Nitrogenous substances in potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) tubers produced under organic and conventional crop management

The contribution presents data on crude protein and protein, free amino acid and nitrate contents in potato tubers produced under different crop management – conventional and organic. Field trials were carried out with five potato cultivars on two sites of different altitude in 2005. Mean content of crude protein was significantly higher in tubers from organic crop management than in tubers from conventional system (10.92 and 9.76 % in dry matter, respectively). Similar result was observed in protein content (5.44 and 5.09 % in dry matter, respectively). Cultivar was the factor having the highest direct effect on crude protein as well as protein contents. Calculation of synchronized induction machine

Základní myšlenka této práce spočívá v prozkoumání možností zvyšování účinnosti asynchronních motorů prostřednictvím reluktančního rotoru. V první části práce je krátce pojednáno o simulačním software elektromagnetických polí Ansoft Maxwell. Dále o principech činnosti motorů s reluktančními rotory a možnostech jejích konstrukce. Další část práce je věnována tvorbě a vyhodnocení modelu výchozího asynchronního motoru, na kterém je v poslední části práce posouzen vliv reluktančního rotoru na výsledné parametry stroje.The basic idea of this thesis is to explore the possibility of the increasing the efficiency of induction motors via reluctance rotor. The first part briefly describes the electromagnetic fields simulation software Ansoft Maxwell. The thesis is further dealing with the principles of reluctance motors with rotors and their structures. Another chapter desribes the creation and evaluation of the initial model of the induction motor. The last part of the thesis assess the influence on the resulting reluctance rotor machine parameters.

Software piracy

Počítačové programy se v současné době staly zcela běžnou součástí života moderní společnosti a život a práci si bez nich často dovedeme jenom těžko představit. Porušování práv k nim, softwarové pirátství, je zcela zvláštním fenoménem, který si dle mého názoru zaslouží důkladnější zpracování. Svojí prací se tak pokouším doplnit odbornou literaturu o poznatky především z oblasti fungování warez scény a jejího propojení s koncovými uživateli pirátských programů s důraz na jednotlivé metody pirátství, strukturu a také právní analýzu některých důležitých aspektů tohoto fenoménu. Práce se sestává celkem z osmi kapitol, které se poté dále dělí s ohledem na problematiku. Kapitola první je tvořena úvodem do tématu a nastiňuje základní problémy softwarového pirátství. Kapitola druhá se věnuje počítačovému programu a software. Část první odlišuje pojmy software a počítačový program, část druhá podává základní výčet pramenů úpravy počítačových programů, část třetí charakterizuje počítačový program jakožto zvláštním typ autorského díla, část čtvrtá vymezuje problematiku smluvního a mimosmluvního užití počítačových programů, část pátá podává výklad o problematice technických prostředků ochran a poslední, část šestá, představuje pojednání a systematice právní ochrany počítačového programu. Kapitola třetí se...The computer program has recently become a common part of everyday life of the modern society whereas the life and work are very hard to imagine without them. Computer program's right infringement, software piracy, is a very specific phenomenon, which, according to my opinion, deserves thorough processing. This thesis is trying to support specialized publications with facts especially from the area of functional aspects of warez scene and its connection with common users of pirate programs, emphasizing single pirate methods, the structure and legal analysis of important aspects of this phenomenon. This thesis consists of nine chapters, which are further divided with respect to the single topics. Chapter One is an introduction into the topic and adumbrates basic problems of software piracy. Late stalinism and the attempt at a social reform against the backdrop of life and work of Jan Prochazka

The aim of the presented doctoral thesis is to characterise the time period of Czechoslovak history between the late stalinism of the fifties and the attempt at reform of socialism in 1968 through the life and work of Jan Procházka. Procházka as a writer, screenwriter, office bearer and a political activist markedly influenced the political and cultural events of his time. The subject matter of this thesis is to map his activities and strategies with which he entered the discussions about the socialism reform in the sixties, when he fully established himself in the art milieu. The work is based on two approaches, the first being the theory of social capital by the french sociologist Pierre Bourdieu and second the cultural-historical approach. The main source is Prochazka's opus (all his written works) and other texts closely related to his persona (opinions of art critics, reactions of party directorate, daily press). This biography doesn't follow a typical scheme such as birth, life, work, death, but in accordance with the chosen theory the main character is inserted into the respective social fields. His functioning within these social spaces makes the content of the individual chapters, ranged chronologically. Moreover, the thesis deals with Prochazka's functioning in the Czechoslovak Youth...Cílem předložené disertační práce je charakterizovat prostřednictvím života a uměleckého díla Jana Procházky etapu československých dějin mezi pozdním stalinismem druhé poloviny 50. let a pokusem o reformu socialismu v roce 1968. Procházka coby spisovatel, filmový tvůrce, funkcionář a politický aktivista výrazně ovlivňoval někdejší kulturní i politické dění a předmětem zájmu je mapovat tyto jeho aktivity, vysledovat aktérem volené strategie a nastolovaná témata, kterými zasahoval do diskusí o reformě socialismu především v 60. letech, kdy se plně etabloval v uměleckém prostředí. Práce se opírá o dvojici stěžejních přístupů, jednak teorii sociálních polí konceptualizovanou francouzským sociologem Pierrem Bourdieuem, a dále o přístupy kulturně-historické. Hlavním pramenem je Procházkovo dílo (resp. šířeji pojaté texty, scénáře, beletrie, publicistika) a další texty, jež se k Procházkovi vztahují (recepce ze strany umělecké kritiky, reakce stranického vedení, zápisy vyjadřující vyjednávání konkrétních děl v prostředí stranického aparátu, denní tisk). Financing Project from Sources European Union

