimental data and results of finite element and crystal plasticity simulations. A recrystallization model is presented that incorporates the microstructural heterogeneities and changes in local stored energy. The experimental observations and results of crystal plasticity calculations testify that orientation selection during recrystallization is controlled by low stored energy nucleation which is incorporated in the recrystallization model. Results of texture simulations show that the evolution of {100} and {011} components is related to a particle stimulated nucleation mechanism
A lemez Ă©s a henger közötti sĂşrlĂłdási
tĂ©nyezĹ‘ kĂĽlönbözĹ‘ modellekkel vizsgálhatĂłak. Hengerelt alumĂnium mintákbĂłl határoztuk meg az
egyes pontok elmozdulását, melyekbĹ‘l az adatok feldolgozásával számĂtottuk a hengerlĂ©s közben
fellĂ©pĹ‘ sĂşrlĂłdási tĂ©nyezĹ‘t. A mĂ©rĂ©si pontok elmozdulását a kemĂ©nysĂ©gmĂ©rĂ©si nyomokrĂłl kĂ©szĂtett
hengerlĂ©s elĹ‘tti Ă©s utáni optikai mikroszkĂłpos felvĂ©telek összehasonlĂtásával vĂ©geztĂĽk. A mintákbĂłl
kinyert adatok Ă©s a vĂ©geselemes szimuláciĂł eredmĂ©nyeinek összehasonlĂtásával ellenĹ‘riztĂĽk a modellek

a hengerlés során fellépő deformáció okozta diszlokációsűrűség-változást. Mikrokeménység-méréssel
létrehozott lenyomatok elmozdulásából meghatároztuk a jellemzo irányokhoz tartozó deformációkat,
majd az ezekhez tartozĂł feszĂĽltsĂ©gek kiszámĂtásával megbecsĂĽltĂĽk az anyagban felhalmozott deformáciĂłs

A new cluster-type statistical model for the prediction of deformation textures
An attempt was done to improve the quality of deformation texture predictions by statistical models through the introduction of "clusters" of N grains thus defining a third, intermediate length scale. The interaction between each cluster and the macroscopic length scale is of the Taylor type, whereas inside each cluster a VPSC scheme is used. Predictions of cold rolling deformation textures were quantitatively compared with experimental results for a steel alloy. The results are encouraging

Ezen tanulmány három kĂĽlönbözĹ‘ mĂłdszert mutat be 1050-es alumĂniumötvözet esetĂ©ben a minta közĂ©pvonalában lĂ©vĹ‘ diszlokáciĂłk sűrűsĂ©gĂ©nek a becslĂ©sĂ©hez. JĂłl ismert az a tĂ©ny, miszerint hengerelt anyagoknál a deformáciĂł inhomogĂ©n mĂłdon alakul a keresztmetszet mentĂ©n, ami hatással van a diszlokáciĂłsűrűsĂ©g változására a deformáciĂł folyamán. Jelen munkában a diszlokáciĂłk mennyisĂ©gĂ©t kĂsĂ©rleti Ăşton számoltuk ki kemĂ©nysĂ©gmĂ©rĂ©s segĂtsĂ©gĂ©vel 46,8%-os deformáciĂłjĂş hidegen hengerelt 1050-es alumĂniumötvözetben, majd az eredmĂ©nyt kĂ©tfĂ©le numerikus mĂłdszerrel igazoltuk
Particle stimulated nucleation in severely deformed aluminum alloys
The microstructural changes were investigated in severely deformed 5182 alloy. The as-cast block was cold rolled with different reduction levels up to 98%. The deformation textures appearing after various rolling reductions account for minor qualitative changes (i.e. new texture components emerging with increasing rolling reductions) whereas significant quantitative differences were observed (i.e. changing intensity of rolling components). The presence of large non-deformable constituents affects both deformation and recrystallization textures. During rolling, large particles induce strain path changes in their vicinity, which produces microstructural heterogeneities. In recrystallization, the highly strained field around the particle induces particle stimulated nucleation (PSN). The current contribution tries to clarify the effect of different strain modes involved in severe plastic deformation on the development of recrystallization textures
Estimation of Dislocation Distribution at Mid Thickness for 1050 Al
The current study reports three different techniques to estimate the distribution of dislocation density at the mid thickness of 1050 Al alloy. It is well known that the strain distribution is inhomogeneous through the thickness of rolled materials, which affects the evolution of dislocation density during the process of deformation. In this study, the number of dislocations was calculated experimentally using indentation technique in 46.8 % cold rolled 1050 Al sheet and the result was verified by two numerical methods
