Today, stalked company is defined as an industrial. Technologies are developed and refined, and this leads to innovation in the field of environmental protection and logistics. Environmental protection as a concept is quite lengthy and includes several areas. This article deals with the life cycle of materials technology at cutting water jet from the award of the contract to the finished product

The paper presents a complex of information aimed at automated production systems structures and simulation. For production systems intergrated structures formation it uses logistic principles for making the internal material flow among various logistic nodes more precise and effective, including respective information flow, here e. g. with use of integrable and compatibile handling and technological systems, as well

A New Method of Semi-automated Measurement of Shear Friction Coefficient

    Get PDF
The paper is intended for engineer laboratory teaching and measurements in production engineering. The aim is a new method of measuring using the semi-automated measuring set and presenting the results of static shear friction coefficients and kinetic shear friction coefficients, depending on the relatively low speeds of the uniform translational movement of the body. In the framework of a specific engineering task, the methodological questions concerning the interpretation of measurement results in the context of engineering physics and its teaching are solved

Proposal for a method of measurement and control of surface quality in the course of abrasive waterjet cutting of material

    Get PDF
The paper deals with the automation of the hydroabrasive production process, which leads to higher productivity and production optimization. In the submitted work, the basis of control design is a topography function of surface roughness of abrasive waterjet cut walls, and its functional relations to the controlled speed and to the measured mean values of sound pressure level, including a design of a suitable diagram of connections of controlling elements and equipment. The controlled parameter is the final roughness of a cut wall; in the design, the roughness is program-regulated according to the continuously measured root mean square of sound pressure level by means of continuous control of the traverse speed of cutting head

Príspevok sa zaoberá tvorbou modelov odborného výcviku mechanikov nastavovaĉov. Autori vychádzajú z modelu Líveĉka a Kubálka a modifikovaného modelu Muņíka. The paper deals with the creation of training models for mechanic adjusters. The authors are based on the model of Líveĉka and Kubálek and the modified model of Muņík. On the basis of these models, we have developed a model of vocational training using interactive didactic means, which has been modified to the model of vocational training in the conditions of the school and in the conditions of the apprentice centre in the real firm. These models show the communication between the pupil and the training teacher. At the same time, there are shown the learning out-comes on the basis of which students can be classified objectively

The paper deals with the creation of integrated didactic workplaces. The authors point to the place of integrated didactic workplaces within the material didactic means. They also deal with the KD model of Integrated didactic centres where they list their core categories, including high school secondary workshops, special workplaces for gifted pupils, special workplaces for integrated disabled students, laboratories and special classrooms for vocational subjects. At the end of the paper they mention the possible equipment of these workplaces for the vocational training and teaching the vocational subjects. These workplaces are focused on subjects of specialization in engineering

machines, which as members of the management of company must deal with. There are accountable consequences of untreated risks that may stop a dangerous event. In this case, damage can be life or health of users or it can create damage to their property i.e. that may end up as damage of the machine. Contribution from own perspective is focused on: defining the basic concepts of base solution, logistics system methodology management of technical risks and logistic system analysis of the machinery

The future for prevention of sports-related cardiovascular complications in young athletes lies in continuing efforts to design more specific and efficient testing strategies. A complex 3-stage cardiac examination protocol is proposed to be tested in sports cardiology practice for the prevention of cardiovascular complications and fatalities in athletes population

Effect of the Electrolyte Temperature and the Current Density on a Layer Microhardness Generated by the Anodic Aluminium Oxidation

    Get PDF
The paper investigates the influence of the chemical composition and temperature of electrolyte, the oxidation time, voltage, and the current density on Vickers microhardness of aluminium oxide layers, at the same time. The layers were generated in the electrolytes with different concentrations of sulphuric and oxalic acids and surface current densities 1 A·dm−2, 3 A·dm−2, and 5 A·dm−2. The electrolyte temperature varied from −1.78°C to 45.78°C. The results have showed that while increasing the electrolyte temperature at the current density of 1 A·dm−2, the increase in the layer microhardness values is approximately by 66%. While simultaneously increasing the molar concentration of H2SO4 in the electrolyte, the growth rate of the microhardness value decreases. At the current density of 3 A·dm−2, by increasing the electrolyte temperature, a reduction in the microhardness of the generated layer occurs with the anodic oxidation time less than 25 min. The electrolyte temperature is not significant with the changing values of the layer microhardness at voltages less than 10.5 V