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je „Návrh projektu financovaného ze strukturálních zdrojů EU“. Samotným projektem je výstavba sportovního hřiště, který by sloužil týmu VSK VUT Brno Alligators a dále samozřejmě ostatním sportovcům. Teoretická část se zaobírá poznatky v oboru projektového managementu a strukturálních fondů EU. Praktická část pak samotným praktickým řešením projektu. Cílem mé práce je vytvořit návrh financování stadionu, který by byl určen pro účely týmu VSK VUT Brno Alligators.Subject matter of my bachelor´s work is ,, Proposal of Project financed from EU structural funds.“ The main project is building of sport stadium for VSK VUT Brno Alligators players and other athletes purposes. Theoretical part unreveal knowledge about project management and EU structural funds. The practical part then main solution of project. The objektive of my work is creating of financing building stadium proposal, which is determined mainly for VSK VUT Brno Alligators team purposes.

Software piracy

This thesis brings attention to one of the most controversial and discussed part of the legal branch of intellectual property rights. Software piracy, which could be generally defined as infringement of rights to the computer programme, is a remarkable phenomenon which includes various different aspects and it could be judged from very different legal views. This thesis focuses on the computer programme as a special type of copyrighted work and its position within the system of Czech copyright. A great attention is put on provision concerning protection of this intangible asset. As software piracy is inseparably connected with a specific subculture called warez scene, the thesis focuses on this subculture and it is trying to reflect the activities of the scene in the view of the Czech law. Attention is also paid to the liability of internet services providers, who allow the distribution of the pirate software as well as to liability of common users who use the software not only for their personal usage but also for fulfilment of their work obligations.Tato práce se věnuje jedné z nejkontroverznějších a diskutovaných problematik v rámci práv duševního vlastnictví. Softwarové pirátství, které by mohlo být obecně definováno jako porušování práv k počítačovému programu, je pozoruhodný jev, který zahrnuje různé aspekty a lze na něj nahlížet z mnoha právních pohledů. Tato práce přináší pozornost k počítačovému programu jako zvláštnímu druhu autorského díla a k jeho postavení v rámci systému autorského práva v České republice. Velká pozornost je přitom kladena na otázky ochrany tohoto nehmotného statku. Vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že softwarové pirátství je nerozlučně spjato s konkrétní subkulturou zvanou warez scéna, práce se zaměřuje i ni a snaží se reflektovat činnost této scény z pohledu českého práva. Oral history and unofficial music scene – Punk and the New Wave – in the Czechoslovakian eighties

Paper presents the use of oral history methods to explore the unofficial music scene. The report present memories, confessions and social values of the young participants of punk and the new wave subculture in the Eighties in Czechoslovakia. Relates specifically to their unconventional aesthetic and musical expression. Emphasizes that this was a means self-development especially the young generation in the first half of the 80s years. It further describes elemental principles and basis of repressive measures applied by the state power against the unofficial music scene bands, evaluate the both movements in principal as apolitical and also prove the influence of the unofficial music scene on forming an opposition.Paper presents the use of oral history methods to explore the unofficial music scene. Vliv skladby kompozitu a přítomnosti vad na pevnost fixace upínacího prvku

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vlivu skladby kompozitu a přítomnosti vad na pevnost fixace upínacího prvku. Analyzovaný kompozit byl na bázi polyuretanové matrice vyztužené skelnými a alternativně uhlíkovými vlákny a testované díly byly vyrobeny technologií high-pressure resin transfer molding (HP-RTM). Jako upínací prvky byly použity nýtovací matice s označením Plusnut o velikosti M8. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické části, praktické části a závěru. Teoretická část se věnuje představení kompozitů. Její součástí jsou kapitoly zabývající se matricí, vlákennou výztuží a technologií výroby kompozitů. Experimentální část popisuje výrobu kompozitních vzorků, které se liší skladbou výztuže, tvarem profilu a záměrně sníženou kvalitou. Mechanické vlastnosti byly hodnoceny na základě tahové zkoušky. Získané hodnoty a poznatky jsou shrnuty v závěrečnému zhodnocení výsledků.The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the influence of composition and defects of composite material on insert fixation strength. The analysed composite was based on polyurethane matrix reinforced with glass continuous fibres or alternatively carbon fibres. Test samples were made using high-pressure resin transfer molding (HP-RTM) technology. The rivet nuts M8 Plusnut were used as inserts. The diploma thesis is compiled from theoretical part, experiment and conclusion. The theory deals with the introduction of composite materials including chapters focused on matrix system, fibre reinforcement and composite manufacturing technology. Experiment describes composite samples production, preparation and analysing their mechanical properties. The sample sets differ in reinforcement composition, shape of the profile and intentionally reduced quality. Mechanical properties were evaluated with tensile test. Acquired values and findings are summed up and evaluated in the conclusion
