    In this very dynamic period, universities must respond quickly and appropriately. Learning transformation is needed to be able to equip and prepare higher education graduates to become a superior generation. In sixteen weeks of meetings, many things can be explored in terms of learning methods, for example direct visits to agencies or companies, analyzing worker nutrition problems by reviewing case studies. This learning inovation to analyze problems and solve problems of nutrition and work productivity in this case juxtaposed with problem base learning (PjBL). This study uses a semi-experimental learning evaluation method with a project-based learning model, with the sample being 7th semester students who take lessons in nutrition and work productivity courses. The duration of this research is during the learning week, which is 16 weeks starting from the odd semester in 2021-2022. The form evaluation of learning outcomes is observational activities in the form of data collection from quiz questions and questionnaires. The application of this model was able to assess the level of student understanding of the work productivity nutrition course. The number of student satisfaction with the evidence based learning and teaching learning model with the Team based project model applied is very high with an average of above 75-85%, and through the results of FGD with student representatives saying that this method is more active, and they do not feel bored in lectures, especially in zoom meetings because they have many activities in learning that are centered on them, not only theoretical explanations from the lecturer

    EDUKASI NUTRITION GOES TO SCHOOL PADA GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DI KABUPATEN TANJUNG JABUNG TIMUR

    Teachers as educators in schools and substitutes for parents have a very important role in providing education and exemplary clean and healthy living behaviors for students, as mentors in learning, as well as mentors and motivators. This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide education to junior high school teachers about nutritional literacy, namely nutrition goes to school as one of the efforts to intervene in nutrition in the school setting. The PkM location is Tanjung Jabung Timur 21 Public Middle School with a target of 25 teachers. Education is provided through the NGTS module directly followed by pre-test and post-test, and each teacher is required to apply the material taught to students within 1 month. The results of the pre-test and post-test analysis revealed that there was an increase in teacher knowledge about the NGTS educational model. This community service activity has been published in online mass media, namely the Jambi Tribune. It is hoped that the school will increase the capacity and capability of teachers in fostering efforts to improve the health and nutrition of students through learning and motivation, and continue to create a work environment that supports clean and healthy living behaviors.

    ANALYSIS OF ENABLING FACTORS IN HEALTH INTEGRATED EARLY CHILD EDUCATION SUPPORT SYSTEM IN TANJUNG JABUNG TIMUR DISTRICT, 2022

    Background: Indonesia has implemented social services for early childhood, such as health and nutrition services at Integrated Service Posts, Daycare Parks, Playgroups, Early Childhood Education. In East Tanjung Jabung the number of active integrated service posts is 58.68% higher than the provincial average and the coverage of baby visits to posyandu is 102.5%. There are 291 early childhood education units with a percentage of early childhood screening coverage of 97.2% in 2018 and 97.4% in 2019, decreased to 36.8% in 2020 due to the pandemic. Methods: mixed-method research with quantitative analysis to see the different characteristics of service posts, and qualitative analysis of 4 postal managers, 4 postal tutors, and 2 postal cadres. A total of 16 early childhood educations are divided into 4 types of systems, namely traditional, integrated early childhood education, integrated health preschool, and pilot stunting locus of early childhood education. Purposive sample selection. Data collection time is August-November 2022. Research results: based on a quantitative analysis of system-supporting factors that influence the success of health-integrated early childhood education compared to other types of early childhood education, namely the number of meetings per month (p value = 0.033), the length of time preschool operates (p value = 0.033), the level education of early childhood management (p value = 0.036), and periodic training attended by cadres (p value = 0.021). Going deeper into the qualitative analysis, it was found that the supporting factors were human resources as tutors who were able to fulfill their obligations well, and had creativity to support and maximize learning activities and achievements.     Pemberian MP-ASI yang tepat waktu, adekuat dan aman merupakan investasi kesehatan bagi baduta di masa depan. Keberhasilan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) tidak terlepas dari emik yang ada di suatu masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi lebih mendalam tentang pola asuh pemberian makanan pendamping air susu ibu (MP-ASI) pada ibu baduta di Tanah Adat Kajang Ammatoa, Kabupaten Bulukumba yang terkait dengan pemahaman (MP-ASI, tindakan pemberian MP-ASI dan konsep makanan pantangan dan anjuran bagi baduta masyarakat Adat Ammatoa). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma etnometodologi. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) dan observasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara manual menggunakan metode content analysis (analisis isi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh pemberian MP-ASI di masyarakat Adat Ammatoa berasal dari pemahaman ibu yang merupakan konsep ibu sendiri yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh sanro yang bertindak sebagai dukun atau ahli dalam memberikan informasi dalam segala hal perikehidupan di dalam masyarakat Ammatoa. Tindakan dalam pemberian MP-ASI tidak terlepas dari pengaruh sanro, beberapa ada yang sesuai dengan standar kesehatan, dan yang lain beresiko bagi kesehatan. Makanan anjuran adalah nasi yang merupakan hasil pertanian yang utama dengan nilai adat tinggi. Makanan pantangan didasarkan pada rasa makanan yaitu makanan pedis-pedis, pahit-pahit, manis-manis dan berminyak. Disarankan perlunya penyuluhan tentang pemberian ASI eksklusif dan MP-ASI kepada ibu, serta bagi bidan perlu melakukan komunikasi interpersonal kepada sanro dengan mensinergikan konsep kesehatan dan ajaran Passang.\ud Kata kunci : MP-ASI, Pemahaman, Tindakan, Makanan Pantangan, Baduta

