Analizar la insatisfacción del proceso de servicio al cliente de la empresa JM MARTINEZ S.A., proponiendo una opción de mejora que permita la fidelización de sus clientes a través de la gestión de requerimientos.El presente documento muestra un análisis de la percepción de los clientes actuales de la empresa JM MARTINEZ S.A. frente al proceso de servicio al cliente; motivo por el cual, durante el año 2017, diez (10) clientes, tomaron la decisión de terminar su relación comercial y trasladaron los servicios con una empresa de la competencia. Para realizar el análisis fue necesaria la aplicación de una encuesta a los clientes actuales, mediante la cual se identificaron las principales causas de insatisfacción de servicio dentro de las cuales se encuentra la falta de atención a los requerimientos realizados por el cliente, demoras en los tiempos de respuesta, novedades el tema operativo como demoras en pagos de nómina, faltantes operativos y la falta de calidad en la prestación del servicio. A partir de lo anterior, como estudiantes de especialización de gerencia de proyectos proponemos generar una propuesta de mejora al proceso de servicio al cliente que lleva JM MARTINEZ S.A. en la actualidad. Buscando mantener, fidelizar, obtener nuevos clientes y prestar un servicio de calidad y competitivo para mantenerse en el mercado

A note on the switching adiabatic theorem

We derive a nearly optimal upper bound on the running time in the adiabatic theorem for a switching family of Hamiltonians. We assume the switching Hamiltonian is in the Gevrey class $G^\alpha$ as a function of time, and we show that the error in adiabatic approximation remains small for running times of order $g^{-2}\,|\ln\,g\,|^{6\alpha}$. Here $g$ denotes the minimal spectral gap between the eigenvalue(s) of interest and the rest of the spectrum of the instantaneous Hamiltonian.Comment: 20 pages, no figures, to appear in JM

Molecular Characterization of Three Cultivars of Tomato (Lycopersicon Esculentum L.) in South-West Nigeria Using SSR Markers

Molecular characterisation of local tomato cultivars – Ibadan Local (IbL), Ife and JM94/46 (JM) were assessed using simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers. Out of ten SSR primer pairs used, three primer pairs were able to differentiate amplified genomic DNA of the cultivars. Unweighted Pair Group Method Using Arithmetic Average (UPGMA) cluster analysis of the data showed a close relationship between IbL and Ife with a genetic distance (GD) of 0.067; Ife and JM had GD of 0.2 and JM and Ife had GD of 0.25

A Polymatroid Approach to Generalized Weights of Rank Metric Codes

We consider the notion of a $(q,m)$-polymatroid, due to Shiromoto, and the more general notion of $(q,m)$-demi-polymatroid, and show how generalized weights can be defined for them. Further, we establish a duality for these weights analogous to Wei duality for generalized Hamming weights of linear codes. The corresponding results of Ravagnani for Delsarte rank metric codes, and Martinez-Penas and Matsumoto for relative generalized rank weights are derived as a consequence.Comment: 22 pages; with minor revisions in the previous versio

Schur complements in Krein spaces

The aim of this work is to generalize the notions of Schur complements and shorted operators to Krein spaces. Given a (bounded) J-selfadjoint operator A (with the unique factorization property) acting on a Krein space H and a suitable closed subspace S of H, the Schur complement A/[s]of A to S is defined.
