    The Effect of Disrupting Changes on Senior Lecturers Performance

    Rapid external changes without being followed by internal changes will have a negative impact on tertiary institutions. Internal change begins with the ability of senior lecturers because they are at the forefront in following changes. Organizational commitment is evidenced by the high quality of the lecturers’ work ability. This study utilized combined research methods or exploratory mix methods with data taken from forlap dikti and Sinta, and quantitative and qualitative analysis using WAI (Work Ability Index). Results of the study showed that the work ability of senior lecturers is lacking (0.1-1), while organizational commitment is still low as evidenced by the results of scientific journals during the past three years. The innovation of this study is the Emotional Work Community (EWC) as a concept model to improve lecturers' performance abilities that are lacking

    The objectives of this research are for knowing the effect of transformational leadership style, remuneration, and work discipline on the performance of members of the Tegal Navy Base. As wel as for knowing the effect of transformational leadership style, remuneration and work discipline together on the performance of members of the Tegal Navy Base. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire method. While the data analysis technique used is the successive interval test method, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and the coefficient of determination. The conclusions of this study are 1) partial testing of transformational leadership on the performance of members by using the t test obtained a value of sig = 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of transformational leadership style on the performance of members of the Tegal Navy Base. 2) partial testing remuneration on the performance of members by using the t test obtained a value of sig = 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of remuneration on the performance of members of the Tega Navy Base. 3) partial testing of work discipline on employee performance by using the t-test obtained a value of sig = 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of work discipline on the performance of members of the Tegal Navy Base. 4). From the simultaneous test using SPSS, the value of sig = 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the model in this study is fit, or there is a significant effect of transformational leadership style, remuneration and work discipline together on the performance of members of the Indonesian Navy Base.     ujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Perum Pegadaian di Kabupaten Tegal dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang memberikan pengaruh lebih besar diantara pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Perum Pegadaian di Kabupaten Tegal. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan Chi square (ĂŻÂŁ2), diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signfikan antara pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen, atau semakin baik pelayanan yang diberikan, semakin baik pula kepuasan konsumennya. Untuk analisis hubungan antara Fasilitas dan kepuasan konsumen,diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signfiikan antara fasilitas dan kepuasan konsumen, atau semakin baik fasilitas yang diberikan, semakin baik pula kepuasan konsumennya. Dari hasil perhitungan diketahui pula bahwa pelayanan memberikan pengaruh lebih besar terhadap kepuasan konsumen dibandingkan dengan fasilitas, sehingga hipotesis kedua dapat diterima

    In an era marked by increasing geopolitical tensions and consumer activism, the boycott of products associated with certain political stances, such as those supporting Israel, has created unique market voids and opportunities. This paper explores strategic avenues for Muslim entrepreneurs to capitalize on these emerging market gaps. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative insights from expert interviews and quantitative market analysis, this study identifies key areas where Muslim entrepreneurs can effectively intervene and thrive. The findings reveal that the boycott movement has led to a demand shift in various sectors, including food, technology, and apparel, presenting ripe opportunities for alternative products and services. This paper proposes a framework for Muslim entrepreneurs to identify these opportunities, develop culturally and ethically aligned products, and employ targeted marketing strategies to capture and expand their market presence. The study not only contributes to the existing literature on market strategies in politically charged environments but also provides practical guidelines for entrepreneurs seeking to navigate and leverage these complex market dynamics.     Human resources (HR) has a very important role and function in developing a company. Employees will provide their best performance if the company provides a good quality of work life. Nevertheless, there are some employees who are willing to do work that is not their job. This employee behavior can be termed as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Employees who have a high level of OCB will be an important asset for an organization. They will obey orders from the leader. This research is conducted with the aim to know the impact of quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees’ performance in Primebiz Hotel Tegal, partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey method. While the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that there is a significant effect of quality of work life (QWL) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees’ performance at the significance level (=5%). 3).     Factors Influencing Farmer Behavior Towards Training with Special Topics of Agribusiness in East Java, Indonesia

