Valuation of a Company in the Automotive Industry

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení hodnoty podniku působícím na automobilové průmyslu v ČR. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí – teoretická a praktická. Dále je práce členěna do 6 hlavních kapitol, rozvíjených v chronologicky uspořádaných podkapitolách. Teoretická část slouží jako podklad pro aplikaci praktické části. Praktická část je finanční analýzou rozmezí let 2017/2018 – 2021/2022 a oceněním podniku k 31. 3. 2022. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení, následné doporučení a návrhy pro podnik.The thesis is focused on valuation of a company in the automotive industry in Czechia. The thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical. It is further subdivided into six main chapters and further developed in sub-chapters arranged chronologically. The theoretical part serves as a basis for applications of the practical part. The practical part is the financial analysis in 2017/2018 -2021/2022 and the valuation of the company as of 31. 3. 2022. Financial Analysis of Selected Companies from the Wine Industry

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení finanční situace ve dvou podnicích z vinařského průmyslu na jižní Moravě. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí – teoretická a praktická. Dále je členěna na 5 hlavních kapitol, a dále jsou rozvíjeny v podkapitolách, které jsou chronologicky uspořádány. Teoretická část slouží jako podklad pro aplikace praktické části. Praktická část je analýzou dvou podniků v letech 2015-2018. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení a následné doporučení a návrhy pro zlepšení situace v podnicích.The bachelor's thesis is aimed at assessing the financial situation in two companies from the wine industry in South Moravia. Socratic dialogue and guided discovery in cognitive behavioral supervision

Abstract Supervision comprises systematic cooperation between the supervisor and supervisee in the form of a dialogue held in a secure, open and innovative manner. Cognitive behavioural therapy supervision is based on the same principles as therapy. To find associations, the supervisor uses guided discovery in which the supervisee may realize what he or she has not thought of and his or her understanding of the patient becomes deeper or may even change substantially. During the conversation, the supervisor uses questions to help the supervisee understand a wider context of case conceptualization, clarify adequate processes in treatment and realize transference and countertransference phenomena. ABSTRACT The first part of the study deals with theoretical issues of supervision, especially supervision in cognitive behavioral therapy. The practical part is focused to mapping the expectations of supervision of trainees of CBT training in various phases of their training (after 1 year of training and after the fourth year of training, prior to training) and expectations of supervision of trainees training in CBT supervision. ABSS (Attitudes and Beliefs about Supervision Scale) was used as an evaluation instrument to assessed the expectations and beliefs of supervision. The expectations of probands with different experience in supervision were compared to find out where are consensual and where differ. The results show that trainees in supervision (Supervisors) emphasize particularly the importance of self-reflection and structures, Intermediate and advanced training students differ in their attitudes and expectations of supervision minimally (increased emphasis on counter-transference in intermediate students). Probands who are just going into training and have no previous experiences with supervision generally have higher expectations of supervision than trainees, who are already undergoing training. Illustrations are made with using the digital painting technique. The final output is in the form of a hardcover book with 54 pages
