    Karya ini berjudul Rest in Peace Brother.Fokus karya ini membahas tentang psikologi yang di alami komposer merasa sangat kehilangan dan membuat karya musik untuk menuangkan segenap rasa kehilangan yang amat mendalam. Pesan psikologi yang ada dalam karya Rest In Peace Brother akan membawa penonton kepada suasana berduka yang di inginkan komposer. Tijauan psikologi diambil karena isi dalam karya mewakili psikologi komposer.Karya musik Rest in Peace Brother Merupakan komposisi yang memiliki format chamber orchestra dalam penyusunannya. Karya ini memiliki bentuk musik 3 bagian yaitu bagian A,B dan C. Bagian A memiliki kalimat bagian B memiliki kalimat. Bagian C memiliki kalimat awal mula tempo yang dimainkan yaitu tempo andantte yang dimana tempo ini sangat pelan, kemudian berpindah ke tempo cepat yaitu larlegretto con espresifo kemudian Jika ditinjau dari segi fokus masalah penulisan, karya iniberfokus pada Psikologi.Rest In Peace Brother di ambil dari bahasa Inggris yang artinya beristirahat dalam damai sodaraku. Lagu ini adalah termasuk dalam jenis programma yang terdiri dari 4 bagian kompleks yang menceritakan tentang kepergian seorang sahabat yang di cintai untuk selama-lamanya, kepergian itu membuat komposer merasa sangat kehilangan dan menulis sebuah lagu untuk mengenang persahabatan yang terjalin sangat erat. Pada lagu Rest In Peace Brother bagian pertama menceritakan tentang awal mula pesahabatan itu di mulai, persahabatan itu hadir begitu saja dan terjalin seiring berjalannya waktu, bagian ke dua gambaran tentang keadaan komposer yang mengetahui sahabatnya mengalami musibah kecelakaan, kaget, cemas, kacau dengan keadaan sahabatnya dan berharap dapat lekas sembuh seperti semulabagian ketiga adalah bagian di mana klimaks karena komposer mengetahui bila sahabatnya telah meninggal untuk selama-lamanya bagian terakhir yaitu mengikhlaskan kepergian sahabatnya dan mengulang kembali masa-masa yang pernah di lalui bersama-sama.Kata Kunci:Kata Kunci: Tinjauan Psikolog

    Online Gaming and Teamwork

    This thesis aims to find out the relationship, if any, between playing multi-player online games and developing teamwork qualities. Online multi-player games involve thousands of players who play in teams (or solo, as the preference may be) in sophisticated gaming environments. As gamers team together to complete missions within the game, teamwork concepts such as communication skills, leadership, coordination, negotiation and other similar qualities come to the fore. The research component of this thesis consists of a survey where respondents answered questions about their online gaming behavior. They also answered questions about their experience working in teams in the offline environment. A total of 202 responses were collected and analyzed. There was a significant negative association found between autocratic leadership ability and hours spent per week playing online games in teams/groups. Team communication skills and leadership communication skills were significantly related to the degree of involvement in the gaming community, but only for individuals with low leadership-work experience. A significant relationship was also seen between democratic leadership skills and the degree of involvement in the gaming community. In addition, a significant negative relationship was found between autocratic leadership ability and degree of involvement in the gaming community

