Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem stacionárních zařízení pro mazání hlavy kolejnice v oblasti drážní dopravy. Obsahem práce je také pohovoření o kontaktu kola a kolejnice, popis principu funkce těchto zařízení a rozbor několika zařízení této kategorie. V úvodu práce jsou vysvětleny některé pojmy z oblasti kontaktu kola a kolejnice jako typy a části kolejnic, adheze, skluz, trakční křivka. Práce se pak zabývá popisem systémů pro mazání temene hlavy kolejnice i systémy mazání pojížděné hrany hlavy kolejnice. V práci lze nalézt zařízení od nejvýznamnějších výrobců v tomto segmentu jako SKF-Lincoln, Whitmore, Loram a dalších. V práci je také zmíněn aktuální stav používání těchto zařízení v České republice. Závěr práce je pak věnován zhodnocení výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých popisovaných zařízení.This bachelor’s thesis is focused on rail off-board lubrication system. The main part of this thesis is explaining of function and design few certain lubrication systems. In this thesis are explained aspects of wheel-rail contact, such as types and parts of rail, adhesion, slip, creep–traction diagram. Another part of this thesis is description of few certain lubrication system for top of rail and gauge face application. In this thesis are explained product of major companies of friction management industries such as SKF-Lincoln, Whitmore, Loram. Additional part of this thesis speaks about usage and development of this devices in Czech Republic. Output of this thesis is conclusion about advantages and disadvantages these certain devices.

Judicial review of expropriation decisions

Soudní přezkum rozhodnutí o vyvlastnění Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou soudního přezkumu jednoho z rozhodnutí správních orgánů, a sice rozhodnutí o vyvlastnění. Nastavení soudního přezkumu tohoto rozhodnutí je značně nezvyklé, neboť k němu dochází jak v jurisdikci správních soudů, tak v jurisdikci civilních soudů. Smyslem práce je upozornit jak na nedostatky tohoto pojetí soudního přezkumu, tak na jednotlivé dílčí otázky s ním spojené. Práce si rovněž klade za cíl navrhnout takové nastavení soudního přezkumu rozhodnutí o vyvlastnění, které tyto nedostatky co nejvíce eliminuje a které bude zároveň koherentní se současným pojetím přezkumu rozhodnutí správních orgánů jako takovým. Diplomová práce se kromě úvodu a závěru skládá ze čtyř částí. První kapitola pojednává o samotném rozhodnutí o vyvlastnění jako o jednom z rozhodnutí, které je vydáváno v rámci vyvlastňovacího řízení. Pozornost je věnována především podobě výrokové části tohoto rozhodnutí. Rozhodnutí obsahuje dvě skupiny výroků, výroky o vyvlastnění a výroky o náhradě za vyvlastnění. Proti první skupině se lze bránit žalobou proti rozhodnutí správního orgánu dle § 65 a násl. s. ř. s., zatímco proti druhé skupině výroků se lze bránit žalobou podle části páté o. s. ř. The judicial review process for these decisions shows a highly unusual set-up as it falls under the jurisdiction of both administrative and civil courts. The purpose of the thesis is to highlight both the shortcomings of this concept of judicial review and the specific issues related to it. The thesis also aims to propose such a set-up of the judicial review process for expropriation decisions that eliminates these shortcomings as much as possible and which will be coherent with the current concept of review of decisions of administrative authorities as such. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the thesis consists of four parts. The first chapter deals with the very institute of expropriation decision as one of the decisions issued under expropriation proceedings. Attention is paid in particular to the form of the operative part of the decision. The decision contains two groups of operative parts, namely on expropriation and on compensation for expropriation. Bakalářská práce se zabývá nalezištěm v Mikulovicích nedaleko Pardubic. Bude hodnotit a datovat nálezy únětické kultury z parcely p. Bálka V Loučkách. První část složená z teoretického textu o únětické kultuře představuje její obecné shrnutí od keramiky až po pohřby. Dále přibližuje únětickou kulturu z východních Čech, historii bádání na nalezišti v Mikulovicích a jeho přírodní podmínky. Druhá praktická část zpracovává materiál z archeologického výzkumu na parcele p. Bálka. V závěru práce jsou nálezy datovány a zaráženy do příslušného období.The bachelor thesis deals with the site in Mikulovice near Pardubice. It will evaluate and date findings of the Únětice culture from the parcel of Mr. Balek in Loučky. The first part is consisting of a theoretical text about the Únětice culture, which presents a general summary from ceramics to funerals. Further it concentrates on the Únětice culture in eastern Bohemia, history, research at the site in Mikulovice and its natural conditions. The second practical part presents material of archaeological research on the parcel Mr. Balk. Experimental research of fluids against icing of overhead wires

