Complete feed mixtures, very often enriched by the addition of various probiotic preparations, oils, extract, essential oils, mouldings, pollards etc., that are often added as a replacement for animal meals, antibiotic preparations, coccidiostats respectively, are used for feeding of chickens. In addition to the positive effects of these supplements, the final quality of meat may be adversely affected by the accumulation of certain components. The aim of the work was to monitor the influence of adding post -extraction rapeseed meal (PRM) to a broiler feed mixture on the sensory quality of breast and thigh muscle. The experience includes two hybrid combinations of broilers, ROSS 308 and COBB 500. Samples of breast and thigh muscle of broilers fed by a feed mixture with the addition of 10% post -extraction rapeseed meal were compared, using sensory analysis, with a control sample where the broilers were fed by a standard feed mixture without the addition of PRM. It has been found that the addition of post -extraction rapeseed meal to the broilers' feed mixture had a positive effect (p < 0.05) on the sensory quality of hybrid ROSS 308, both on the breast and thigh muscle. For COBB 500 hybrid, the quality of both breath and thigh muscle has not been shown to be significantly affected. The addition of 10% PRM affected positively especially the texture properties of ROSS 308, hybrid breast muscle, whereas they were deteriorated in COBB 500. In sensory evaluation, by adding 10% of PRM to the feed mixture, thigh muscle was affected less than breath muscle. Adding 10% PRM to the feed has almost no effect on descriptors of the intensity and pleasantness of smell and the intensity and pleasantness of taste, both in the negative and positive sense, both in breath and thigh muscle. The evaluation of the overall quality of both breath and thigh muscle has turned out more positive for ROSS 308 hybrid, although only slightly. The addition of rapeseed extracted meal to feed hybrids ROSS COBB 308 and 500 had no significant effect on the sensory quality of breast and thigh muscle.O

The content of dibutylphthalate (DBP) and di- (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) in samples of packages used for packaging meat productsand the phthalate migration from packaging materials to meat products were studied. Five samples of textile packaging intended for cooked meat production were analysed as well asthe final product which was filled into packages. Subsequently an analysis was carried out (after 1, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days of storage) of the finished meat products stored over the course of their intended shelf life at ambient temperature of 4 °C. Determination of phthalates was conducted by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with UV detection at a wavelength of 224 nm on the Zorbax Eclipse C8 column. The content of phthalates in the final product was below the limit of quantification. According to the Regulation of the Commission (EU) No. 10/2011, the specific migration limit of products intended for food contact is 1.5 mg.kg-1of food simulant for DEHP and 0.3 mg.kg-1 for DBP. After filling and the first day of storage of the meat product, four package samples release the said phthalates to an extent that it exceeded the limits of the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011. Already after the seventh day of storage, all samples (with the exception of sample 2 for DBP) exceeded SMLs. Monitoring of each phthalate migration in individual samples during storage (for 28 days) produced a rising tendency.  In sample 1, DBP increased from 0.40 to 3.37 mg.kg-1, while DEHP from 0.58 to 14.66 mg.kg-1. In sample 2, DBP increased from ≤0.2 mg.kg-1 to 4.34 mg.kg-1, whileDEHP from 1.46 to 28.20 mg.kg-1. In sample 3, DBP increased from ≤0.2 mg.kg-1 to  8.27 mg.kg-1, while DEHP from 1.67 to 14.84 mg.kg-1. In sample 4, DBP increased from 0.27 to 6.12 mg.kg-1, while DEHP from 2.37 to 13.22 mg.kg-1. In sample 5, DBP increased from 0.32 to 11.11 mg.kg-1, while DEHP from 1.91 to 15.42 mg.kg-1

Application of Bernoulli Process-based Charts to Electronic Assembly

The application of protective gel, which is a subprocess of the electronic assembly of the exhaust gas recirculation sensor, is a highly capable process with the fraction of nonconforming units as low as 200 ppm. Every unit is inspected immediately after gel application. The conventional Shewhart chart is of no use here, and the approach based on the Bernoulli process is therefore considered. The number of conforming items in a row until the occurrence of first or the r-th nonconforming is determined and CCC-r, CCC-r EWMA, and CCC CUSUM charts are applied. The aim of the control is to detect the process deterioration, and so the one-sided charts are used. So that the charts based on the geometric or negative binomial distribution can be compared, their performance is assessed through the average number of inspected units until a signal (ANOS). Our study confirmed that CCC-r EWMA and CCC CUSUM are able to detect the process shift more quickly than the CCC-r chart. Of the two charts, the first is easier to construct

Práce obsahuje část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část stručně připomíná biografii této osobnosti, podává přehled o hlavních etapách její tvorby a následně se blíže zabývá sandovskými vesnickými romány. This thesis is concerned with an important persone of the first half of the 19th century, French writer George Sand. The main purpose of the thesis is to reveal whether the writer is one of the key authors of French romanticism in Czech schools and whether the Czech schoolchild has an opportunity to acquaint themselves with her rural novels. The thesis contains a theoretical and a practical part. The practical part briefly mentions her biography, gives an overview of the main periods of her work and is subsequently closely concerned with George Sand's rural novels. Since Sand creates an image of an ideal human being in her rural novels, in our analysis of these novels we focused on the characteristics of the main characters and on the realistic and idealistic elements present in the novels. In the end of the theoretical part we dealt with Sand's influence on Czech writers of the 19th century, especially on Božena Němcová and Karolína Světlá. The practical part is based on a research, which was conducted in selected Czech schools (in Pilsen area and Prague). The aim of this research was, as has been mentioned before, to chart the standing of George Sand in the curriculum of world literature. We found out that Sand no longer ranks among the canonical authors, to whom is the teaching of world...Katedra francouzského jazyka a literaturyFaculty of EducationPedagogická fakult

Výsledky práce poslouží ke zlepšení predikce rizik plynoucích z...Gestational diabetes (GDM) is a disorder of glucose metabolism arising for the first time in pregnancy and spontaneously receding after birth. The issue of GDM is very topical since, according to the latest update of diagnostic criteria, up to 17% of pregnant women is threatened by this disorder. The incidence of GDM correlates with the increasing prevalence of overweight/obesity and metabolic syndrome. It is proved that women who have had gestational diabetes have an enormously increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2T). The risk accosiated with a gestational diabetes pregnancy stretches beyond the host, and can affect the fetus both directly (e. g. macrosomia development), and epigenetically (increases susceptibility to obesity, DM2T development or cardiovascular disease). Significant influence on the development of GDM (or DM2T) is a body composition that is directly related to lifestyle (nutritional intake and physical activity) and genetic role i salso involved. Early intervention may help delay the risk of developing DM2T and other metabolic complications. In this diploma thesis we monitored metabolic profiles of glucose and lipids and body composition based on anthropometric examination and questionnaires of nutritional income and physical activity.