    Abstrak Stock split merupakan salah satu bentuk corporate action yang biasa dilakukan perusahaan untuk menurunkan harga sahamnya, dimana perusahaan memecah lembar sahamnya menjadi lebih banyak diikuti dengan penurunan harga saham secara proporsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah stock split menimbulkan perbedaan harga saham, return saham, dan trading volume activity (TVA) disekitar tanggal kejadian. Penelitian ini menggunakan event study, dimana dilakukan pengamatan terhadap rata-rata harga saham, return saham, trading volume activity (TVA) selama sepuluh hari sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.sahamok.com dan finance.yahoo.com. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 15 perusahaan yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dan melakukan stock split selama periode 2010 – 2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji beda paired sample t-test dan wilcoxon signed test. Uji paired sample t-test digunakan jika variabel terdistribusi normal dan uji wilcoxon signed test digunakan jika data berdistribusi tidak normal. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa H1 dan H3 diterima yang berarti stock split menimbulkan perbedaan harga saham dan trading volume activity (TVA) disekitar tanggal kejadian. Sedangkan hasil pengujian untuk H2 ditolak, yang artinya stock split tidak menimbulkan perbedaan return saham disekitar tanggal kejadian.     Limitations of the use of instructional media often still occur in the teaching and learning process that can affect student learning outcomes, because of that the new learning media are needed which can trigger the student learning. The purpose of this study are: 1) Looking for the feasibility of a deleveloped visual novel learning media; 2) Looking for learning outcomes after implementing visual novel learning media. The method in this study are divided into two parts: 1) The method for media development is Watrerfall model; and 2) The method for determine student learning outcomes after the implementation of visual novel learning media is quasi experimental design. The data collection in this study was carried out through a questionnaire and observation. The results are as follows: 1) The result of validation media are; The media expert judgment declare “sangat layak”, the materi and test expert judgment declare “sangat layak” and verbal expert judgment declare “sangat layak”; 2) The application of learning media by using quasi experimental design method shows the results that the student in experiment class which uses the visual novel as media learning get the better results than class control which uses power point as media learning

    K-Pop or Korean Pop is a South Korean entertainment industry that is being liked by many people in the world. K-Pop culture is much liked by young people. Korean Pop is a part of the Korean Wave, namely in the music industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the attitude of nationalism towards Pancasila that is developing among young people, especially Pontianak K-Popers and to analyze the shift in attitudes and moral ethics of young people in the K-Popers community due to the influence of foreign cultures such as K-Pop culture. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The number of informants was 16 people from various K-Popers communities in Pontianak with an age range of 17-22 years. The results of the study show that the Pontianak K-Popers community remains nationalist, even though it has lost its local identity by retaining its citizenship status as an Indonesian citizen and continuing to defend the Indonesian state if someone insults and demeans the dignity of the Indonesian nation. K-Popers also continue to apply Pancasila values ​​in their lives, but there are several attitudes that are contrary to Pancasila values. For this reason, Indonesian people must be able to filter foreign cultures that enter Indonesia by racing on Pancasila values

    Implementation Of Character Education In The Student Council

    This study aims to find out about "the implementation of character education in OSIS 1 Pontinak State High School". The method used is descriptive method with qualitative research. The data source of this research is the Student Council Supervisor, student council members and ordinary students who are not student council members. Data collection techniques used were observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation, while the data collection tools used were observation guides, interviews and documentation tools. There are 11 informants in this research. The results showed that the implementation of character education at OSIS Pontianak 1 High School was through student coaching activities that instill character values towards student council members who were realized by the student council through programmed activities. Character values that emerge are religious character values, responsibility, independence, tolerance, social care and environmental care. Evaluation of character education in OSIS Pontianak 1 High School is done by the OSIS Trustees by observing directly the behavior of students in a continuous manner in every planning and implementation activity and behavior of daily students in the school environment

    Hubungan Media Internet, Membaca, Dan Menulis Dalam Literasi Digital Mahasiswa

    Penelitian terdahulu diperoleh bahwa mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ilmu-ilmu Sosial (PIIS) sebagian besar menggunakan internet dalam aktivitas komunikasi dan akademik menggunakan media internet. Penelitian ini merupakan kelanjutan untuk menjawab permasalahan hubungan antara literasi media internet, literasi membaca, dan literasi menulis sebagai kompetensi literasi digital di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 (R.I. 4.0). Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan instrument angket. Jumlah partisipan sebanyak 151 orang. Variable penelitian diukur dengan skala ordinal berdasarkan sikap dan pernyataan yang dijawab partisipan. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik uji korelasi untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa PIIS sangat baik (91%) menggunakan media internet mengunduh referensi untuk mendukung aktivitas belajar. Referensi diunduh dalam format pdf (77%). Selanjutnya untuk melengkapi referensi mahasiswa mengnduh artikel jurnal penelitian (50%) dan artikel dari Blog (52%). Hubungan antara variable literasi media internet, membaca, dan menulis dengan nilai koefisien sangan rendah dan tidak signifikan.
