Copper Fragments Analysis of the Shrine Cross from Český Dub

Elektron microscopy has been applied to fragment fracture area of copper sheet remains cross from Český –Dub. Different level of degradation – serious corrosion damage of the cross front side and plate from revese side heve been proven.This fact leads to conclution that reverse side of the remains Gross have been made much later, probably dutiny cross restorationwhich is confirmed also by analysis of materiál composition of metal core from cross front side and well-preserved reverse side