    The training was implemented to equip farmers with knowledge and innovation targeted to chili and vegetable farming. Using survey data from East Java Province, this paper evaluates the impact of training implementation on the production of chili and tomato, knowledge of integrated crop management (ICM), and practices related to chili and tomato cultivations. This study utilizes a regression analysis to track the main factors affecting the impacts on the behavior and production, and average paired comparison of net income before and after FFS implementation. Results show robust indications across the two approaches. After participating in the program, this study finds that farmers have significantly more knowledge about ICM practices than before. This paper also finds suggestive evidence that improved knowledge about ICM practices can significantly improve tomato and chili productions. Eventually, this paper concludes that FFS can improve farming performance, and thus it is recommended that the approach can be applied to other crops across regions of Indonesia.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui strategi yang tepat bagi Industri Konveksi Busana Muslim menurut Matriks Internal dan Eksternal. Memilih Industri Konveksi Busana Muslim sebagai obyek penelitian karena di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat Perusahaan ini dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya. Perkembangan yang dia alami Industri Konveksi Busana Muslim diikuti munculnya pesaing yang memiliki kesamaan dalam hal penawaran berupa bahan kain jadi. Dalam menghadapi persaingan itu Industri Konveksi Busana Muslim tentunya membutuhkan analisis perencanaan strategis yang dapat digunakan pada masa mendatang. Tujuanya adalah untuk memantapkan posisis Industri Konveksi Busana Muslim di pasar konveksi di Industri Kabupaten Tegal- Jawa Tengah. Metide pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui metode wawancara dan pertanyaan yang diisi oleh manajer Perusahaan sebagai responden. Data variabel faktor internal dan variabel faktor eksternal yang sudah dianalisis menghasilkan skor akhir dan kemudian dipetakan pada matriks internal dan eksternal. Skor akhir pada faktor internal dan eksternal pada matriks internal dan eksternal akan menunjukan strategi yang dapat dilakukan Industri Konveksi Busana Muslim. Berdasarkan analisis data total skor faktor internal 3,68 dan skor faktor eksternal 3,77 yang dipetakan pada Matriks Internal dan Ekternal menunjukan bahwa posisi strategis Industri Konveksi Busana Muslim berada pada sel I. Jadi kesimpulan utama yang dapat diambil, strategi yang tepat bagi Industri Konveksi Busana Muslim berdasarkan posisi strategis Perusahaan pada matrikss internal dan eksternal adalah strategi pertumbuhan konsentrasi melalui integrasi vertikal. Melalui strategi ini Perusahaan dapat melakukan perluasan bidang USAha dengan cara menjalin kerjasama dengan supplier (backward integration) bahan baku yang lebih berkualitas untuk memenuhi ketersediaan bahan baku atau dengan cara menambah jaringan distribusi (forward integration) dengan tujuan memantapkan ciri khas produk Industri Konveksi Busana Muslim kepada konsumen

    Perubahan paradigma bisnis adalah suatu respon dari Perubahan global. Perubahan dalam berbagai aspek lingkungan bisnis, seperti Perubahan sosial, Perubahan politik, Perubahan tata ekonomi duania (misalnya kesepakatan tentang GATT, AFTA, NAFTA, dan WTO), Perubahan dan kemajuan teknologi ini mempengaruhi pergeseran paradigma bisnis. Perubahan paradigma bisnis menuntut adanya Perubahan di dalampengelolaan kegiatan Perusahaan. Salah satu dimensi kegiatan Perusahaan yang memerlukan pendekatan baru dalam pengelolaannya adalah pendayagunaan sumber daya manusia. Pandangan lama tentang sumber daya manusia haruss ditinggalkaan dan diganti dengan pandangan baru. Pandangan lama melihat sumber daya manusia bukan dalam kedudukan yang vital, sedangkan pandangan baru melihat sumber daya manusia sebagai sesuatu aspek vital dalam Perusahaan. Pandangan baru ini menuntut adanya penyesuaian di dalam pola kerja Perusahaan. Di dalam kaitannya dengan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia cara-cara lama yang meletakkan peranan divisi personalia di suatu Perusahaan hanya sebagai unit yang bersifat administratine kini berubah total fungsinya. Kalau dahulu divisi personalia hanya merekam riwayat hidup karyawan, kapan mulai bekerja, latar belakang pendidikan, besar gaji yang harus dibayar, jumlah absen, dan tindakan indisipliner, kini fungsi tersebut telah berubah drastis. Pada akebanyakan oerusahaan nama divisipun berubah dari personalia menjadi divisi pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Untuk merealisasi sumber daya manusia peranan visi Perubahan sangat besar. Sebab vissi adalah suatu statement yang berisikan arahan yang jelas tentang apa yang akan diperbuat oleh Perusahaan dimana yang akan datang. Secara sederhana Burt Nanus (1992) mengatakan “a vision is a realistic, credible, attractive future for your organisation”. Visi adalah suatu impian masa depan yang realistik dan dapat dicapai