    ABSTRACT The implementation of hospital patient safety culture in Jambi province has not been running optimally as evidenced by poor and not up-to-date incident reporting so that the incident seems to be kept secret.This activity aims to disseminate information about the implementation of patient safety culture at the Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency, with the form of activities covering dissemination, providing education and discussion, as well as evaluation.The results of the evaluation showed an increase in the knowledge and attitudes of respondents towards the implementation of patient safety culture in hospital.It is suggested that the hospital can increase the capacity and capability of supervisors in implementing patient safety efforts at the unit and hospital level through education and training, motivate and encourage the willingness of all staff to reporting any incidents occur by creating an environment free from blame and punishment. Keywords: dissemination, patient safety culture, hospital   ABSTRAK Implementasi budaya keselamatan pasien rumah sakit di provinsi Jambi belum berjalan optimal dibuktikan dari pelaporan insiden yang burukdan tidak up to date sehingga insiden terkesan dirahasiakan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan diseminasi informasi tentang implementasi budaya keselamatan pasien yang dilakukan di RSUD Ahmad Ripin Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, dengan bentuk kegiatan meliputi diseminasi, pemberian edukasi dan diskusi, serta evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap responden terhadap implementasi budaya keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Disarankan agar pihak rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas supervisor dalam pelaksanaan upaya keselamatan pasien di tingkat unit dan rumah sakit melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan, memberi motivasi dan mendorong kemauan seluruh staf untuk melaporkan setiap insiden yang terjadi dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang bebas dari menyalahkan dan menghukum.     DETERMINANTS OF UNDER-FIVE HEIGHT IN STUNTING PREVENTION EFFORTS IN TANJUNG JABUNG TIMUR, INDONESIA

    Background Stunting is the unsuccessful growth of children under five due to chronic malnutrition so that their height is not in accordance with their age. the prevalence of stunting based on the results of SSGI research in 2020, since 2013-2019 the decline in the prevalence of stunting in Jambi Province reached 7.8%. The weight of under-fives according to age range is one of the indicators in achieving optimal under-five growth. Objectives This study aims to analyze the determinants of body weight in under-two children in East Tanjung Jabung District. Methods Quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The sample was 179 mothers and children under two selected by random sampling technique. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. Results Maternal occupation (PR 4.507), family income (PR 4.507), breastfeeding pattern (PR 5.136), IMD practice (PR 4.825), breastfeeding (PR 4.305), smoking behavior in the house (PR 4.323), visits to the health fasilities (PR 5.247). Conclussion Based on the results of the study, maternal occupation, family income, breastfeeding pattern, IMD practice, breastfeeding exclusive, smoking behaviour in the house, and health facility visits were correlated with the height of infants. It is recommended that mothers and families can increase family economic income with the participation of the district government in helping the family economy. Mothers improve breastfeeding patterns and IMD practices, increasing visits to health facilities for monitoring children under two height, optimizing the role of cadres and also eliminating smoking behavior in the house.     ANALISIS FAKTOR RISIKO MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDER (MSDs) PADA PEKERJA PETIK TEH DI PT X KAYU ARO