V rámci této práce byly testovány komerčně dostupné směsi proti námraze. K tomu byla navržena metodika hodnocení vlivu testovaných směsí na rychlost růstu námrazy a její vývoj v čase. Tyto testy pak probíhali na testovacím zařízení zkonstruovaném v rámci této práce. U hodnocených směsí byl měřen vliv na adhezi ledu k trolejovému drátu. Byl také popsán vliv těchto směsí na tribologické chování kontaktu sběrače a troleje. Experimenty byly doplněny o měření velikosti kontaktního úhlu směsí na povrchu trolejového drátu. Výsledky ukazují, že testované směsi mohou snížit množství vzniklé námrazy na povrchu troleje. Tento efekt je však poměrně krátkodobý. Naopak se ukázalo, že i velmi malé množství směsi na povrchu trolejového drátu může vést k výraznému poklesu adheze námrazy.In this thesis, commercially available anti-icing fluids were tested. A methodology of assessment was designed for the effect of anti-icing fluids on the rapidity of ice growth and its development over time. These tests were conducted on a device constructed for the purpose of the thesis. The solutions were tested for their effect on the ice adhesion to a contact wire. The effect of the solutions on the tribological behaviour of the collector strip and contact wire was described. The experiments were supplemented by mensuration of the size of the contact angle of the solutions on the copper surface. However, these fluids anti-icing effect is relatively short-term. On the contrary, the thesis shows that even a small amount of anti-icing solution on the surface of the contact wire can help to significantly lower the ice adhesion.

Legal regulation of insurance intermediaries activities

V této diplomové práci se zabývám komplexním pohledem na právní úpravu činnosti pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů, včetně pohledu do historie, analýzy současné národní i evropské úpravy a předpokládaného vývoje národní úpravy. Práci jsem rozdělil do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je věnována pojišťovnictví jako specifickému ekonomickému odvětví. Vymezuji zde pojem pojišťovnictví, zabývám se historií tohoto odvětví a v krátkosti zmiňuji současnou platnou právní úpravu pojišťovnictví v ČR. Na závěr první kapitoly analyzuji jednotlivé distribuční sítě v pojišťovnictví s poukazem na zařazení pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů jako nejvýznamnějšího distribučního kanálu. Ve druhé kapitole se podrobně věnuji významu pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů a charakteru jejich činnosti. Stejně jako u první kapitoly, i zde se v krátkosti zabývám historickým exkurzem na činnost pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů. Podstatná část této kapitoly je věnována platné právní úpravě, z níž nejdůležitější instituty jsou analyzovány v samostatných podkapitolách. Postupně se zabývám zákonem o pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelích jako celkem, jednotlivými kategoriemi pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů, podmínkami výkonu jejich činnosti a rovněž výkonem dohledu ze strany České národní banky. Work has been divided into four chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the insurance industry as a specific economic sector. Here I define the concept of insurance, dealing with the history of the industry and briefly mention the existing legal regulations of insurance in the Czech Republic. At the end of the first chapter I analyze the various distribution networks in the insurance industry with reference to the inclusion of insurance intermediaries as the most important distribution channel. The second chapter is devoted to detailing the significance of insurance intermediaries and the nature of their activities. Similar to the first chapter, here is also a part briefly focused on a historical development of insurance intermediaries activities. A substantial part of this chapter is devoted to current legislation, of which the most important institutions are analyzed in separate sections.