    ABSTRACT Background: Musculoskeletal complaints look trivial but have a general impact on tea picking workers which will later affect the workerā€™s performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze risk factors that affect complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in tea picking workers at PT X Kayu Aro judging from several factors namely Age, gender, working period, work posture, workload, transport distance and duration of working. Method: Research Design is Cross Sectional. The sample technique used is Proposional random sampling with a sample number of 81 tea picking workers at PT X KayuAro. Bound variables are complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and free variables are individual factors and work factors (Genderi,, iAge, period iWork, working posture, transport distance, Duration ofWork). Data collection is conducted using NBM methods and OWAS measurements, while on data analysis using chi squaretest. Results: The proportion of complaints of musculoskeletal disorders among tea picking workers at PT X Kayu Aro is (78.6%) with MSDS complaints. There was a relationship between age (PR=1,760; 95% CI: 1,712-17,165), years of service (PR=1,476;95% CI: 1,720-19,290), weight of load (PR=1,402;95% CI: 1,412-15,744), duration of work (PR=1.409; 95% CI: 1.315-11.022) and there was no relationship between gender, work posture and transport distance. Conclusion: Factors that affect the risk of complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in tea picking workers at PT X Kayu Aro include age, gender, working period, workload and duration of work. Therefore, it is advisable for workers to pay attention to working hours and can also be heavy burdens that are makasimal to minimize complaints of musculoskeletal disorder.   Keywords: Tea Picking Workers, Musculoskeletal Di sorders,Risk Factors   ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Keluhan musculoskeletal terlihat sepele namun berdampak serius pada pekerja petik teh yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja. Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah menganalisis faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada pekerja petik teh di PT X Kayu Aro dilihat dari beberapa faktor yaitu Usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, postur kerja, beban kerja, jarak angkut dan durasi kerja. Metode : Desain Penelitian adalah Cross Sectional. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu Proposional random sampling  dengan jumlah sampel 81 pekerja petik teh di PT X Kayu Aro. Variabel terikat adalah keluhan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) dan variabel bebas adalah faktor individu dan faktor pekerjaan (Jenis Kelamin, Usia, masa Kerja, postur kerja, jarak angkut, Durasi Kerja). Pengumpulan data dilakukan wawancara dengan menggunakan metode NBM dan pengukuran OWAS, sedangkan pada analisis data menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil : Proporsi  keluhan musculoskeletal disorders pada pekerja petik teh di PT X Kayu Aro adalah (78,6%) merasakan keluhan MSDS. Ada hubungan antara usia (PR=1,760;95% CI: 1,712-17,165), masa kerja (PR=1,476;95% CI: 1,720-19,290), berat beban (PR=1,402;95% CI: 1,412-15,744), durasi kerja (PR=1,409; 95% CI: 1,315-11,022) dan  tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin, postur kerja dan jarak angkut. Kesimpulan :Faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya risiko keluhan musculoskeletal disorders  pada pekerja petik teh di PT X Kayu Aro diantaranya usia, masa kerja, beban kerja dan durasi kerja. Maka dari itu disarankan bagi para pekerja agar memperhatikan  jam  kerja dan  juga dapat berat beban yang maksimal untuk menimimalisir keluhan musculoskeletal disorder.   Kata Kunci : Pekerja Petik Teh, Musculoskeletal Disorders, Faktor Risik

    COVID-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang cepat menyebar. Di Indonesia terdapat jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 1.863.031 sedangkan di Provinsi Jambi 108 kasus per tanggal 07 Juni 2021. Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun dapat mencegah penularan COVID-19 di kampus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun (CTPS) pada mahasiswa Universitas Jambi selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi Cross-Sectional. Jumlah Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 106 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Multistage Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, hubungan pengetahuan dan sarana prasarana dengan perilaku CTPS masing-masing memiliki nilai p-value sebesar 0,191 dan 0,804 (p > 0,05) sedangkan untuk hubungan sikap dan dukungan teman sebaya dengan perilaku CTPS memiliki nilai p-value sebesar 0,030 dan 0,000 (p < 0,05). Pengetahuan dan sarana prasarana tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku CTPS, sedangkan sikap dan dukungan teman sebaya memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku CTPS.Kata Kunci: Mahasiswa, Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS), COVID-19
